I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership's service department. I initially brought in my car to get the right front door handle fixed under warranty, but despite waiting for weeks for the part to come in, the issue was not resolved properly. On top of that, I scheduled an oil change during my appointment, which took a whopping four hours to complete. When I arrived to pick up my car before the scheduled departure time of our service representative, Destiny, I was completely ignored multiple times and then snapped at when I finally got her attention. She went on to say it was my fault and continued to leave the office for the day. Leaving me to find someone else to hopefully help me get me back to my vehicle. The situation only got worse when I discovered that not only was the door handle still malfunctioning, but it was now even worse than before. It couldn't unlock from the outside at all, requiring someone inside to open it. This has left me not only furious but also questioning if they even performed the oil change or if they charged me for services they didn't actually do. This entire experience has been a complete disappointment, and I will definitely be reconsidering where I bring my business in the future. This warranty work was not completed and I will be reporting to Hyundai s corporate office for fraud.

Thomas is an outstanding salesman. Extremely knowledgeable and NO pressure. He knew all the bells and whistles in the vehicles. Bought a New Venue and couldn t be happier. Thomas had already set up the free 3 mo subscription with Sirius Radio and the free 3 year subscription to Blue link, and had it automatically cancel when expires so I don t need to remember to cancel. Thomas also explained we get free oil changes, tire rotation, car washes etc! Everyone at the dealership was Happy and Friendly. Hands down the Best Salesman and dealership to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I purchased a 2022 Santa Fe and we are extremely happy with the car and service we received. I bought a Palisade a few days ago. Robert Gay was my sales person. He did an excellent job. He was personable and very knowledgeable. No high pressure tactics.We test drove the car and reached a deal soon thereafter. Very pleasant experience.We needed my wife to sign something. Robert followed me to my house to get her signature. He went over entire car and its features with us. He has contacted us several times to make sure we are happy. I highly recommend him.

I purchased a vehicle at Wallace on April 1, 2024. My sales person, Calvin Johnson, assured me, number one that the vehicle will be fueled upon my pick up the following day. When I went to pick the vehicle up, it was determined that the gas fill latch was broken. He never filled up the vehicle, nor told anybody that the latch was broken, causing me a delay at service on the day of pick up. Secondly, there was no second key fob. He told me that the key fob was at another dealership where the car originated from, and he wouldn t require it. I never heard from him for almost 4 days. I finally reached out to him, and he said that they could not find the key. Three days after that, I went to the dealership to talk to the sales manager and discovered that the key was never ordered and he knew nothing about it. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and advise anybody looking not to use him as your sales person .

This is the absolute worst dealership to ever do business with. They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite! I got my car literally a month ago and have gone through more problems w the car then someone who has had a car for years! No one reaches out, I had to spend 300$ on a new battery and was lucky to get 150$ back from Hyundai because their service appointments could only be made for months out. Oh don t let me get started on the they tell you one thing and do another these guys told me specifically that I would be able to pick my car tag up from them which is local but they sent it to a whole different county. If I could give -100 stars I would.

We love Robert!, he was able to put my grandmother in a brand new 24 Tucson. He was understanding & was able to run numbers that got her a deal. He worked hard & we appreciate it so much ;)

Very disappointed in the service department. There appears to be little to no communication between employees and no communication to customers. We ordered a rim and a tire on Feb 29 and were given an appointment to have it put on on March 18. We informed the employee we would only be in the area til Mar 25 (we were visiting from out of state). She assured us the rim would be available for the Mar 18 appt. We tried calling a week out to be sure they had gotten the rim. We left messages that were NEVER returned. On March 18, we arrived for our appointment. It was chaos. We drove up, no one greeted us, hubby went inside and was instructed to go to another office and speak with someone there. He went to that office, and person gruffly told him he was on the phone with Warranty Service and would have to go back to the first office. After some more game of tag, the person we spoke with on Feb 29 was located and, lo and behold, there was no rim to install; it may or may not have been ordered. She would have to check with the Parts Department. We asked how long would that take and she assured us we would get a call. We again explained that we were leaving the area soon for home. She verbalized understanding and reassured us that she would call later in the day. We went home, waited two hours and did not receive a call. We called and left a message, no return call. The next day I spoke with the operator who said the manager would return our call. We still have not received a call whether the rim is in stock, on order and will be here by a certain day or just not available. We gave up and bought a tire elsewhere to cover our trip home. What a complete train wreck of a service department...

