I wish google allowed more than 5 stars. I went in today to get an oil change and the service blew my mind. The gentleman named Joel Rogers helped me get my car the proper attention it needed. He recommended service that my car needed and broke down the cost of everything and explained everything so well. I ll definitely continue to get my car serviced here and I highly recommend others to as well. Although the WiFi was really slow, the restrooms are clean and they have a clean waiting area where they have coffee while you wait. 5 plus stars!

2.5 hours to do an oil change, and I asked them to check how much it would cost to replace the rubber cover on a button that was starting to tear. Instead of looking at it they ripped the cover off, so I couldn't just glue it myself, and said it'd be $900+

very disappointed. i dropped my car off for a broken belt , they then told me my battery and air compressor needed to be replaced. i was without my car for 3 weeks. the day i got it back the belt broke again and was undrivable. turns out they installed the wrong sized air compressor on the vehicle and it wasn t lining up correctly. this clearly should ve been spotted before giving me my car back. i had to wait an additional 3 days for my car. when i got it back the second time the engine immediately overheated because of no coolant in the water pump. the car now runs fine with coolant but it was a horrible experience. there is also damage on the inside of my car that wasn t there before. my seat covers were very dirty and there were spiders all on my dash. wont be bringing my car back here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience. I m retired military and I m telling you stay away. I purchased a vehicle earlier this year and it had been traded in that day so it needed some work. One of the biggest things it needed was the cover for the mechanics on the driver side was hanging off. So they agreed to fix it. I got the car and everything was perfect. I absolutely love the car. A week later the cover popped off so I brought it back and they fixed it quickly ( the clips came off) so .. a couple days later it broke again. Now I live in another city and have a full time job and a son in sports I don t have time to come out every week to get it fixed. I let it go until it was pretty bad then I scheduled an appt which I lose half a day of pay to come out for and when I get there I m excited it s going to get fixed. I sit in the waiting room where there are many people. They start talking about how much they hate the service department and I m thinking come on it can t be that bad. At one point a lady told the service man that she wasted her time and asked if he was going to pay for her gas when she has to come back and in my head I m thinking she s crazy. Oh I was wrong. I get a text message that says it s going to cost $270 and I think it has to be a mistake so I go up to the counter where the lady is on the phone so I wait then ask my question and you would think I asked her to give up her first born child. She was so rude. Then she asks what my name is and I say it so a woman behind me says oh I can help you. I go into her office and she tells me to fix it it is going to cost $270. My response is why if that was something that was supposed to be fixed with the car. She asks if I have proof or who my sales man was. I don t remember his name but I WILL go find him. Then she keeps looking and I ask is there no notes in the system? Then she say let me check. I shouldn t have to tell you to check notes that s your job. She finds the note because there is one and then tells me she has to go ask her manager. Then they have to call Nissan to see if the part is under warranty. Well surprise surprise it s not so she offers to give me the part at cost which saves $30. Absolutely not you temporarily fixed something that should be fixed make it right. My boyfriend had issues when he went here too I should have known. Never again will I buy from here I am very irritated. I am a business owner and would never treat anyone like that.

I will never buy another hyundai, came here for a check engine light and power loss, i was told it would be at least a month before they could look at it, I asked if we could just get a diagnostic to make sure it's not going to be damaged by driving it so they did that and found out it was a dirty gas cap that wasn't even dirty so if it was a little dust it's a terrible design. Set for 2 hours to leave and here a ticking noise that ended up being a nice new shiny bolt in the tire wasnt in there before, now we are being told our platinum warranty doesn't cover tire but they would patch for 35$, set for 4 hours for a tire patch but car was done hours before and no one would tell us anything

They used to be ok. My wife's car is about to go here for the third or fourth time for her TPMS light. We have to go here because we're in the extended warranty and we're not paying for something they should be able to replace under warranty. Right now since we're nearing the end of the extended warranty, it feels like they are trying to skirt it instead of doing what they need to be.There is a faulty tpms sensor on the car and this last time, instead of replacing the sensors after having our car for 2 months (ya they lost it for the first month [they blame staff quitting] and then kept loosing the paper work apparently) they reset the light and said, "ok you're fine." Sure enough, just like the visit prior to this (where they were supposed to fix the sensor,) the light came on again on the way home. We live an hour from this location.We'll be attempting the 4th or 5th time now for them to replace the dang sensors.

I use to love this team!! However they have had my car for just under a month for a new transmission. I have since moved out of state and had to leave car w them. I have tried at least 10X to talk w someone bout my car as to the progress and when i might get my car, but have not spoken w anyone in 3 weeks. One message left wanting my new address but dont know why or when it will come. I am so disgusted w this process that i will probably sell it and never buy a hyundia again. And i loved my veloster but not enough tobe treated like thisServices: Auto brake repair, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

If you don't mind paying $135 up front just to get your car inside for service then this is the place for you. With the per hour charge for work on top of that, don't know that I will be returning.
