I have to begin with, what awesome team,They pulled out the red carpet and went above and beyond. My clear coat was peeling off my truck and And they made it look brand new again. The price that they "d me was more than reasonable.I would refer all my friends to them. More than outstanding workmanship.Services: Painting, Auto detailing, Car waxing

We had a great experience getting our van repaired. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they called several times keeping us up to date on the progress. My van looks like new! The paint & body work looks amazing and the color matches seamlessly, they conditioned one headlight & you can t tell the new headlight from the old. Everything runs great. We are so happy with the superb job that was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Great work. Took a little longer than expected but in the end they did an awesome job. Very professional. Will go there again for my needs. Not the conventional Big Truck repair shop but they pulled it off like no other. Great work guys and gals.

I am extremely pleased with this company. I had a smashed headlight and bumper and although they were totally booked up they squeezed me in. They had my car a little over a week and it looks like new. I have an unusual color paint and you cannot see a difference. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. I have been taking my vehicles to Total Auto Care Center for many years. I have been so happy with their service that I have made many of my family and friends customers. The mechanics are always friendly and informative. I sent my mother there because she was taking her car to a dealership and they kept fixing things and charging her but not able to solve the problem. At Total Auto Center the mechanic listened to her car and said "I know what it is", fixed it right there and charged $50.00. I have found them honest and affordable. I believe they have truly grasped the concept: treat your customers honestly and fairly and they will be customers for life! By the way, my car is a 2002 Mustang with 190,000 miles and still runs great and looks great thanks to Total Auto Painting and Collision Center, they also did my paint job.

It's hard to know who is trustworthy when you take your car in for repair, but I know I can always trust the family at Total Auto Care and Total Auto Painting and Collision Center. They're very helpful and have the best prices! They really care about quality too, and their work is top-notch!

Chris the Collision manager was professional, prompt and helpful. Even though my insurance company did everything they could to delay or deny payment to repair my vehicle he was there every step of the way to help and delivered my vehicle on time and it looks amazing! The paint job on my 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser was to my husband and I satisfaction. We get lots of compliments from the public. We would highly recommend them for auto painting. However, upon completion, my windshield water reservoir, dome lights, and my electric windows didn't work. Sometimes my Cruiser would start up and sometimes it didn't. It's a new battery installed by AAA. I detected that my fog light bar was disconnected before I departed from Total Auto when the job was completed. They connected it. Later, I took my Cruiser to the Truck Shop who originally sold and installed the light bar for adjustments. They discovered that Total Auto didn't put the light bar back on properly after the paint job. I told Total Auto about the windows. Jackie wrote out an estimate for one new window regulator for a total of $240.70. I decided to get the Cruiser serviced at Bev Smith Toyota before I fix the windows. Toyota discovered that the water reservoir, windows, and dome lights were all disconnected by Total Auto. Plus the battery wasn't connected properly which is why my truck wouldn't start sometimes. I had to pay Toyota $105.00 to figure out the dome light problem. Also, Toyota saved me from paying Total Auto several hundreds of dollars to install new window regulators that I didn't need. On 04/30/19, I took my Cruiser back to Total Auto to reinforce the flares over the tires. They were already aware of this problem right after the paint job but told me to come back later for that. I informed them of all that Toyota found disconnected and installed improperly and what it cost me. The young man Chris only listened and told my husband and I that he will mention it at one of their frequent meetings. We have made other return visits to Total Auto for other findings that didn't exist prior to painting. They denied them and said, "It's an old truck". We often inquired about the owners'/managers' whereabouts in the mist of all of this. They are brothers and one of them, Bill was present with us during the initial visit. He wrote the estimate on 09/25/2018. Once we gave Bill the okay to do the job, we never saw or spoke to him again. The truck was completed on 12/28/2018. We have exhausted a lot of our valuable time doing business with Total Auto once they got paid.

highly DONT recommend! Had my truck for 3 MONTHS, kept telling me oh it ll be ready in a week , it ll be ready next week. Then kept putting on my insurance company , I contacted my insurance company & they said they sent whatever they needed to them. Still til this day SEPTEMBER 3 , 2021 I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR! The lady told me this week AUGUST 30, 2021 , I gave them until Friday SEPTEMBER 3 , 2021 AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME ANOTHER WEEK AGAIN because of Labor Day! Remind You they have had my truck since JULY !

I can't say enough about everyone who was involved fixing my vehicle. I was in an accident Feb 13 a drizzling yucky morning hit and run road rage. Between my insurance agent and Total Auto I came out of this mess with a huge smile. Kiddos to you all a fabulous job on my Kia Sorento!This place rocks! Every time I have been to total auto care I have been treated like family unconditionally. They care of any and all issues with all my cars. No work will be done before it is explained step by step by very good people.I have also so sent many family and friends to the collision and paint repair section. Amazing! Went to get a free quote and 3 men fixed my door problem in a matter of minutes. Called in beforehand to get directions and found the business with no problem I will definitely recommend this place. Great service and customer service! 12/13/18

As a repeating customer had a customer service issue when I called today that caused me to second guess if this was the place where I wanted to bring my buisness.
