***UPDATED*** The bottom paint that was applied quickly showed signs of failing and ultimately completely failed a few months later. The boat was hauled out for a mechanical problem at a reputable dealer in NOLA and the entire bottom paint had to be re-applied. We contacted Chase at Adventure Marina and requested them to honor their 1 year warranty. They claimed they did not miss their top coat window and blamed the failure on a blown generator that had happened 3 months prior. We contacted the manufacturer of the bottom paint (Sea Hawk) and the rep claimed that not only had they missed their top coat window but, they put a barrier coat over top of the existing bottom paint that should have been removed before they even started. Labor costs have skyrocketed since they are having to use a sand blaster to remove the multiple layers of product that has since turned as rigid as concrete. Adventure Marina has since stopped taking our calls and refused all Warranty work. We will be seeking legal counsel to resolve further. I would highly recommend taking your business to someone who stands behind their work and follows the manufacturers application guidelines. ***Updated*** We had our 36 Pursuit boat hauled out for service and a fresh bottom paint for the new year. Chase and the crew at Adventure Marina made it happen within a reasonable time frame and communicated clearly with us during the repair process. They were very accommodating to our needs.

I stopped by for gas tonight and it was right at closing time. I wanted to say thanks to Andy for pumping a last tank of gas that kept him there a few extra minutes. Sincerely appreciated him being pleasant and helpful despite it being time to close up shop. Thanks!

Got a great deal on a new Tidewater boat here. We researched for over a year and talked to several other dealers, but always ended up back here. Been using their ramp and dock all summer and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I brought my 19 Mako in because it wouldn t start and for annual service. Chase got on it within 24 hrs. When I picked the boat up, we found a broken wire to one of the battery leads that runs the bilge pump. Tuffy repaired it on the spot at no extra charge and gave me some Flitz to remove rust around the cleats and other metal parts. I can recommend Adventure Marina.

Towed my personal watercraft from Texas to Destin but could not store at the resort. Stored here with 24 hour secure gate access with use of onsite boat ramp. $40 a day.

We are renting a boat slip while we are down for the week ! We spent all day yesterday cleaning our boat ! And I had to use the restroom so I walked to the bait shop and noticed pink and blue port-a potties! I didn t mind at all using those but when I opened it up it was piled high to the brim where the toilet paper was sticking out of the top! Very unclean !! I understand that maybe out of their control but Under these circumstances the lady should have let me come inside and use the bathroom but she stated that s the only one !I walked to the real marina and they did however let me use there inside restroom and was very very nice !The bait and tackle store should be more accommodating to their customers that are renting slips ! no trash cans at all on the dock !very inconvenient!

Stored my boat here for the weekend. Michelle in storage was super nice and helpful. I then had an issue with the motor, Chase the service manager and Mike the tech were more than willing to help me diagnose the prob as well as lent me some tools. Great customer service. Without them I would have brought a broken boat back home. Thank y all for saving my trip. Highly recommend and will definitely be using y all in the future.

We have been going to Adventure Marina for several years to fuel our boats. They have always provided top quality fuel, but the great customer service they provide is what sets them apart from the other local marinas. PJ and Andy always welcome you with their great smiles. We just purchased a 2019 Tidewater Custom 280 from Paul. It was such an easy transaction and he went above and beyond to make sure we received the best deal and that we were comfortable with our decision. One of the biggest selling factors for us, was knowing anytime we have a future issue with our boat, we feel confident Paul or Chase would be readily available to assist us. I do not believe any dealer around could offer the personal touch that Adventure Marina does. They have dedicated customers in us for years to come!!

Bought a boat here and the salesman Paul was extremely helpful getting me in the right boat fitted just for me. The parts department was extremely polite and helpful with any questions I had. The service department was clean and neat so I know my boat will be taken care of when it comes in for service work. The dealership as a whole was nice and made you feel right at home! I will be shopping here for any and all boat needs I have.

