Over a 4 hour wait for two tires to be installed. They make you stay in the wait area or will not do the work even if they have a signature to do the work and the car keys. The wait area is disgusting with not enough seating. The chairs are broken, ants and roaches everywhere, and overall nasty and unclean.Employees shop and leave there grocery carts in the room.The price they tell you is not the price charged.Had me sign a form that I wanted two front tires and still asked what tires were being replace after all 4 were removed.Great prices for tires online but I rather pay an extra $30 and have a decent place to at least sit for 4 hours.Next time I will order and pick up the tires and pay someone else cash to install.

Derek from auto care center went above and beyond with helping me get my tire off of my rim. I am lucky that they helped me get a day of appointment and as well as gave me excellent customer care. I am driving from West Palm to Orlando and had a tire blown. Derek and his team are are life saver

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. the great online deals for tires isn't worth the wait. Appointment was at 3 they didn't pull the truck until 4 took the tires off and the service tech goes on break leaving my truck and me waiting another 2 hours I'll never do this again not worth it.Update now have to take my car to another place because your tech broke my tps sensor off and just threw it inside the new tire worst service I've ever had

Waited three hours to tell me they could not get the lug nuts off, which we then hand loosened. Trunk was also left open in the parking lot. Management just argued instead of offering solutions.

Will not go back to this location. Had a bolt in my tire that needed to be fixed and said they couldn t get me in and it was well before close . I left and went to Firestone who took care of it despite being close to closing time .

They told me that they could get my vehicle in if I got there within 20 minutes in which I did and when I got there, they told me that they were not able to get my car in anymore. They let me leave with a flat. Highly disappointed.

I have been to many Walmart Auto Centers and by far this is the best so far. I got 3 new tires and an oil change and it took 90 mins. For you to have the best experience I highly recommend you make an appointment, do not go on the weekends, they open at 7am be there at 6:45am, and finally do not go on the weekends. It is best if you go during the week where it s less hectic. You can t be mad if you take the car on a Saturday and they only have 1 tech to open with and 10 ppl waiting. The young lady at the counter was very nice and overall had no issues.

NEVER MORE!! This place has me quoting Poe. I brought my vehicle in for simple oil change, balance and rotation. I was given a 1.5 to 2hr time line. 2.5hrs later the balance and rotation was finally completed and oil change begun (oil drained). At hour 3, I was notified they did not have my requested full synthetic oil. Luckily I had already made a purchase of 5qt oil as back up for my home garage that morning and it happend to have been in my cart waiting to go home with me. So I offered them to use that and deduct the cost from the overall charge. The young lady Mesha was professional and helpfu,l kudos to her. At hrs 4 of the slowest oil change in the know history was completed and my schedule and day was effective ruined, THANK YOU Walmart auto services. As for the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, no need for names. This is a reflection on this store and perhaps the company's service department as a whole. Nonetheless, Mesha was there keeping other frustrated customers, myself included, informed and calmed. Perhaps if Wal-Mart had more of her working the shop, they'd complete twice as many vehicles and have no t*cked off customer. Either way, this is likely the last time I will get my auto serviced at this Wal-Mart and perhaps you should think twice before you do, unless you have nothing but time to waste. On the other hand it is Saturday, they might've needed more coffee to wash the prior nights celebration, lol, jk. Frustration typing, no such indication. Finally, as a passive aggressive stance, the mechanic seemed to have slowed down his progress beyond a level I thought was not humanly possible after he noticed me staring at his sloth-like quickness and snail speed. In fact another customer is going through the same thing with the service area supervisor. Hopefully they'll address their service speed while maintaining safety for the customers and their staff.

This wal- mart recharges AC. Not all Walmarts do. However for me it was a waste of money because I needed a new compressor. That's not their fault. He told me the charge wouldn't last long because I needed work.

We went by about 5pm today due to having trouble with our canoe trailer. We needed a wheel bearing change and Carlos the manager was able to take great care of us! First they put the wrong size tires on and fight with me trying to make me keep them cause they technically used then, then they damage my property and deny me a claim, said the reason being is because he claims I signed away any liability when I allowed them to work on my tires. Derek the manager will blame you for his mistakes and after damaging brand new out the box rims tell you there s nothing he will try to do and then argue like a little child and throw a temper tantrum and say your never allowed back to the store like he owns Walmart. I believe he may be off some sort of medication, I m working on getting the situation solved with corporate now but I was there 6 hours yesterday and 1.5 today.EDIT corporate paid for my rims in full and I m able to keep them as well. So thanks for putting me in that position Derek and I hope you ve been able to learn from that incident.

I bought 4 brand new tires cuz my 2 back tires were leaking and spent about $700 and a couple of weeks after the 2 back tires were still leaking so I took it back and they took all 4 tires off and said well the tires are ok changed a valve stem a couple weeks later both tires in back flat.. I went back a total of 6 times at 2 hours each time to find out they never took the weights off the tires that were there to begin with and that's where the tires had been leaking the entire time.. this is the first tire shop ever I have been to where they didn't strip the rim of the weights and start fresh! I will never go to a Walmart for tires ever again and I have always trusted walmart for my tires!

