Michael went above and beyond to repair my sons Audi Q5. He allowed me to keep the vehicle at his location while parts were ordered and stayed in contact with me the entire time. Once parts were delivered my vehicle was ready the next day with a very fair price!! We need more places like this with people like Michael running them. We won t go anywhere else for car repairs. I brought my car in with a "bent rail" on the passenger seat that, according to Acura, would require replacement of BOTH seat rails for $1,300+ just for the rails. Thankfully, a friend referred me to Michael who diagnosed and repaired the seat in less than an hour and only charged me about 15% of what Acura was hoping to take from me!! No bent rails, just a portion of the motor spool had to be put back into place and now the seat works like new!! Shop around and add Executive Automotive to the top of your list!Thanks again Michael!! I was finally able to get Phancy detailed after 4 months!!Service: Electrical

I am 890 miles away from home and my 2017 Fpace is leaking coolant. Not a jaguar dealer in 100 miles. I was worried about going somewhere I didn t know and how I would be treated or how long it would take when I need my car for work and quickly before I leave the area.Let me just say, people like Michael at Executive Auto don t come around often! He was nothing short of professional, well informed to show me what was wrong on camera, and fixed it right up fast! Also explained why he was doing what he was doing before ever ordering parts.Not only did he fix it, he did it for a more than fair price and faster than a big fancy dealer ever would/could! Michael truly cares about quality and service. He is passionate about automobiles and takes pride in what he does as it pertains to the customers he serves. He is very good at what he does and his knowledge of high end cars is amazing particularly German make. I have trusted Michael and Matt for years with my collectable British Leyland car. I highly recommend this business.

I have a 2005 Honda S 2000. My cruise control went out and I took it the local Honda dealer. I was told if I didn t have an appointment I could not ask any questions! I made an appointment but the first first available appointment was four weeks later. I went to Executive Automotive Management was able to take my car in three days later. Michael was extremely courteous, and answered my questions even though I had no appointment. My car is now repaired and home. It was wonderful to find someone who still remembers what customer service means. Thank you Michael!Service: Auto maintenance

Executive Automotive (Michael) did nothing less than an outstanding job in the restoration, parts upgrade and tune-up of my 1969 Oldsmobile 442. First-rate repair shop specializing in all vehicles. Very reasonable prices. First rate care, storage and security of vehicles under their care.

I can't begin to express my appreciation to Michal at Executive Automotive Management! He took on an impossible situation, that most mechanics would not touch, and had my Mercedes back together, running great and back to me (for a very fair price)...in only two days! Michal removed a huge burden from my shoulders and I can't thank him enough!I have never met a more honest, helpful mechanic who really cares about his work and his customers (and I was married to a mechanic)!I will have all of my car repairs done here in the future! Do yourself a favor and have your car repairs done at Executive Automotive Management!

Best place to go around -yes BMW M owners can go here! Save money from the dealership. Been taking our last 3 BMWs to Michael for the past eight years. He is worth the hour drive for us. Yes, you can bring any car brands; we taken our F150 and Chrysler here as well.He is meticulous- one time he used a syringe to get the exact amount of fluid into a differential.I do a lot of work on my own cars but I always go to Michael when the job is too involved for me. The decor is not high end but his work is.

Had a used engine installed in 2007 Mercedes CLK350 by another local shop and had several issues within a week of getting the car back. Without getting into long details about the issues/other shop, I was referred to EAM by a friend. After describing the previously performed work and issues I was having with the car to Michal, he quickly found the problem and had it resolved within a day! I was impressed with their knowledge, honesty and efficiency, so I ask Michal to look into my front end alignment issues and replace the failing rear differential. He had all this done in about 6 business days and the car was back on the road. And, the cost was reasonable and as expected. I couldn t be more pleased with this shop and will be using these guys again! Have already recommended them to another Mercedes driver!

I left a message inquiring their fee for a brake fluid change, and I had some rude guy call me back and said , it was $225 + tax + labor. I said, you charging more the dealership? He said really? Ok goodbye I m not sure what s all these 5* star ratings for. If a person is in charge of his own establishment sounds rude in the phone, that s a huge red flag. No thank you.

I was in town for vacation when my wheel bearing went out. I googled near by mechanic shops, I noticed this shop had great reviews. I have to say after dealing with Michal, I understood why the reviews were so good. Michal got my car in right away and it was finished early the next morning. I m a car dealer from Texas, I work with shops every week. Executive Automotive is an excellent shop run by excellent people. Take it from me, give these guys a try.

Michael, is an amazing mechanic, took my vehicle to him as the Kia dealership was giving me a run around. He had proved that the motor was blown and ended up telling me how to deal with Kia directly and what to say. Ended up having my motor replaced free of charge due to warranty repair. Everything he did for me was only for a dia charge and I ended up saving 1000 s of dollars by using him. Will not go anywhere else for vehicle issue for as long as I live on the fwb area!Service: Engine repair

I am new to the Fort Walton Beach area and had recurring issues with my 2008 Land Rover LR2 in addition to it needing a 60K mile servicing. I have never had my vehicle serviced by a mechanic other than at a Land Rover dealership and was very hesitant and apprehensive about searching for a local mechanic. I searched and scoured the web to find local mechanics and found Executive Automotive Management Inc and in short, they've been nothing short of amazing. Michael was amazing and is BY FAR THE best Land Rover technician that I've ever met. He's also up front in describing the repairs that he can make and those which require a dealership to complete (which I get the impression it's only for very major work). Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about Land Rover's, but he is also very thorough in explaining the issue(s), options and alternatives, and cost/benefits of having different types of work accomplished. I couldn't be ANY happier with them and recommend them each and every chance I can get to anyone within ear shot :)

These guys are fantastic! They are without a doubt the most honest and nice mechanics ever.Yeah, no fancy waiting area, nor coffee, but they'll take care of you like no one else.I've been a loyal customer with my Mercedes for years and wouldn't entertain the thought of going elsewhere!

I only trust Matt and Michael to work on my Jaguar. I have had bad exsperiences in the past until i found E.A.M. Executive automotive has always been helpfull and treated me and my family with respect. My car has alway been done on time and on budget. That truly means a lot to me. I have a very busy lifestyle. For anyone who needs car repair I would and do refer eveyone.Keep up the good work. Thanks Maggie.

I took my truck up to see Michal and immediately as i walk in the door i was great ed with a big smile and a how do you do!!! the service was fantastic and i got it back in great working order in no time at all!!! just in time for my daughters dance recital!!! awesome place and family friendly 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Executive automotive is by far the go to shop for repairs. The time Michal took to explain what needed to be done, the options available to me and the actual service he provided was second to none. This guy truly is a class act and I'll be a customer for life!

I spent $2k for dia,parts and labor. Car ran great for only 11 days and went right back to the way it was when I took it in for repairs. They were closed when I called to let them know. Ten days later I ve still not received a return call in reply to my message. You would think a$2000 job would last more than 11 days.