Marcus, Calvin, Dave from sales and finance and Jamie from service were great to work with. They were patient in explaining information and took time to answer questions and all in all were a great sales team! I highly recommend them and the dealership as well as the Hyundai Tucson Limited. Beautiful car that rides very nicely and has all the bells and whistles!

The service department at Hyundai Fort Pierce is spot on. Jamie was so helpful, got everything done i needed, offered me a loaner car if i needed it and went above and beyond. I picked up my car today, all fixed and sparkly clean. Jamie kept me in the loop along the way via text and returned my texts immediately. My experience with this location beats my other Hyundai experiences hands down.

AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!!! I ve been with Audi for a few years (I leased two A3s) and I decided it was time to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. I had my eye on the Santa Fe and Hyundai bought my A3 and put me in the Santa Fe in less than and hour and a half. I am so thrilled with my new car and I couldn t have asked for a better dealership experience. A quick shout out to Paul Paparella: I wish every car salesman was like him. Not ONCE did he make me feel pressured or turned off. He was honest, genuine and so accommodating. I will absolutely continue leasing with Wallace Hyundai of Fort Pierce. 100% recommend.

On February. 6th 2024, I stop by the fort pierce location, spoke with RobertOnce we settled on a vehicle 2024 Santa fe , we agree on a price , I explain to Robert my issue, requested not to blast my information , my FICO score was at 610I realize this extremely low I was victim of FRAUD 7 years ago, and my account where locked,With in a few minutes my phone start blasting messages from the three credit bureau30 requests submitted and credit access multiples times by not only financial institutions but by thenSince then my score is on a free fall after 30 access refusalsI do not recommend this companyBe carefulGet your own finances

I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a vehicle. For starters they DON'T markup the vehicle prices and there was never any pressure or hassle to buy. Thanks to Thomas D Amore at Wallace Hyundai I was able to find the right car that met my criteria at a price I could afford. I will gladly refer any friends and family to first visit Wallace Hyundai before stepping foot in any other dealership. Ima try to make this short and sweet!! This dealership is hands down the best thing that s happened to my wife and I this early year!! We were team KIA forever and realized that it was time for another car and a big change only to find out that we were bam boozled every time we went to KIA to do a trade!!! The payments kept growing on us however Bobby was the perfect guy for us. Not only was he very informative but he was also patient with my wife and kids they have no patience also I note that we had him working hard when we had to call our insurance that was another 2 hours of easily 3 things that was needed from the rep! Thank you Bobby for being our guy hopefully we come back and get a Genesis next!!!

This is my 2nd time servicing my Hyundai here and my experience has not been good at all. I have been waiting on a seatbelt sensor since October. I was told the part was a 3 day turn around since October. Every time we would call in October and even November we would leave messages for Jaime and never got a call back. We finally got a call in December from service the part was in and schedule was almost 3 weeks out. We again asked for Jaime as he said to call him to get us in sooner but again no call back. I go to the scheduled appoint 3 weeks out from when I got the call. I drop my car off they shuttle me to work. I got a call 5 hours later my car was ready. I go pick up my car and when they pull my car up I walk out thinking everything is fine but then I was told by the way your seatbelt sensor is still on. The wrong part came in (seat covers) not even a sensor. We will give you a call. So it took 5 hours of holding my car to not even be called and told the wrong part came in and not even told on the phone when I was called and told my car was ready! And then told as I m walking out. Very upsetting.

I needed a new car. I went to Wallace Hyundai in Fort Pierce to find a car. Christopher Trenge was my sales guy. He showed me a few cars and I ended up leaving in a Hyundai Palisade and I couldn't be happier moose. Chris was very helpful and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed and the whole process was smoother than expected.

Quite easily be the other worst decision, another FL dealership.I came for an inspection. They had me sign papers for repairs i wasnt allowed to read and left with a need for repairs i didnt have before.Spent 1200$ (up 400) so far after a perfectly maintained engine was throttled for 3 hrs. (Years worth of wear in minutes.)This should not be legal.Better Business Bureau BBB #1 PROBLEM.THESE FLORIDA DEALERS.

First, I would like to say the salesman we had was great and honest. Can not say the same about the management. We bought 2 vehicles from this location a brand new Kona which went smoothly and a brand new Palasiade which we almost got the bait and switch routine because they couldn't find the trim package we wanted. Then 2 months later a get a toll ticket in the mail from my trade. They said just go ahead a pay it and we will send you a check. After numerous texts I still haven't been reimbursed.

