Came here to service my Hyundai- they do an excellent job. I live in palm city and Stuart would be the Wallace location much closer to me, but they are booked months out and their waiting room is substandard to say the least. I owned a couple Volvos and a genesis and the Stuart location was fantastic to me, but once I got a Hyundai the experience plummeted to say the least. So, fortunately pierce all the way. They will be getting my next vehicle sales as well thanks to the stellar service with oil changes and such.

2 stars because the staff was friendly but we inquired about how long it would take when we scheduled the appointment for JUST AN OIL CHANGE they said since we had an appointment slot it shouldn t take long . When I arrived I was quoted an hour and half because they do the inspection and wash it . Had I been made aware on the phone, I would have brought a book or made a plan to come back. Literally the wildest thing I ve ever heard for a *maybe* 45 minute process MAX & that s being generous. This is akin to a doctors office where they bait you with a time then make you wait so they can see as many people as possible. Only here for the price due to the warranty but honestly I rather pay more somewhere else in order for to avoid wasting my limited, precious time here on earth at a dealership. Yikes. Prepare to wait for even the smallest of jobs. This was an excruciating experience. Arrived and had appointment @ 10am - left the lot @ 12:18 (and that s after I made them take off the car wash so I didn t have to stay any longer, he said it saved me 20minutes)

We waited almost a month to bring in a company car for service..told Hyundai the car was a Fleet vehicle. We were told to bring it to Lincoln, right next to Wallace Hyundai. We arrived at 7:20am this morning , appt at 7:30am. Service advisor came out, female with dark hair (never provided name) and immediately started asking what we were bringing it in for. My boyfriend told her it was a company car and he was having issues with brakes and what was happening. She immediately said he would have to pay for diagnostics and the price was 189.00. I said we ve never paid before and it s a Fleet vehicle: She continued to say you ll still have to pay for the diagnostics. My boyfriend asked for the Manager..she walked away, he followed thinking she was taking him to the Manager and she said stay here and pointed back to where I was standing. So rude and unprofessional - I think it s all in the way you communicate to people, who are customers in your service area! We were hopeful the Manager would be more customer service oriented.The Service Manager came out and was nice at first but kept going on about getting paid and do we not want their techs to get paid? I said it s not about that, of course we want people to be paid for the work they do. I said let s move past this and asked, what can we do to get this car serviced. Can you call Fleet Mgmt and obtain the info you need? It went downhill from there and we didn t have the correct Fleet card, which was on us but the lack of consideration and wanting to help as new customers was so disappointing. My boyfriend asked for the Fleet card back and we left. We both work weekends. He is a hospice nurse and had just gotten home at 3am..not what we were expecting at all on an early Monday morning. The only decent person there was the older gentlemen that greeted us when we first got there. We headed to Tire Kingdom immediately with no issues at all. We will NEVER go back to this dealership for anything, service or a new vehicle!

I want to give a public thank you to Frank the service advisor for correcting an issue we had when I got my oil changed. The technicians inadvertently got oil/grease on my seat, and when Detail attempted to clean it unfortunately it became worse. Frank had a leather specialist come in and correct the problem & it looks good as new. I appreciate that the dealership handled this quickly and without any hassle on my part. This is what sets Lincoln apart and keeps me a faithful Lincoln customer for over a decade now.Thank you Frank and team at Wallace Lincoln!

After oil change, I was giving an inspection sheet from John Natoli stating that I may have a transmission leak and drive shaft to bring it back soon. Today I returned only to be told to return my Lincoln to Ford Essential since that s where I last had the drive shaft serviced. He tried to send me away without a ticket after wasting my time and after insisting on a ticket, it now says there s no leak. Makes me wonder if there was ever a leak. This is bad service. It shouldn t matter if Ford previously serviced my Lincoln. I should ve been taken care of instead of being pushed away to someone else because you refuse to service the something you said existed.

