To whom it may concern. First there are much better places who honor what they do and their prices. I set an appointment online. Was given a out the door price only to be told that the price was gonna be completely different. Being told that the tires I chose were not in stocks I had to except something more expensive. The gentleman in the lobby heard my frustration and complaints and explained that the same thing just happened to him. Although he refused to give up as easily as I did the somehow found the tires to put on his car only after being persistent and complaining to a higher chain of command. This is so extremely unexceptable and fraud. I was lied to and lied to again. And if I wasn't on break from work I may have done the same thing the gentleman in fronts of me did

Best experience ever. Patrick , Bob, and Chima advised us, took care of us, and literally saved us in the middle of nowhere. they were friendly, kind, and so very knowledgeable. it was the people at this business that will make us come back and recommend them to others. Thank you Patrick and staff

I was helped by a tall slim white guy, i think his name was Bob. He was s�per helpful and patient even though they were busy. Answered all my questions and got me the best price, cant stress enough how nice he was. He needs a bonus, raise, or something

Great place and great group of guys. Was able to get my vehicle right in without an appointment and completed quickly. Everything was well explained and the wait area was clean and comfortable. Final invoice was exactly what they quoted and the overall experience was flawless. Will highly recommend to anyone I know and be back in the future!

Chima at front desk extremely professional as well as polite and understanding. Marco mechanic fast and knew what needed to be done. Both hard working and went above to make my car problem go away. Safe to drive once more. Thank you.

Went there for a quote, and some bald man with a Jamaican accent was behind the counter, very rude, no patience, hopefully he s not the manager. He didn t even want to stop for a second to explain the details of the service I wanted. I rather pay more somewhere else than deal with that type of person.

The guys that work at the Tires Plus Fort Pierce location were extremely informative! I waited there for my new tires to be put on my vehicle and I was shocked by how quickly they were finished! I ve never experienced that kind of service at any other tire place in my life! It was like being in the pit at a NASCAR race! Thank you guys very much!

Came for an oil change The entire staff is super friendly! Ron was very thorough and pointed out an easy fix that could've turned into an expensive repair.

The customer "lounge" needs some work. A coffee machine, for example, would be appreciated. Some of the staff was a little cranky. However, they were able to locate a replacement tire realtaively quickly.

This place damaged my brand new vehicle and refused to fix it. Had to go to corporate to get my issue resolved. SLW location is great. Stay away from Fort Pierce.

They tell me $280 out of the door, it takes me 6 minutes to get to the place and then they tell me $365 and that they don t have the tires they JUST told me to come in for. They pressed like 100 buttons for a 2 tire purchase so I know they were just scamming

Went in for an alignment and rotation. We were told the car had been wrecked and they could not align the car. Fed us some line about needing strut tower adjusters. Well the toe was out and we just blew a tire in the mountians and had to be towed. The car is on the rack now getting new tires and alignment. These lies are un acceptable. dont schedule jobs late in the day if you dont want the work. Tires plus just lost 2 life time customers, all of our vehicles were always serviced by tires plus locations. They have lost our trust indefinitly!

Spent 1100 with them for 3 tires and brakes.1 tire blew out within 3 weeks. They will not honor warranty or any fix. Patrick the manager was happy for initial upsell but different attitude when it came to helping with replacement

To whom it may concern, I was a regular tires plus customer until this recently happened. Two weeks ago, I came into Tires plus to have two tires patched and the service manager says the tread is too low to patch the tires and I need new tires. I asked if they can get the same exact brand tires in the same size and he said they can get a different brand, so I asked if I brought new tires in can they install them, so he gave me a high price and I accepted and proceeded to make the appointment with him two weeks later. When the appointment finally came and I brought in the new tires, the same service manager said the tires are too big. I said they are the same exact tires on the truck. He proceeded to get the mechanic involved which happened to be the same mechanic that rotated my tires two weeks prior and I ask him then would there be any problems if I brought new tires the same size in to have installed, at that time he said No just make an appointment, but then when I brought the new tires in for the appointment the same service manger and same mechanic said No that the tires were too big. I said that they are the same exact tires on the truck and when I made the appointment two weeks prior both of them said it would be no problem. My complaint is that both the service manager & mechanic turned me away after making an appointment two weeks prior with unsafe low tread and low air pressure tires on my truck at the Tires Plus location and now have lost several loyal customers. They both told when when I made the appointment that it would be no problem to install the new tires and then when I came in for my appointment, they turned me away. 1801 US-1 South Fort Pierce, Fl. 34950. This location of Tires Plus located 1801 S Federal Hwy Fort Pierce was just an overall amazing experience. The store manager is Patrick Barrett. I ve never been treated so well. He is 100% all about customer service. Chris Johnson in sales and service was also amazing. Brandon Nelson was meticulous while doing my alignment. I recommend this location to everyone in the area. They 5 stars plus!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

John (from Miami) was so very, very helpful and helped to put our minds at ease with a rental car we were having issues with the past Labor Day weekend (also the first day of our vacation). He did everything he could to speed up the process of literally everything that needed to be done and got us in and out in less than probably an hour or so. My boyfriend and I are so very thankful for his hard work, dedication and the diligence. I wish I could give him all the stars because he truly saved our vacation from becoming a disaster. Thank you again John! (Btw Miami was amazing!)
