I cant say enough! My entire car buying experience at Lee Nissan was awesome! If you're looking for a salesman who will help you make an educated choice without being pushy, ask for Marty! He was wonderful and let me know what was going on every step of the process! Also, I've never been through the finance/paperwork portion so fast! Usually you are waiting for hours. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! ! I highly suggest this dealership.

My appointment was right on time. Someone was there to greet me and my car was dealt with immediately. The keys were returned to me in the time it took them to replace my oil and complete my vehicle check, fluids and wash my car. The lounge is clean, bathrooms spotless. It was a great experience all round once again.

Service department is fine, no complaints there. My issue lies with the finance department. When I bought my car I signed a paper showing amount financed a little over $49k. Weeks later my loan is amortized and I login to see that amount increased to $54,400. Sure enough, I looked into it and over $5000 worth of warranties I did not want or need were added into the loan and it was spun as the "Military Package". After playing phone tag to cancel everything so get that $5k+ back I ended up having to go in to cancel everything in person, in which I was very clear I wanted to cancel EVERYTHING. Maybe everything has different definitions for different people, who knows, but come to find out two months later that they didn't cancel one of them amounting to $1,016 and I had to call the company directly to find that out after the finance department told me they took care of it. This led to me now having to pay a prorated 10% cancellation fee on a warranty I tried to have canceled two months ago. Whether it be negligence or greed, finance department here is not military friendly at all and are just as shady as every other dealership and their scam warranties. Its a shame because this was my second purchase from here and the first time in 2022 I did not have these issues. Finance department was transparent with the pricing of everything and I choose everything I wanted and didn't want. Not this time though and now I am stuck with a 10% cancellation fee. I do not recommend buying a car from Lee Nissan FWB using their financing department and I will be taking my car elsewhere for servicing from here on out.

I brought my truck in for a recall notice and to get looked over since I hit 100k miles. The service tech recommended to have the fuel system cleaned, new spark plugs installed and the cooling system flushed. Even though it was a bit pricey, I had the services completed. They said they looked the rest of the truck over and saw no issues or nothing that was of concern. I do have to say my truck does run smoother and I am happy to have had these services done.

Sent an inquiry via Auto trader and they responded quickly. They negotiated the price on a new 2024 Z, the process was quick and they did not pester me on the extended warranty, maintenance, etc and we were in and out... they had everything ready and the process took thirty minutes. Thank you. They do have fees that give extra profits so negotiate with that in mind. I am a critical buyer and I will go to them for a new Nissan. Good luck.

Lee Nissan went above and beyond in assisting us with our vehicle's needs during our stay in Miramar Beach. I was easily able to schedule an appointment with Robert at Lee Nissan for next day service. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the staff. Robert was able to fix our vehicle quickly, he was very polite, honest and thorough. The establishment is very clean. I even received a follow up call from Lee Nissan the next day! We were able to make it back home safely (500+ miles away) and I haven't had any issues since. Thank you, Lee Nissan. I highly recommend this dealership. We were so impressed with the service they provided!

Everyone was very friendly & now my 2014 Nissan runs great! I had the brake fluid changed, the coolant changed, and got a new tire. The waiting area was very nice and comfy with plenty of snacks and drinks around. Not a bad place to wait at all! And Barry was really friendly!

To buy my first truck was an overwhelming experience! The staff was helpful also my salesman Steve Tucker was an excellent man to work a deal with. Never felt pressured and answered every question I asked! Very friendly. Also big props to my financial advisor James McConnell for explaining everything to the maximum! Very professional

I brought my truck in for regular service and a specific transmission problem. I was welcomed as always, like family. The first attempt to correct my transmission problem was unsuccessful, as it returned soon after I departed the dealership. I was encouraged to return the next morning, and the technicians returned to work. Transmissions are complicated, so I'm not concerned or discouraged. It will just take more time than I originally expected. Regardless, Lee Nissan takes care of me every time, and I am confident they will also alleviate this problem.

I bought a new truck last March and purchase went smoothly with their salesperson. However, since owning the truck working with the service department has been one inconvenience after another. When I bought the truck the seat was messed up, dropped it off and got it back they didn t even bolt the seat back down. Then the reverse cameras go bad took them three tries to fix the issue. The first time I went and picked it up they told me there was no more pink haze. After their service member drives my car up and I get in it there was still pink haze. The third time I got it back with my side view mirror having screw driver chips in it. They replaced the cover and now the mount has a screw driver chip in it, along with the cover also having paint chip missing. Assuming they also jabbed at it with a screwdriver again.

I tried on several occasions to buy a vehicle through Mazda with extreme difficulty. I knew from the start I should have just gone to Lee where I take my Xterra for service, and, it was very easy. Eric was great, and the deal was fair. I feel like they never got pushy with me and were very patient with my questions. Overall, I highly recommend them and will definitely refer friends to them.

While my overall experience with Lee Nissan was positive, it was my sales representative, Steve Tucker, that made my car-buying experience truly special. It is evident that Steve cares about every customer that walks through the door and does his best to get them into a vehicle they will love and accommodates their needs. He effectively communicates and follows up with you every step of the way, answers all questions and concerns, and gets you the best deal possible. Notified service our battery went dead. Asked if we jumped the vehicle would we be able to get it looked at. Reply was yes, bring it in. The battery was under warranty and was replaced in a timely manner.

Went in to buy the Z. One person asked if I came to look at the Z's, and then he walked away. I looked at the cars for 30 min, and no one asked to help. I went around looking for someone till I finally found someone to ask some questions, but in the middle of us talking, he just said I have to go, then he left.

I'm not sure that I in my 30+ years of buying cars that I could ever say it was pleasurable until spoke to Les at Lee Nissan. He and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was as nice as could be and they even had snacks during my short wait. Great job guys!

Was brought in for a recall they had me in and out in about 45 mins and didn t try to sell me anything or tell me I needed things that I didn t need. They were even great while I was waiting the sales people never tried to hassle me about buying a car when I went out to the lot to just look around.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. The sales people I worked with mislead me and forced me into buying a vehicle that I was not prepared to buy. They allowed me to come back the next day with the potential of bringing a cosigner after I signed some documents. They did not tell me that I was signing a binding contract. When I didn t have a cosigner, they told me I was locked into the contract at a high interest rate. The prior service 13F fister and sales manager was very shady and wouldn t help me out even though none of the paperwork and contract had been processed or submitted. They were not able to get me out of a contract that I did not know I was signing even after talking to the 51% owner of the dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Elise was a great service provider and the team at Lee Nissan helped save my vacation!We were on a road trip, and due to heavy AC use and the extreme hot temps this month of July 2023, my AC stopped working. We were worried as we were far from home, not very familiar with the location, and concerned about timing to get the issue fixed fast.I searched a Nissan dealership and scheduled an online appointment. I met with Elise, who was so friendly, so helpful and informative to help me address concerns about my AC. She carefully explained different parts and diagnostics for my AC issue.They were able to fix my issue in a few hours, had the parts in stock, and worked on my vehicle while we hanged out in the lobby for a while. It was a comfortable atmosphere to wait in.We received our Vehicle back, AC working great, friendly service for the situation and barely put a crimp in our road trip plans. I'm very thankful for the service provided by Elise and Lee Nissan service providers that day! Thank you!