Had to bring in a van to get repaired. I gave them a pretty tuff task. Frank was my service tech and man what a great guy ! He was patient and didn't give up when the problem seemed to hard to handle.Thank you for the great work !!!

I went there with my brother he was looking for a work van . I began looking at the vehicle's. We met with sales man Trevor he was friendly and helpful and very professional, he knew his product very well. I liked the Lincoln MKZ I had to have it. I test drove the car and was very satisfied with the way it drove . I also spoke with manager Mark who was great to work with . I found both Trevor and Mark to be honest, professional and very helpful. They were able to get me the best price for the vehicle, Mark worked very hard to get me the most for my trade and he did . I took the deal and am very pleased with it. It was a two for one visit as my brother bought the van he came to see he paid much less than sticker price. I recommend this dealership highly.

I want to update my review below. Brian and Roy from the dealership contacted us to confirm the problem with the engine light was corrected and followed up to make sure the $683.00 was posted back to our account. I now feel our interaction with them should be changed to five stars and hopefully continue to be five stars.Currently waiting for our Lincoln to be diagnosed and repaired. This was our 4th visit to the dealership after being charged $683.00 for a fueler tube that was supposed to correct the problem of the engine light appearing on the dashboard. One day later the engine light was on again, so obviously we paid for a service that was not related to or solved the problem. Our advisor Brian was very accommodating and made sure we had a loaner car since as of tomorrow Friday they will have had our car for two days hence the one-star rating.

Hello! :) I am a Hyundai Sonata owner and they currently have Hyundai's being serviced at this luxurious Lincoln Location in Ft Pierce. I am highly impressed with the service here in Fort Pierce, for I have always gone to Stuart for any of my Hyundai Service needs. The Stuart location is always booked out and very small. At the Fort Pierce location, it's grand and the professionalism of Jamie and Destinee was TOP TIER! It was late in the day nearing closing time and even though I was only there for an Oil Change last Friday, I expressed my concern with my engine light that recently turned on. They immediately did a diagnostic scan and ordered the replacement parts right away! The completion date was suppose to be Tuesday and they finished a day early. (And hand washed my vehicle) I was given a 2023 (One year newer than mine) Luxury Sonata Rental to use for the weekend and that was quite the lavish experience! Reminds me of my parents P85 Series S Model Tesla with the Cream interior and moon roof! The self heating seats are 100% phenomenal. Even though it was only a rental I showed everyone in my family and coworkers this beauty of a car. Amazing experience here, you should be proud of yourselves! Shout out to Destinee's BMW E46 in the back! Don't forget to get those custom clear taillights from K2 Industries! :) Thank you everyone for giving me an unparalleled experience at this dealership. Have an incredible 2024!!! :)

I have a 2019 continental that's being service, been there for 3 weeks. No communication No loanersNo time-line for the release of it. Worst service I have ever experience. I've owned four other lincolns and never experience service like this. I can't wait until this nightmare is over

Brought my car in for service at 9am. Needed AC. Oil change and a recall item. Not one phone call to update me as to the progress on my vehicle. I called them at 4pm and was told to call back tomorrow about the AC issues. Really ??.Just how did you expect me to get to work the next day when I took today off to get all this resolved. And to make matters worse, I was told they would have a rental car for me if the car wasn't ready at the end of the day. Well apparently noone talk to each other there because the gentleman that was helping us went home early and failed to inform someone else about our agreement. My warranty says I'm covered with a car rental but now they don't have any?. That's nice !!. Just when we're you going to tell me this ?. Come man ! You're better than this !!.If you really want to make this right. Please get me a rental car and deliver it to my house !. That would show me just how much you car about quality customers care !

Had an appointment for 3 weeks to have my Lincoln Aviator serviced for two issues. The vehicle was picked up on July 26th by a dealership rep. This dealership has the worst communication I ve ever dealt with in a dealership. I know the reasons i turned it into service for, but have no idea what the diagnosis is or if it s even being fixed? It s been a month with no answers. Can t speak to anyone because they refuse to answer phones. Leave messages and no one responds. Even the call center agreed this is normal for this dealership. Someone higher up in the company needs to have a serious meeting or clean house.Unacceptable!