I cannot say enough good things. I came in this past Sunday 10/10/21 with a flat still 1.5 hrs away from home. Ryan, Dat, and one other employee's name I did not catch were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and helpful. They made sure I would make it back safely. Wonderful team. Thank you, guys. Outstanding service!

I usually don t write negative comments, but this place is a nightmare. I just needed a tire change and I have had no way to obtain it: three days ago the place was closed already at 4pm instead of 6 pm, the next day they didn t accept my order because they were understaffed, and today they just couldn t find the right size for my tire so they let me go. Incredible.

Went in for a tire issue at closing time, but they took me anyway. The staff was super accommodating and very understanding of our situation. I was very satisfied and quite surprised at the high quality of customer service and the grace with which everything was handled. Props to them! They saved my road trip.

Great tire prices. Took almost 3 hours to put on 2 tires...with an appointment not sure what took so long my tps wasn't even reset.

Rest of the store is a mess but this department is fantastic. Had to get two new tires late in the evening. Young man working the counter was very friendly and efficient. Mechanics had me back on the road in about 30 minutes.

I would leave no stars if I could. If you re hurting for money and can t go anywhere else I get it but literally go somewhere else. 5 hours waiting for an oil change and a tire replacement on 1 tire. I would ve left and gone somewhere else if I could ve but my tire was slashed. Worst experience and service I could have ever imagined. I will never ever give my time or money to Walmart ever again. Already hate the grocery shopping experience now the tire experience is equally as bad. Especially at this location. Worst service. They let people skip people. They let the phone ring. It takes 3 people to help one person. And the techs are slow and take their time. Then when it s time to leave they can t even get the paperwork together so you can pay and leave. Just overall the worst experience I ve ever had getting work on my car. Absolutely terrible.

Went in to go get a simple tire change on a rim. SIMPLE right? ONE HOUR LATER I get my damn tire, the reason was there was no communication towards the customer (me) or the repair man. Never going back. Same in Vero. They take way too long.**STAY AWAY**

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. In my opinion Walmart should close down tire services before an incident breaks out. They tell you two hours and you wait five hours. You can clearly see the tire mechanics screwing off. I waited five hours with groceries, horrible and the staff doesn't care! It's a totally liberal scene ,it gets everyone extremely angry. One day that anger will escalate and some one is going to get hurt over Walmarts inability to get the employees to do their job.

Took my car to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. A little confused about the pricing but they got that issue resolved and did my car in a good timely manner.

I recently had an ongoing frustrating issue regarding my Ford Mustang's vehicle computer system not recognizing my TPMS sensor in my front driver's side tire. I was informed by the associates that Mariah was the individual who I needed to speak to as my issue was more complex than we had initially thought. With Mariah using her knowledge to diagnose the problem, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes of her tackling the complication that seemed foreign to most.Mariah was very professional, super friendly, and even kept in touch with me in regards to her schedule to stop by as she could get a first-hand look at the issue herself. She was very helpful with her knowledge along with her outgoing personality that reflects greatly as a positive asset to Walmart Inc. I'm so happy I can enjoy my vehicle now without having faulty lights illuminate my dashboard. This was true customer service that went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful for her!

I came with my family just right now 4:10pm flat tire driving to Miami and girl at the counter told me we are closed my husband explained to her is an emergency and she told the the ones on front of us are emergency too. Two hours to Miami with no idea of how is going to be. You store close at 6pm.

The tires are great just took a long time and i only asked for 3 new tires, but she rang me up for 4 then rushed me to sign itWhen i came back i owed like 150 more then what i told them to do. Wouldnt recommend it.

They said they open at 7 and they were open at 7 doing business. The associate that helped me was very efficient and got me in and out of the store in about an hour. It's good to see people doing their job right. Very courteous also

Sorry to say I don't know how you make money very disorganized I don't think your help while trained I go to the one in Port St Lucie very organized I'm sorry I feel that way I know it's hard to find good help but it looks like a lot of them don't care

Twice we have taken our car in for an oil change and twice they have removed our BJ's tire rotation sticker from our windshield. The second time they removed it, we had placed a sticky note asking them to not remove the tire rotation reminder sticker. They also wanted to charge extra for an oil change on our Subaru because it takes "extra oil" Do they think it's a Ferrari? 5 qts of oil is all it takes guys! I think we'll try someplace else next time

I hate to say it but the same class of battery with the same warranty I just got at Walmart for $59 +tax was a whopping $189.00 at Advanced Auto parts on Indrio Road. I am very against giant corporations but with the current process of all rare earth mineral rights going to China is causing a HUGE price gap between American Made and Chinese made products.
