I highly recommend you to take your car here if you think or need something done on it. They a very professional and super friendly. My favorite thing about this place is they don't try to talk you into things that don't need to be done they will explain everything they found and they will give you the advice you need. Like today I took my car into their shop thinking that my motor mounts were bad which they said they kind of were but they also told me that I could get away with it for a little bit longer if I couldn't do it right away! Which I didn't but when i do I'm defiantly getting the job done there! I've used tropic a few time and they did great work and never had a problem with a job they've done. If I could give more stars I would. Don't feel afraid to take your car there even if you think you might have something wrong! They also are fair on their prices too if you do decide to get work done.

Paul and his son Phillip are awesome, even the receptionist is incredible. They fixed my Bentley Very Quick and their prices were awesome for the hours. If you are looking for a place to fix your car give these guys a call ASAP. The only people i ever trust to fix my cars. They are always up front and have even physically shown me the problem and explained how to fix it. Prices here are more fair than anywhere else ive seen. And they always go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Plus once its fixed it stays fixed! 100/10 would recommend

This is a wonderful family owned business! Very honest! Laura and Paul are personal friends of mine.I used the little tire shop around the corner also. They are really helpful

Actually able to FIX my brake components (rotors) as opposed to replace, replace, replace like Firestone. Great customer service, brakes working great so far, and cost me 50% less than the "big box" repair shop estimates. We need to continue to support our good, locally owned businesses like Tropic Auto--highly recommend.

I was visiting Ft Pierce Marina when my check engine light came on and lost my speedometer. Having to drive across the state I went to see Paul and Laurie. Family run business. Diagnosed problem, obtained sensor and had me out with 24 hours. No issues. Great family business. Go see them. Did I mention, fair price..... Thank you guys so much.

I loved this place! I called for a quote on some front end damage for my car, & they helped me right away. From start to finish they were awesome, and they fixed my car back to brand new in less than two weeks! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for any automotive work

Tropic is my go to place for anything car related. I live in Vero Beach but drive to Fort Pierce because they are that good. Family owned and operated, they are conscientious, honest ( now that s tough to come by) and do a great job. This is an awesome establishment with very good Mechanics. I just moved to the area and needed work and a review on Google and decided to take my car there and man I'm glad I did. They are courteous and their prices are fair. Definitely will be returning whenever there's a need. Highly recommend Tropic Automotive Repair.

Lori and Paul and now Sherri in the office, have always been great to work with over the years.Anytime I have a mechanical riddle to solve I take it to them to investigate and fix if I'm unable to.Cannot wait to have some body work done on my ride and see first hand the quality of their staff as well.

My son's car wouldn't shift while passing through town. We called to see if they could fix it if we had it towed there. The mechanic, Kerry, talked us through the problem over the phone and got us running. We drove it up there, and the problem had resolved (at least temporarily). They never asked for anything. Really solid people. I wish I could find a shop like this back home.Thanks for your help and saving us a ton of $$$ today in tow fees and diagnostics.

Saved our vacation. Anticipated our needs and ordered parts based solely on telephone troubleshooting. Took us in immediately and went to work over other work in process. Fair, honest pricing. Didn't charge any sort of extra weekend fees or for expedited service. Did extra work for no charge. Offered advice and got us back on the road. Over and above.

If I could give Tropical Automotive a million stars I would!, that's how wonderful they are. Paul , was unbelievably the most kind and caring owner I have ever met in my life. I had taken my car to my dealership to be looked at. Not only did they not test drive my car when I said it was shaking and my steering wheel felt strange, they tried to run up an enormous bill. My car had only 35000 miles on it, the dealership used scare tactics to make me believe my car was too dangerous to drive. Without buying two new front tires when I actually needed four. I had Tires and Batteries For Life, they all needed to be replaced yet they would only authorized 2 tires something was wrong and I knew it! It wasn't the tires that was causing the issue , it was something more. I received a free oil changed and a front end alignment which was a part of my contract. I immediately told them to stopworking on my car ! Then a miracle happened I found Paul at Tropical Automotive! Not onlydid he do all the repairs necessary ar a very fair price saving me over $1,000, Paul himselfknew something was very wrong. He decided since I had such a bad experience at the dealership, that he consulted with two other businesses. I don't know what I would have done without him! He took it upon himself to bring it to another dealership only to find out that he was right! Not only did I have a issue,the whole steering column did need to be replaced... and even better he found out that it was covered under warranty saving me $1,300 again. When the job was completed again, he took it upon himself to drive up to the other dealership pick up my vehicle and bring it back to his shop. Who does this? Paul went out of his way for me a complete stranger. I really did believe that there were no people out in this world like this anymore and Paul proved me wrong. I really don't know any other person who would have done everything that Paul did and did it out of the goodness of his heart not asking for a dime. So let me tell you, if you ever need your vehicle serviced, do not bring it anywhere else but to Tropical Automotive! I picked up my car today and I'm still in shock at his kindness. Thank you Paul from the bottom of my heart, now I feel safe in my vehicle more than I ever have before. What a wonderful group of people so friendly and family like. Now off to my move to Massachusetts with no worries. When I come back to visit, I absolutely will be stopping by to see the Tropical Automotive family... Number one on my list forever!Marie Engler