So, over the thanksgiving weekend I decided to look at a SUV that caught my eye, with a 2000-dollars dealership discount the SUV was 30,700-2,000=28,700. I entered the dealership and asked them to run the numbers of that SUV after adding Tax& DOC, Dealer fees, Government fees, the SUV out the door was 34,218 dollars out the door. So, I asked what about the 2,000-dollar dealership discount. The Manager said You don t coalify for it, I said it s a dealership discount. Once I got over that obstacle, I told him I had a 2007 Hyundai to trade in, he offered me 1,000 for it, I asked why when KBB said its worth 3,000 as a trade or better, the manager told me that KBB is only a suggestion they don t sell cars or buy them, but in their web site the use KBB to give you 120% of your trade which now they were not honoring that would have been 3.600 on the trade, I told him it s the make you sell, the manager stated that back then they did not make them as good and did not hold the value, well I hope they are of less quality I would think that in 17 years technology and quality would grow. So, me being the person I am, I said the 30,700-dollars that the SUV was priced was also a suggestion. The manager stated that it was the correct price from the manufacturer, I told him he needed to go back to sales school because that was the MSRP which stands for Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price, the manager stated that no sticker on the lot had that on his new vehicles, at that time I got up laughing and said: you are an idiot as I walked out the door. That manager must have thought I still had my sombrero on and my back wet from crossing the border, I can make easy money, not on this guy!What a generic response, and yes the Wallace name may have been in business for 65 years but not the dealership in Fort Pierce!

Wow. What an experience. And I mean a GREAT experience. Recently relocated from the Miami area, I assumed long line and delayed service. I was wrong. I arrived and was immediately attended to. I waited in a very comfortable sitting area with free coffee and snacks. I thought I was in the Admirals Lounge at the airport. And the best part was I was out in less than 45 minutes for service and a carwash. I'm going back even if I don't have service due just to relax in the lounge .

Friendly helpful sales staff that don't put you on the defensive. They located the car that I wanted with no problem. Was able to test drive two vehicles before I made up my mind. Sales staff are at a slight disadvantge because they are in a temporary sales room. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.

This service center Manager was very rude and condescending to me, when I asked for some help with a oil change, in my experience I wouldn't recommended them, if the answer was no that would have been ok, but trying to "b" little my intelligence was low, I purchased a maintance plan, when I purchased the car for 60K miles for oil changes but the dealer I have been going to has always been super booked which was the wallace in stuart, so i decide to go to the wallace in fort pierce, now here the problem, I made an appointment for my last oil change with stuart when I got the previous oil change to book it early, but stuat wallace never made the appointment, so now I'm a little over the 60K withnout getting my last oil change, so I call to make a new appointment and choose to go to fort pierce because they had earlier availabity, so I asked them would they charge me for the oil change seeing as it a little over and it's because of wallace in stuart never making my appointment, they said no so I asked if I could get a complimentary oil change for my last one, with no answer from a manager in 3 days finally today I get a call from a manager telling me in a rude way I had no common sense and that I didn't deserve a oil change and that I could have taken the car anywhere in a rude and condescending way, if you like being treated with disrespect go there!

I had my Hyundai serviced here for the first time, and Jamie provided excellent customer service! He communicated with me before checking my vehicle in on what they were going to check and who was going to work on it. He continued that communication throughout the process. This is going to be my service dealer from now on.

2weeks to get into service. Okay, no rush. Dropped the car off on Sunday and they didn't get to it until Wednesday. I brought the car into the shop because I didn't think the seat AC/Heat were working. I asked them to give me their assessment. They were confused as to what I wanted so I talked to the service manager and told him that I needed someone to hit the AC seat button, see if it's working as it should. I said, the tech could hit the button, sit down, put their hand on the seat, or use a thermo-gauge. I just wanted their expert opinion. He said, Ok, there will be a charge to check it out. I said, okay. I get the car back on Thursday and the work order says that they can't duplicate the customer's concern. The Charge was 165.00 That's it. When I was leaving the Lincolns service center the service person said that they don't work on Hyundai Genesis. I could go on...never again.Follow up: I called the service manager as instructed by the response from the owner, below, and the operator, Denise, would not let me talk to the service manager, Roy Tavares. This is such poor customer service and a very good reason to stay away.