This dealership is on the water and you can text drive a tidewater boat before you buy it, which is awesome.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

the service i got from there was horrible . I spent over $6300.00 IN THERE PARTS AND SERVICE DEPT .I bought a new trolling motor minn kota and all the accessories that go with it ($4500.00) that was part of the $6300.00 i sent . had it all done before i went on vacation there used it 4 days and had a major problem with it and couldn't use it the rest of time i was there . Went in and talked to Chase ( service mgr) was told nothing he could do and i had to take it to a place in louisiana 2 hr drive . tryed talking to him about it and was told he wasn't gonna argue with me about it . fist of all i wasn't arguing with him just wanted help because i live 9 hrs from there . they sure were happy to take my 6300.00 but when a problem comes up and your from out of town they in no hurry to help you and DIN'T HELP ME !!!! The boat that i had them work on was bought there NEW in 2017 ($80,000.00)i keep it in ft walton year round . BUT AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER SPEND A DINE THERE AGAIN !!!!! ONLY REANS FOR A 1 STAR THEY DONT LET YOU PUT 0 STARS !!!!

I stored my boat here for a week and could not be happier. Everyone was so very helpful and friendly. I definitely plan to store my boat here again. Ms. Kathy was amazing and went out of her way to make arrangements for me. Andy at the tackle shop is so helpful and nice with advice and guidance. Ashley and Michelle were so helpful and welcoming.

Best place ever to purchase a boat from!! Very knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase and set up a new boat. The best part is no pressure at all, plus you can test drive the boat you are looking at. They even delivered the boat to us which is an hour away from them. Really could not recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and talk to these people (we worked with Steve) first.

Do not recommend this place at all was 10 minutes late and they charge 50$ they never told me before that they will charge a late fee and when I was late for 10 minutes they said we are charging me 50$ workers were super rude and mean do not recommend this place at all do not come here !!!!

Me and my family were visiting Florida and decided to visit Crab Island just down from this marina. These guys and gals were amazing! From pumping fuel to bringing our ice to the boat. We never stepped off our boat and they were always there smiling when we pulled up to the dock. Great people and a great marina!

We rented jet skis. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our jet skis were high quality and gave a smooth ride!! We will definitely use them again!! They helped our family make great memories!!

I have had to return my boat multiple times for problems that stemmed from a simple tune up. First they incorrectly re-wired the battery which damaged the electrical system and required the sending unit to be replaced, then I returned for a fuel leak caused from replacing the sending unit. They claimed they performed a sea trial after fixing things, but when they put me back in the water, I could not shift it into gear, so I wonder how they were able to perform the sea trial. After a quick fix of the cable, I was able get underway. Halfway across the bay my engine died. Turns out the belt came off and I had to be towed back to my dock. I had the engine inspected by a third party mechanic and he discovered they had actually damaged my engine. To top all this off, they lost some of my boat accessories while my boat was there, and these were never found. They did not offer to replace them or reimburse me.

I live in Mississippi and decided to look all over for a boat, after talking to steve , I drove to adventure marine and found the boat and a great price. My wife and I bought the boat and when I got back to Mississippi I found the fresh water pump was not working. Chase mailed me a new one at No charge. I would diffenitly recommend doing business with steve or Chase. Thank you all

The service department provided excellent service, very fast and efficient. They completed bottom cleaning, prime, paint and 100 hrs servicing on my engine in no time at all. I would recommend them for your boat servicing needs.

Good place to take pontoon boat Rentals. They have variety of Pontoon Boats in various sizes. cheaper compared to the other boat rentals. will get good deals for four to six hours rentals. the driver should be in age Thirty and above to sign the rentals. enjoyed the pontoon boat ride.

Great for the family and kids. The instructors are also really cool and friendly and they let you have a good time. Best time ever!!! I recommend everyone who wants to do a jet ski tour to go here!

Great place to work with. I contacted Adventure Marina at the last minute to stay over Christmas break. They got me setup and even came out on Christmas Day to help me out do to an error on my own part. Very thankful, would recommend to anyone! Thanks again!!
