I'm surprised that this was a drop-off location and the only one open on Christmas Eve. It was a life saver for a friend. The only thing is that a receipt is e-mailed instead of a hard copy, which I prefer.

I purchased a new battery here two years ago. It gave me some issues so I took my car back and thankfully the battery was still under warranty. Andy helped me find the replacement and came out to my car to install it for me. He was extremely kind and helpful and got the job done very quickly. I was more than pleased!!

Had just what I needed. 3m headlight restoration kit. Ordered online and paid to make sure the item was in stock. Confirmation of order was quick and pickup was easy.The price was higher than Walmart by 2x, but they had it in stock.

I came in there Thursday, June 9, 2022 needing a new battery. I was fortunate to be waited on by a pleasant young man named Tyler. He went above and beyond with a smile. Such great customer service is sincerely appreciated!!!

Great experience here! My check engine light came on going home and I was able to stop here to have one of their sales associates come outside and check the codes my computers car was putting out. I was then able to purchase the part and told was socket size was needed. I already had the tools but it was nice the man went out of his way to check that without me asking.

Tyler, the assistant manager in training, was very helpful. He saved me 40 bucks. The parking lot could have been cleaner because there was oil stains everywhere. The landscaping could also be updated. I'll be back though.

Mr. Ed saved my project! I was having trouble and getting frustrated trying to get a color-match specific paint from duplicolor, purchased at a different Advance Auto Parts store, to work on the surface I was painting (no I wasn't spraying it upside down, I've painted numerous things before), the paint would just haze as it dried between coats so I thought it was the paint itself that was defective; But after calling Ed he told me to come by to his store, the only other store that had the same color available, and see what we can do... it took him about 20 seconds to fix the applicator and apply a coat correctly to the part right there on the spot, and sure enough it looked like it was supposed to after it dried. He educated me on why the paint had done that (humidity/heat index) earlier. Afterwards he mentioned he had worked in automotive paint for many years, and his experience truly showed. I appreciated the fact that he fixed my situation, and taught me something along the way, saving me time and money and not even expecting any sort of payment for his service. Simply awesome.

We needed a battery checked, and Andy came out, checked the battery, and replaced it. He was extremely nice and made us feel like our business was much appreciated. We are from SC and are in FL on vacation. It's great to meet nice helpful folks like Andy!!

I stopped in to get a price match on a tie rod end and the old man on the register told me to go to a different store. He refused to read the company price policy I had pulled up on my phone and was dead set on telling me how wrong I was, despite every other store in the area offering to do the price match (they were the only store with the part in stock). It was some of the worst customer service I have ever received, do NOT waste your time at this store, go to Navarre and speak to Jakob.

We order a part that was supposed to arrive on Monday. That morning the part wasnt there and they couldn't guarantee another time that it would be there. Very frustrating because we were out of town and need to get back home to go to work the next day. They wasnt helpful with trying to see if they could expedite or finding it at another location. Was very unhappy with this place. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the manager wasnt rude or anything. He was calm and understanding of our frustration but just didn't help us like he should.

Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable employees that are usually eager to help. I've made purchases on-line and picked up in store as well as in store purchases. prices are competitive although it seems that Advanced Auto's prices on the "higher quality" parts with familiar brand names are a few dollars less than competitors. the "bundles" they sell like oil change kits or shop cleaning supplies are great values! most parts in stock or available same or next day. I always call Advanced Auto first to check availability of parts I need. if they are in stock, that is the only call I will make. right parts, great value and QUALITY, great people, friendly casual HELPFUL atmosphere, a step above the "budget" parts stores....

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. The staff no longer allowing use of a obd2 reader is why I will never return. Whoever decided to stop this should reevaluate their buisness model. I was ready to buy all necessary parts to fix my engine codes. Went to auto zone was in and out in 5 min with my new o2 sensor. 70$ might not be much but it could have been spent at this store instead of auto zone.

If you need help go to Tim he'll give you the best customer service going above and beyond. Jay as a wing man will make you feel better if youre having car troubles as well as try and help you solve it. Both are great guys!

Can t give 0/5 so a 1/5 will have to do. I purchased windshield wipers that started to break apart about a month and a half later. They wouldn t stand by the product they sold and refused to refund me or swap out the wipers for new ones because it had been more than 30 days since my purchase. I understand businesses can t guarantee parts forever, but I m pretty sure wipers should last more than ~45 days...

They had the part I needed, and the staff was kind and helpful. I would give them 5 stars but most of their tools if not all are off brand with name brand prices.

First let me start off by saying this is the first ever review I have ever written in 26 years. The "customer service" I received was beyond horrible. Tom or Tim I believe his name was.. Absolutely rude... I can't believe he is allowed to talk to people and represent your company.

Hepfull friendly staff helped us out late and made sure we had things coorect and supply"s needed to save a friend stranded on interstate. The gentleman has already started locking up but he went to that extra effort to help.

Great place, super helpful employees. Call them up and they are just as helpful. The building needs some TLC to renovate and bring more clientele. But it serves it's purpose.
