After researching many SUVs and dealerships, Kia in Fort Walton was my top choice! When we arrived we were greeted by David U. He was very kind and professional. He had my car ready for a test drive and was also very personable ! After deciding on my Kia Telluride, he made the car buying process as smooth as possible and didn t pressure us into anything that we did not want. He was also very easy going and had toys and snacks for my son! I recommend buying your car at this dealership

A weekend at the beach turned into a flat tire and stuck on the side of the hwy BUT thanks to Kia Roadside Assistance and Ft Walton Kia we weren t down long.(PS - when you buy your car & they offer an extended warranty - just buy it. You ll appreciate it later)Also, Kia shuttle was a plus

Taylor was our sale rep and he did an awesome job. Very nice young man he was very knowledgeable about the Telleride that we purchased. Mike the finance manager was awesome too. Matt the store manager was great. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back if I need another Kia!!!!

Big thanks to salesman Curtiss and Mike in finance for the absolute best and easiest vehicle buying experience! We are so happy with our new to us 2022 Kia Carnival. Both of these guys were a pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond. I would recommend them every time and would absolutely make the 2 hour drive to purchase from them again.

I had an oil change this weekend. Dominique was very helpful at the service desk. However, the tech scraped the tint strip on my front windshield while trying to replace an oil change sticker. I've had techs place it on the sun visor before. I didn't notice until I got home but wasn't happy.

Great experience with Kia Ft. Walton!David and Fernando were my sales guys and truly made the car buying process easy and fun!I originally came in to look at a used Volvo, and fell in love with a Toyota RAV4.Matt, the GM helped us immensely, with getting my payment exactly where it needed to be.Sheryl was so sweet and made the paperwork fast and easy. She was so patient with me and my bank after hours.Truly a great experience and not like any other when I ve had to buy a vehicle. Would highly recommend this location and they re wonderful staff!

Exceptional service in every way. From sales person (Chris Murray), Sales manager (James Gamble) and finance (Cheryl) it was an absolute enjoyable experience. My Kia Carnival was ready and waiting for me when I arrived and Chris took the time to go through the myriad features and even set up my phone for me. You just don t get better service - absolutely perfect! Love this place and if I need another car - these are the guys I am going back too. What a great day to buy a Kia at a Great place!

Fernando was an AMAZING help. Everybody there was. I walked in with a set idea with what I wanted but felt a little disappointed when the car I wanted wasn t going to work out. He still took his time to help me find a car that I would like.. I found an even better car that I m so happy I chose. The car fits me. Best experience I ve had at a dealership.

LGBT friendly - my wife and I came in to trade in her truck. They were very nonchalant regarding our family and made sure to include both of us in the conversation.Aside from that, Curtiss and the manager were very professional and knowledgable. The manager worked to help us get a good deal. I would recommend to anyone. It was the least painful car buying experience and we were not there as long as most places try to keep you. They work efficiently and diligently for their customers.

Warning: never purchase a warranty from this dealership!We bought one in good faith when we bought our car in 2020 but it turned out to be a huge mistake.When we sold the car last October 2022 I immediately called to cancel the warranty but now over 5 months later I am still waiting for a refund for the unused portion!I have made countless phone calls but I am constantly given the run around and fobbed off with excuses and I don't see any other option than to take legal action. This dealership has completely ruined any goodwill through their actions.

Kia in Fort Walton was exceptional in its service from start to finish . I just purchased my very first New Car a Red Kia Soul EX Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process of selecting the right car for me. James and Matt made it easy to make the decision to go ahead with the purchase of the car. The entire team were professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend that for anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle, KIA of FWB is where you should go. KIA s are exceptional vehicles if you haven t test driven a KIA then you don t know what your missing

Kris contacted me about purchasing my Mazda Miata. We agreed on a price, I sent him the payoff. They picked up my car and left me with an equity check. When they sent the payoff to Mazda it was 2000 short (they added too much to my equity check). I immediately sent them the 2000 for them to send to Mazda for a full payoff. It has now been a total of over 3 weeks and the vehicle STILL isn't paid off and NO ONE from Fort Walton Beach Kia will take my calls (just shuffled from one voicemail to another).I have called Mazda twice (yesterday and today) and they informed me they were waiting on a return call from the dealership before processing the check. (They wanted to ensure the dealership had not stopped payment on the original check).I have NEVER had this many issues selling a car and the lack of follow through and communication is horrible. I can't even imagine what they would be like to buy a vehicle from them or to have your vehicle serviced through them - if they can't even pay off a vehicle correctly when all the information was provided to them!

I was looking for a particular model and color of the Kia Niro hybrid. I live in Texas and there wasn t any dealer who would work with my on price. Luckily I found Kia of Fort Walton Beach. Christopher Andersen reached out to me after I did an inquiry and I just so happened to be out in Florida the same weekend he contacted me. They didn t have the exact color I wanted in the Niro, but they were able to find it at a dealership nearby and we they were able to make a trade with that dealership. After a little negotiation on price, we were able to make a deal.In saying all of this, I was really happy with how great everyone at Kia of Fort Walton Beach are. They worked hard to make my car buying experience easy and stress free. They didn t try to play the back n forth game when it came to negotiating (thank you James Gamble for working with me on price). I would definitely recommend anyone I know to go buy a car from this dealership. 10/10They did such a fantastic job that they even were able to convince my mom, who drove me to the dealership, to trade in her 2011 Chevy Cruise and buy a brand new Kia Forte.

Xavier Tyler was an amazing salesman when purchasing my Stinger, I had a unique situation and he helped me every step of the way. He was very transparent about the price and showed me every feature of the vehicle and compared both trims side by side when I had questions about each one. He spent quite a few hours with me when I was indecisive on what trim I wanted and was extremely patient throughout the process. When you come in ask for him!

I worked with KJ Acquisitions Director selling my 2016 Tundra he and Kia Fort Walton were awesome. He gave me the price he said he would before inspection, I drove home and drove the truck for the next few days until he paid off the note and got title. He gave me until the next day to pickup the truck and provide me with the check. It was the most awesome business transaction I have ever completed...KJ was simply the best, thank-you.
