Shannon set everything up for me to get my windshield replaced at my house. Nikki called and set up my appointment. They were both extremely nice and helpful. Brian came out and replaced my windshield in no time. He was very punctual, and did a great job installing my windshield. The whole experience was top notch!! Very pleased, and highly recommend these guys.

Lloyd s Glass was delivered great service and at an efficient time. Nikki worked with my insurance and got everything taken care of and worked great to get me scheduled. I met Pat the day I was scheduled, he was also the person to do the install and recalibration. They were both very professional but also very down to earth and took pride in their field. This is definitely the place I would come back.

Lloyd s Glass has amazing employees and great service! Nikki and Shannon quicky got the information needed to start my repair process and to get me in as soon as the part was in, they also accommodated my work schedule. Pat was there bright and early to make sure I was able to get in and out in time, and even went the extra mile to help me. It is places like this I am more than happy to give my business when the need arises.

I got a chip in my windshield while vacationing in Destin. The car dealership recommended Lloyd s Glass. Nikki went out of her way to schedule a repair with Brian who did a great job. Both Nikki and Brian were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lloyd s Glass!

It was nice to be able to go to FWB for my windshield replacement and calibration. Patrick was a breath of fresh air. Customer relatability over the top. Work ethic phenomenal.My neighbor directed me to Pensacola but I preferred something closer, thank you Google. Nikki was surprised that I had heard about this new location. Thanks Nikki for your help.

From the first phone call to work completion, I have been very impressed with Lloyd s Glass. My available time to have my truck windshield replaced is limited. Customer service (sorry no name-my bad), listened to my situation and worked with me to get time for repair. I used Fort Walton Beach site and Brian, aka Capt America, was very professional and personable. He didn t rush, pulled windshield out and ensured truck was kept clean. I was told it could take 1 1/2 hours and he was done in just over an hour. Very pleased with Brian s work as well as whole process. Highly recommend.

Our tech was on time and greeted us at the entrance of the shop, explained the procedure and expectations, and completed the job without any delays. We were very pleased with the results. Our tech was very professional. We couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent experience, professional work, friendly staff. Got started with a windshield replacement and camera calibrations at 8:30 and was on the road home at 11:30. Everything was taken care of, all I needed to do was show up with a full tank of gas, hand over the keys, and sign the paperwork at the end. The waiting area was a bit "sparse", and my 8:00 appt actually started closer to 8:30, but these were minor issues. I wish they were a member of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce - there are currently NO windshield replacement shops as members so they would be the first and only!

Lloyds Glass showed up when they said they would and did a remarkable job with our windshield replacement. Their admin was very easy to work with getting our claim run through insurance. Thank you!

Nicki and Brian are great! Very clear communication as well as prompt scheduling and instillation! It s a no brainer, they also accepted my insurance and I didn t pay a dime! If you re considering your once annual window change through insurance I would encourage you to select Lloyd s over Safelite to support local and also receive an above average service.

I first spoke with Nikki and she was friendly. My windshield wasn t in stock but she assured they would call me once they received it. Next day Shannon called to schedule my appt as they received my windshield. She suggested a mobile appt since I work in FWB and wouldn t have to miss work! Brian, aka Captain America, communicated well and was friendly! He replaced my windshield within an hour, as he quoted. I would refer them to anybody!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I can t say enough great things about this business! I made a claim through my insurance company on Saturday and had a call from them on Monday morning! Not only we re they on top of things, they were very friendly and had no issues working around my busy schedule. The ladies who took care of scheduling were very helpful and had me scheduled before the week was even over! My tech was Brian and I couldn t be happier. I dropped my 2012 F-250 off and he already had the glass prepped ready to be installed. The whole process took less than an hour. Brian was meticulous about the windshield install and made sure it was done properly. He was a very friendly professional and if you need any glass work done please give them your business! I had a phenomenal experience. Brian was the technician who replaced my windshield. I'm not great at conversation cause I overthink everything, but Brian started talking to me about common interests such as Marvel and motorcycles. He even explained what he was doing during the process after I mentioned I typically do my own mechanics. I also received steaks! However, by the end of the installation, a metal clip from a panel in the engine bay cracked the windshield. Brian apologized and promised to fix it again for me. Two days later, I was in and out. You can really see Brian's 20+ years of experience as he is confident and caring in his work. I cannot recommend Brian and Lloyd's Glass enough!!Service: Auto windshield replacement
