These folks were awesome! I m all dressed up for work and guess what 2 bad batteries on a diesel! Ed and Heather hooked it up and changed everything out without me even asking for the favor. Suit stayed clean and I got the best customer service!!!

Timothy helped us pick out and install a rear windshield wiper for our 2013 GMC Terrain! Very professional and courteous we are absolutely grateful. Hope it all work out fine, highly recommend.

Went in with a gas strut that had a part number on it. The store member was able to pull up a suitable match and had it ordered for me with expected delivery date of Tuesday. Super efficient!Remember, do a little homework and make their job a bit easier if you want results. I knew the overall length of the strut as well as the diameter size of the ball shaft ends I needed. Armed with that information, the experience was easy, and it made things easier on the store member, which allowed him to find me what I needed right away!

Quick and easy identification of a bad battery and 10 minute in and our replacement and me on my way. Thanks Brad for taking the extra care to wipe everything down and install quickly.

They store manager goes above and beyond his duties to help customers. He helped me save money in my last purchase by explaining to me how to do a repair with tools i had on hand. Worked great and saved a little cash. I appreciate the honesty and integrity not trying to sell me what i did not need. This will be my car part store from here on out. Thank You.

I can not thank the guys at this store enough for their help today. Timothy definitely went above and beyond. He tested my battery and alternator due to weird codes popping up that are ultimately from the recently replaced TCM. He put my new battery that was needed and cleaned everything up. I'm beyond grateful.

Michael & Gerardo provided excellent customer service. Had to replace a battery, they thoroughly checked their database system to find my warranty. Replaced the battery and provided other maintenance tips.Based on their customer service & professionalism I would go back again.

The people there lately are rude, ignorant, short tempered and no business should be this way. Parts are the cheapest quality possible. Everything I have bought in the last 10 years has had to go back over and over. Used to be great Company, now, worst ever!To the kids that now run the place the customer means nothing!!

Easy and helpful. I needed windshield washer and the holder was empty. He brought it out to my car filled the holder which was empty. He checked to Make sure it wasn't leaking. I had also bought a new car garbage bag holder. I thought I forgot to bring it out to my car. He had already put it in my car. What a difference from other experiences with stores. Sam's I had charges that were wrong. I had to go to the bank she said many people were having the same issues

Chase is an AMAZING customer service associate! He knew exactly what I needed within 2 seconds, and saved me LOTS of time/money with my best interest 1st priority! Go see him at the one on Eglin Pkwy. beside the Credit Union!

Went to buy a part on Saturday morning...was told they had to order it from Pensacola and it would be at the store by 2pm and they would call me to pick it up. No call... So now I'm a day behind on a repair job and will spend my Sunday doing the job.

The manager is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff is nice too yet I always hope to see the manager because I was converting a bus and she was extremely helpful every time I went in.

Dropped my battery off last night for charging. Left it there two hours. Came back, they said it was done and tested good. Took the battery and put in in the car. It was still completely dead. Hooked a meter to it and it was only drawing 4 amps.AutoZone is full of bs. They didn't charge it whatsoever. Took it to another shop and they charged it. Works great now.Waste of my time, gas, and effort.Big thumbs down for those clowns!

Decent, staff amateur usually so be cautious. Have a good knowledge before you buy items or visit for services cause their advice may be mediocre or misleading. Oriellys better IMHO.

Always helpful. Last time I was in although there were several people in the store and I was only looking for advice and a check of my battery, starter and ignition they went out of their way to help me and test my car.

This AutoZone is massive! On top of its size, the manager actually gave me a discounted price on the STP motoroil that I purchase since it was incorrectly placed in a shelf that has a lower price. I ended recieving the incorrect price in return. I also had a good experience asking for a store tool (funnel) and was therefore able to do the oil in their parking lot. Good experience overall!

Autozone has several neat services that not everyone knows about. All for free: They will check your battery and charging system so you KNOW for sure if you need a new battery, alternator ect. They install batteries and windshield wipers you buy from them. They loan a variety of tools and specialty equipment that you need for doing certain jobs. All this and they have Lifetime Warranties on many items for better than dealer prices. If you need it now for your ride, most likely they have it or can get in a day or two. Recommended!!!
