When i got here, they started working on the trailer without waiting at all. Infact, the location at Fort Pierce had to call to confirm and make sure they had the parts available.

The tech who was working on my refer unit was charging $ 2100 for a repair when he gave me a price for the whole job and i called my company to let them know they took like 30 minutes to call back and the tech wanted $450 extra because of wait time and the tech was very rude avoid this place

I wish google have 100 star.This place and the manger him self is a life saver and stress relief.Came to them literally 5 minutes before they closed Due to my fuel line issue i was loaded with frozen -10And my appointment is 30 minutes ahead and im running late coz distance is 65 miles to delivery location. after explaining that the manager by him self jump out and start figuring out what is the issue and got it fixed after all that he told me go get your appointment before you missed itit was too much air in the Fuel line he did fixed it professionally and we are not gonna charge you for that he said.Good people still alive thanks god for sending me to this place. isn t about the free service it s because the attitude and professionalism definitely 10000% recommend this place for break down or any type of services to your trailer.

Stopped in on the 4th of May for my APU would not start. Their was only 1 Tech there and after he got done with a couple reefer units he cleared the code s on the APU and could not find anything else that caused it to not start. I explained that I changed out the truck batteries and after that the APU didn t start and it was like that for a week.Thanks for all your help.

Too expensive but I'll give them a star for having the parts that I needed! Okay I'll give them two more stars for trying to work me in to fix my APU. Nicole was pretty cool and knowledgeable about the parts and service so i'll give her two more stars. They couldn't fix my APU in time, so I didn't bother having them start work on it, but I'll give them the five stars for trying.

I came to get my APU serviced and the crew was truly awesome. They were actually quite busy but still managed to fit me in. They have great communication and extreme patience. Thank you guys so much for making sure your girl don t freeze. Lol ; If any problems in future and I m in this area, I will definitely be coming here. This is how you operate a business!!!

Very honest people very friendly they did a lot of work on my trucks and I will come here all the time do not hesitate to call them if you need any work done on your truck on APU Or a reefer unit this is the place to come to fix it thank you very much

My first stop at this thermo King earns my first review ever written. The crew was all so busy trying to help customers get back on the road they wouldn't even stop for lunch. I didn't even have a load on my trailer and was still treated like a major priority. This shop should set the service trend for the whole nation well worth it. Greatly appreciate your effort today

I have been doing business with Ross, Charlie,& Nicole representing T/K of Southeast FL, Ft Pierce for 9 plus years. One of the best T/K dealerships in the refrigerated business I ve ever dealt with. They are & have been expedient in service with quality & PR . I recommend this facility to all & also think they have good leadership ethics that could help many dealers to follow. Gentlemen by the name of Ross ( Technician) was extremely experienced as well proficient with job at hand.He was knowledgeable with the issue I was having with my Reefer unit and it s running as new.The staff at this facility are extremely friendly and inviting.I highly recommend this Thermo King establishment to ANYONE !

After hours with mechanic name john worst experience ever. Been there before never had a problem great service, but if u need and after hours on this location i suggest you find another company to look or repair your units on any again after hours if you don't wanna have a real uncomfortable time.

It was a delight working with Thermo king in Fort Pierce. Nichole and Ross are always on top of things when finding me parts. Even when parts are on BO they work hard to find a compatible parts that will work. I will highly recommend them to anyone that has TK reefers!!!!!

Highly recommend. Called for after hours service when our Reefer trailer started throwing codes, on our way through Florida. Ross was waiting on us at the shop. New alternator and 30 min later we were off and running again. Great service.

Unit was throwing codes and had shut off. I was also low on fuel. Rather than charging meFor an after hours call to come out and help me he gave me some good advice and solved my problem. Highly recommend.

Ive been dealing with this shop steadily for almost 5 years now since I bought a tripac and i have to say that the service has been impeccable! From Ross the GM ,to his office manager Nicole and there senior tech Charlie I have been treated top notch since day 1. They always get me in and keep me rolling. I try to deal exclusively with them even when i encounter an issue somewhere throughout the country because id say its only fair to give a quality shop as much of your business as possible especially when they treat you right! I recommend this shop to anyone needing reefer or apu service they are solid

I do not often write about things that happen o me, but I felt the crew at the Thermo King in Fort Pierce deserved a kudos for the work they did for me, and the money they saved me, by going above and beyond what the norm is. My unit went down and I had a full load that was going to go down the tubes. I called Thermo King and was greeted by a very sweet young lady who listened to my problem and suggested I bring it in. Once I got there they put me ahead of a couple jobs they were working on and got me up and running again. The whole operation from the service writer , to the tech's that worked on my truck, to the manager who put me in front of the jobs they were working on, were all fantastic! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs in this area. Thanks again guys (and girls, sorry Nicole), I appreciate all you did for me.

Great service, and knowledgeable techs. I brought in a trailer that would not stay running. Needed a head gasket. Nice office lady found out it was under warranty. Back on the road later in the day. Thank you.Place is a little hard to get to (go in from Us 1, street to the west is very tight). A better location would be closer to the truck stops/ I-95. Also, their driveway/yard could use a lot of TLC. Very large potholes throughout!

These guys were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I have an APU that has a belt that has squealed for the last year. They looked up the belt number in the book, and didn't take for granted the part number would have been the same that was on there and giving me trouble. It was a totally different belt the last Thermo King dealer put on... and it was wrong. Anyway, these guys only had a couple of hours left in their day, yet still told me to get right down and they'd take care of me. They did exactly that. The mechanics are top notch, and Nicole, their office manager was a joy to work with. I'll definitely be back in the future for all my APU needs. Thanks to all that got me back up and running... not squealing. Lol

AWESOME PLACE!!!! Got me in as soon as the door opens took em like an hour to fix my APU and I was omw. The front lady was very nice , and if im not mistaking the manager himself fixed my Apu. Just nothing but an awesome experience. Thank you.

File divorce from your money before coming here!!!Got charged 716 for switching 1 wire on my apu got charged 3h he was going back and for probably he work 1 hWhen I argued about this lady in the office said well we charge flat rateReally flat rate 716 $Shame...2 days later apu dosen't work againI open it and guess whatThe brave mechanic put the seal for smal fuel filter wrong and pincedLook at the pictures ...fuel licks have to get redoneTerrible experience

I would highly recommend this shop for any service needs. Everyone from calling to set up service, to fixing my unit was great. Very friendly and trustworthy! I will def. Be coming back in the future. Thanks for the great service!

Had me going in less than two hours in an emergency , loaded situation. Even though they didn't have the exact replacement belt I needed, they saved the day with a suitable substitution, and they had the courtesy to tell me about it. I was impressed.

Do you have your APU installed under the cabin? PREPARE if you go there, they will charge you almost $ 200 just for that, apart from the work for service.This location was irresponsible to recognize its failure, Totally ripped off with the work, they charged for a bad diagnosis and scammed me for $ 172.50 +tax just for removing 6 screws from the side panel of the truck.ALSO I went there for a water spill from the APU, they charged a total of $ 939.56 and they DID NOT SOLVE IT, I had to go to Orlando to repair it. NEVER MUST GO THERE OR WILL YOU WILL GET A SURPRISED.

Came in at 5 PM. Spoke to gentleman name Ross. Very knowledgeable. Fixed in 10 minutes. Excellent service. This company does it right.
