Buying my first car without having a parent s hand to hold was nerve-racking to say the least. I feel like we couldn t have gotten luckier having Carl Wilson to help us through it. He went above and beyond, helping me with much needed advice and knowledge, extending time and time again past what could be expected of him. He not only saved me mountains of stress and anxiety, but really helped make sure my experience was special. I would absolutely recommend FWB Mitsubishi, their whole staff was so friendly and helpful, and we couldn t thank Carl enough.

Joe Beal helped my family so much in getting into a good, well kept, reliable vehicle. Idk where we would be headed with my old car, but it s nowhere near the miles I will be able to acquire with this new beast of a ride! :)

We brought our Mirage in for an oil change & to have our tires rotated. We were super impressed with the staff especially Stacey who was helpful, friendly & very personable. The work was done quickly & we were very comfortable in the customer waiting area where we could watch TV and there were beverages & snacks available. We will definitely be returning to this dealership when we are in the area.

Mr Jason Byrd worked with me and found a truck that is perfect for me. He made the process smooth and easy. Thanks to the good people at Mitsubishi for working with me. Highly recommend, if your credit is damaged they will work with you and get you into a nice vehicle. Go check them out!

I really enjoyed my experience with Joe Beal. He was hardworking, motivated, and never pressured me to anything. But he was willing to work with me for what I wanted and in the end, I bought the car I came there for. Thanks Joe for all the help, you were a rockstar!

Carl Wilson is amazing, if you re looking for a new car definitely ask for him ! His personality is out of this world & hes an amazing guy ! My mom didnt complain or get frustrated with him not one time yesterday! and my mom gets very frustrated very easy with things due to her health conditions and she was also upset about her 20 year old favorite truck pooping out on her , he was amazing with her & even made her whole day by finding her a coke zero because we were there a while and she was joking about wanting one and he made it happen! the whole staff was extremely friendly ! Carl helped us leave the lot in a brand new 2024 Mirrage ! I also felt very comfortable with him and didn t feel like we were being manipulated or ripped off one bit ! Definitely the place & person to see if you need a new vehicle!

like a few others, this was my first time getting a car without having one of my parents co-signing with me and Carl Wilson made the process very easy. If you re in the market for a car, I highly recommend Carl. Not only is he knowledgeable about the cars he s selling but he values the quality of the vehicles he sells, rather than focusing on the sale itself. Him and everybody else at FWB Mitsubishi made this experience a good one and I plan on getting my future vehicles from them and will be recommending them to anyone who will listen lol. y all go see Carl

Joe Beal was an amazing salesperson to work with. He was extremely accommodating and checked on us constantly even after we were waiting on finance to complete. He s very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Cory Lindon is one of the best Sales Managers we ve dealt with and we were amazed at how easy and painless the Finance process could be. The process of getting the car was very quick and easy thanks to my dealer, Joe Beal. Within two days, all of the paperwork and filing was done. All the other staff were very friendly and congratulated me on my first car. They let me take it for a test run before sitting down to file the documents too.

I will never return to this dealership nor will I recommend anyone else do business here. I communicated with Morgan by phone to discuss my credit score, auto history, specific vehicles of interest, and the online application process. I completed the app and was told within 20 mins that I was pre-approved. I informed her that I would be traveling approximately 3h and did not want to waste either party's time. I rented a car so that I could leave the rental in ft Walton and drive a vehicle off the lot and home! The day I visited, I notified Morgan of me ETA to facility. I was lead to believe Morgan would be onsite and the specific vehicles would be available to inspect. Morgan was not currently working at this location, but instead she was at the Tallahassee. There were issues with my #1 vehicle choice and I never show the vehicle. There were issues with loan approval and rates despite complete transparency prior to arrival and pre approval. There were multiple issues as soon as I opened the door to the establishment. I thought I was being pranked. The site manager was very apologetic and nice, but their process was more than a headache. They only had 1 sales associates at this location upon my arrival. A 2nd salesman arrived shortly after and he was fantastic!! Although, he was really good, overall this was a wasted trip. Despite encouraging communication on their website, this dealership did not have it together this particular day!! I do not recommend this co unless they were just having a really tough day this day.

I recently went in on Dec 22 with a few screenshots from online I was interested in. Emily was able to get me in one of the exact ones I wanted with better payments than expected! It was a smooth experience with no hiccups! I would recommend Mitsubishi as well as Emily to all family & friends

Just bought my first ever new car. I came into the experience very nervous. Carl Wilson was an amazing salesman and made the whole process easy. He was professional yet kept the whole process fun. There is a great family atmosphere at the dealership and I will be returning when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

I came here with almost no money to my name and desperate, but Joe Beal here approached my situation with the utmost comfort and empathy. He met me halfway on so many issues with my credit history and financials, and I can leave here feeling confident that he did the best he could to get me on the road at a reasonable rate because Joe and his team really pulled through.I will absolutely recommend this dealership in the future just as it was recommended to me.

Friendly service from everyone I came in contact with at FWB Mitsubishi. Joe Beal showed me a couple of Mirage options. After a test drive and the difficult choice of picking a color, the sales process was easy peasy. Joe is awesome at his job and very personable, making me feel at ease. I'd also like to thank Cory, Christen, and Bella for their services.

If I could give Scott Mandler 1,000 stars I would! Not just Scott, but the entire team from sales, to management to financing. This team is top notch! Came in today to get a vehicle and drove away in a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage G4! Joe was amazing! He kept us in the loop on everything, from how to do the credit application all the way to final closing. He was friendly and awesome to work with!
