Best service around! They still know how to do amazing customer service. Macy was and will always be amazing. Easy to work with and no pressure. She is a straight shooter and will not do you wrong. Our detailing was done after the sale. It was immaculately done. Great customer service overall. Highly recommended. And the 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 is a badass truck. Mic drop.

Kim was our service coordinator for our most recent visit! We come back over and over to have everything from routine maintenance all the way to the large repairs. We just finished a large repair, replacing the suspension system on our 2016 Yukon XL. The car drives like new again. Kim was great at letting us know what to expect. We will be back in the future for our next services.

I ve been to many dealership, but none quite like this one. Kim, Junior, Karen, and Josh treated me and my fianc� like family. They were honest, not pushy (like most dealerships) very caring, and made sure we were taken care of in the most professional manner. The whole process was very quick and efficient. The Customer service at GMC Cadillac was great. They took care of my vehicle and got it running perfect. It took a little longer than I thought to get the part in. The communication was good as far as how long it would take but not superb. Overall a great experience!

I don't want to come off to sensitive but the service person wasn't very welcoming. It was like he didn't want to help me. He was very slow to approach me. I had pulled in an exited my vehicle and stood around for a moment before he came over.

This was the absolute worst truck buying experience I have had. I was sold a truck that had flood damages.I returned the truck and the dealer sold me a new one for much higher price.Beware of this dealership they are out to take advantage of you!

Diliala my sales person was real helpful, I live about 140 miles from the dealer she came in on her day off the finish the deal!The only bad part of this deal was the first offer they made had a $1900 protection costing on the offer. I told them I didn t want that and Diliala quickly took that off the offer sheet.

Our vehicle was there. I asked if they could simply take the key out to the vehicle and verify that the surround cameras worked. Long story. They would not. I needed to know the wife would be safe driving it while we waited on a part. Service wouldn't answer the phone, nor Parts. I called Sales and some female with a name beginning with "I" treated me like I was too stupid to know that I had called Sales. They sold us this expensive vehicle. I asked "I" word to have the manager call me. She said she would. That never happened. Another local dealership who HAD the part I needed won't deal with them, so if I had not gotten a recommendation from a friend to call elsewhere, we would likely still be waiting on the safety related part. Who would think that dealers wouldn't support the brand by sharing parts? Boo on all of Step One which I have taken to calling Stage Four, as in CANCER. Never again!

I've taken my vehicle here a few times and outside an oil change I've had bad experiences with them. Took my vehicle over to the Pensacola dealership and the issues I had were resolved in a couple of hours whereas this service center was requesting to keep my vehicle for a couple of days for the same issue after having it for almost a full day.

Arrived 20 minutes early but they were able to take my car and completed an oil change, tire rotation and systems check in less than an hour. But most of all I did not get the high pressure to do maintenance that I've gotten in other dealer shops. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and to check on a rubbing sound coming from my front tire. They don t the oil change and checked out my front end and said they could not find anything. I wasn t able to get back there to pick my truck up before they closed so they were willing to let me pay over the phone and get my vehicle but when I picked it up there was still the rubbing sound going on and they didn t top off my fluids like they normally do very disappointing

I m a snowbird from Nebraska. My Buick Enclave suddenly went in to reduced power mode while driving in Miramar Beach and the dreaded Check Engine light came on. I took it to the Fort Walton Buick GMC where their expert service staff diagnosed and repaired the problem in a professional timely manner.

While on vacation 500 miles from home, hubs and wheel bearings went out, Brent my repair rep got the vehicle in repaired and worked with my warranty in one day. Service was good however, when I picked up my vehicle I was told that someone would call me the next day to schedule warranty work that could not be done on the day of my routine service. I have not received that call. It s been about 2 weeks.

It took forever to get our vehicle in to get fixed due to them not having any loaner cars for us to use for 1 day. They finally got it fixed after 3 months and we got it. Ack in October and it s already having the same issues again.