My first time purchasing a Lincoln, outstanding service without any pressure. Went back for my first oil change and WOW what a difference from other dealerships, I was treated with respect. I will be returning to Wallace for my next oil change.

10 Weeks and three cancelled service appointments. The communication from the service team was terrible. I changed my work schedule three times to accommodate scheduled service and every one was cancelled. The last two were actually a no-show and no-call. I had to contact the dealership both times to find out why nobody showed up.Due to the issues with the first and second appointments being cancelled I was clear with the the warranty service manager to please contact me if there was a problem with the appointment. The only communication is received was the auto text confirmation the night before. This leads me to think the appointment is happening if you text me confirming it.Once again an entire morning was lost with the same result of a no-show. When I contacted your team to ask why nobody showed up or called a gentleman said he wasn't sure and would have your coordinator call me. I received a call back exactly 5 minutes later. I was then given excuses that they tried calling and my phone number didn't work. Then it changed to the call went through, but the voicemail wasn't set up. This is absolutely false. I received multiple calls prior to that (including her call back) and haven't had a single person say phone phone number doesn't work in years. My voicemail has been set up for over a decade, I'm not a teenager. There seems to be zero accountability for failure to provide the service you and Lincoln are offering. These aren't inexpensive vehicles. Your clients that own them expect and deserve way better. I will not be using any Wallace dealership for service or vehicle purchases again and will be sure to let others know how poorly customers are cared for.

Great vehicle. Great sales team. Service manager is great, but he needs more help to be able to provide service that matches the quality and price tag of these vehicles.Update - I received calls and apologies for the poor service, and all issues were promptly addressed with excellent service and I was kept up to date the entire time.

I was greeted within seconds of pulling up by a gentleman named Jeff. He immediately acknowledged my reservation, requested service and directed me to the waiting lounge. Once there my service advisor also named Jeff came within a few minutes and invited me into his office to complete my paperwork. Service advisor Jeff continued to keep me up to date during the visit by coming out of his office and sitting next to me in the waiting area. He took time to go over additional services recommended and kept me up to date on the extended unplanned service.

The work on our Lincoln was performed in a timely manner. Also, Aaron the Service Manager was great. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He entered our information into the system, explained the services to be done and explained some of the policies on our lease.

We love our Corsair. I dread going to Wallace for srvice.We paid for valet srvice but they never seem to have a car avialble so I end having to bring my car in for srvice when needed.

My latest experience didn t go as I d hoped for. (1) This appointment was scheduled a few weeks in advance and a few days before the dealership moved my service date due to being over booked. I accepted the change but requested the shuttle service (due to no loaner cars or Uber service were available) which was promised by the service writer- it didn t happen. My wife was required to stay on site until the service was complete. (2) The service appointment was rushed and not all of the 4 items on the list were addressed. The Lincoln Way has not been accomplished in either of the 2 service visits that I ve experienced at this dealership so far.

Normally I rate this dealership location with a 5. But things have changed (staff and management). The personal touch that was once received has left. In the past I felt as though I trusted the service that was given and it was in my best interest. But, again things have changed and I can only hope things get better. I will try them again in the future, just to see if things have improved.

My wife has always taken her car here for service. Unfortunately it has not been the same since they let William go to another dealership. I would not recommend to have anyone come here for service.

First time I've gone to a dealership and felt like they didn't care if I stayed or left. They went through the process, of showing me the car, but their sales reps (one I had to deal with) need help with describing everything, and working on their math. I had cash in hand, and they couldn't understand that my trade in was already paid off with my bank. They ended up letting me walk over 1k.They didn't seem very interested in making a deal. I noticed a lot of their traffic is the older generation, and they seem to get the better care because they don't fight the price.
