My car was damaged and they did not take any responsibility for it.They said it was the winds fault.The tech taking care of me didn t even know how to open my hood but they expect me to believe he hooked my hood properly.Funny the car in the bay next to mines hood didn t come loose only mine did.And of course the only investigation corporate is going to do is contacting the shop manager who isn t going to take any fault.I won t be back.Edit: no it was not resolved as you can tell by the other one star reviews here they don t take responsibility for their actions they just deny your claim.

We have several vehicles serviced here and they are friendly and very efficient. They are also so thorough with your vehicle and it's needs and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle. I'm and out in under fifteen minutes. The staff at my location is fabulous!

This Valvoline location on Edwards Road and US-1 is great! Service is very fast, they are also through and efficient. Plus their prices are very competitive. My go-to for oil changes!

Quick Service, Friendly Staff, Fair Prices makes this a great place to get your Oil Change done. I have been to places to get my oil changed and this has to be one of the best spots to do so. They are fast and reliable to get the job done. You can sit right in your car as the oil change is getting done which was nice. The only thing I wasn t offered at this spot compared to other Oil Change locations was a tire rotation. But other than that they were great.

My wife and I took our car to this place for an oil change, they did not put the filter on the car properly which resulted in all of the oil leaking out and the engine blowing. They acknowledged this happened as a result of their negligence but refused to replace our car engine and instead offered us $950 for our car. If you do not want to find yourself in a similar situation do not trust these people with your car.

Used this valvoline location today and was in & out in less than an hour for an oil change & windshield wiper replacement with 3 cars ahead of me prior to arriving. The staff were all super cool & helped me with current discount offers to lower my total service price. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This location is ok did they do my oil change? Yes. Was it done properly yes.75$ for an oil change when I bring in a filter and oil is absurd! For some reason, 45$ charge for parts? What the hell?They had a problem because I declined all services. I just need my oil change. I run a transport company and 99% of the time they don t have diesel oil or the proper filter so I always bring in my own to every location.Once I declined extra services it was attitude from then on.3 stars for valvoline - 0 stars for this location and price.

They did it really fast and was friendly but tried to upsell me on other stuff for my car like 30 dollars for a new engine filter when you can get one at walmart for less than half the price

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE.Went here for an oil change, they did not put the filter on my car properly as a result all of the oil leaked out, and my car engine locked up. I no longer have a car because of them.SO I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Angel and Jacob helped me sooo much and answered all my questions! I live out of town but if I m ever here again I will definitely make this my go to place. I really appreciate how much these two helped me. Even went above and beyond to check a few other things for me including looking up all the prices. I don t know much about cars so I REALLY do appreciate them!

Their staff was professional & courteous. Yet-I was told that I didn t have any brake fluid & that s they didn t have any. I bought some & put a very little in, filling the neck. It was already full! So I had to find a way to get that small amount out. Just so u know for future references- brake fluid is fricken clear!!!
