I ve took my truck to this location the last couple years.. and I ve got to say. In The last few months the service has gone down hill badly!!! A couple months ago my truck was in there for 6 weeks. The service advisors told me they couldn t figure out the issue and they were flying someone in to help. Come to find out their tech quit and they just didn t have anyone to work on my truck. So I guess lying to the customer is the best thing to do. And my truck was just there for a couple issues and I got it picked up and they trashed the inside of my truck. A bunch of stuff was just tossed on the floor and stepped on and the cup holder in the sleeper was ripped out and just tossed on the floor and never put back. Pictures of my family just tossed on the floor and walked in. And now that I m ready to take off I have issues with my ELD something that wasn t an issue before I took my truck there. This place is becoming a dump and I wish there was somewhere else I could take my truck but this one is the closest to my house. My honest opinion is 1 star is being to nice

Ive always liked this location better than (another I wont name) but even more now. Special thank you to Rachyl for just simply being so accommodating and for her generosity. Rachel, the Apollon family is so happy to know that you are there at this location to assist us with our trucking needs. The team is luck to have you.

Came in with a problematic truck, the service department found the issue very quickly and me back on the road same day!! While the truck was being repaired I was shown excellent hospitality and respect from every worker I came across!! Great experience for me! Highly recommended

I had a mechanical breakdown, my truck was in derate, he diagnosed my problem quickly, the part was available, I left the same day, it's better than many other shops I've visited in the pass

Thanks to Dan and all the crew at the Pete Shop in Fort Pierce Florida. I called them up with some major issues and they got me straight in that day, sorted out the problems and had me going in time to deliver my load. I would highly recommend this location. The trailer parking section is easily accessible and the drivers lounge has ample streaming apps and comfy chairs.They also buy you lunch at the restaurant across the road.What more can you ask!

I am so happy with the managers of few stores in Florida and services department members and manager. Also I am so impressed by 5 store manager at FL, I was trying to get uber but no luck, he saw me waiting over there and finally gave me a ride for 80 miles, they are so nice and professional and I want to keep my 3 Peterbilt 579 because of their outstanding service. They are amazing and I give them 5 stars.

Great Service. They're knowledgeable, tried hard to identify the problem and correct it in order to send me back on the road. Dan in Service was very engaging and diligent. They were busy, but somehow he found time to look at it and Hunter nailed it! Hunter is an amazing mechanic. I can't say enough about these two. Yes, I'll be back. Thank you.

I have a poor def+ engine derate code and i was there on Saturday and they fix it quick early in the morning with in 2 hours i left adn i experience unexpected job like brilliant nd very nice staff nd i had never seen that much quick service and friendly staff, perfect mechanic and there's a Lady in service front desk and she's so nice and nice nature nd talk so good ( excellent )

Very impressed with service department. We had an Isuzu truck towed to their facility. They have called and updated us on everything they were doing and when to expect repairs to be finished. We highly recommend this dealership. Never know what to expect when having a vehicle repaired. We have had friendly and honest service. Thank you!

My husband had is truck towed there and the customer service representative was so rude and nonchalant. Don t know if it s because of the color of his skin why he was treated in that manner (not saying). When he first got there the service clerk advise him that the person who will be able to assist him is now on lunch... Assuming lunch took him two hours. He then went to another guy asking him why it is taking so long for him to get assistance: in his rude tone "I don t know because the lady went on lunch KNOWING HE IS NOT FROM AROUND THAT AREA AND THAT WAS ALSO ESTABLISHED. We all know what is going on in the United States now more open with discrimination against each other... But, God this is business and we are not asking for a hand out.. All we asked for is for them to assist in fixing whatever is going on with his truck so we can be on our merry way. Life is too short and Karma does resurface.. Treat PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT THEM TO TREAT YOU. After all the reviews I have read even on in particular stating he was ripped off (price wise) Just praying and hoping we can come a resolution on this matter.

As a small veteran own company, I was hoping that I could count on The Peterbilt Store - Fort Pierce knowledge and expertise to take care of my needs. After more than two months, they have really shown how insignificant my business is to them. I originally brought my truck in primarily for a coolant issue and told them that perhaps the truck had a head issue that was causing the leak. They confirmed that the head was good and spent over 24 billable hours trying to identify the problem and recommending various services that now appears to be them trying to increase my bill size since the problem continues and they are claiming that it has been fixed, yet when I picked up the truck their own technicians had to place three (3) gallons of coolant so that I could drive the truck off their lot. If you are looking to spend thousands of dollars and time to get your vehicle back with the same issue that you brought it in, I would highly recommend you taking it to The Peterbilt Store - Fort Pierce.

Very friendly and knowledgeable parts people. No rush to push you out the door even when close to closing time. They didn't have a belt I was looking for but had a mirror that I needed for a safer drive home

Had a coolant hose break and had to call for roadside serviceBeverly was able to get a truck out to my location pretty quicklyForgot the mechanics name but he also was friendly and had the truck back on the road in no time

10 years of great service. Trailer drop yard is secure. Rides to hotels. Great folks. I recommended this shop to a friend with a Volvo, they took care of him also.

AVOID this place! Service advisors fail to keep customer informed. Making delivery promises they can never keep, truck not diagnosed right the first time, didn't order all parts required, VERY SLOW.. after two full weeks in the shop and a very hefty bill, I was handed keys to my truck only to find it with NO engine oil in it AT ALL, low on coolant and without A/C freon ... goes a long way to show attention to details and not a care in the world the make sure thing was fixed or running good after replacing parts. Poor management, Unacceptable mistakes, worst service I have ever experienced. AVOID this place at all costs.

WARNING! Palm truck center is not the place to take your truck. I had a hub displacement on the passenger side of my tractor trailer. they "claimed" that there where problems on the driver side, they took both sides of my truck apart and refused to put the old parts back on. My total bill was $4,011.94. I called other repair shops and all other shops confirmed that i payed 1,500 to 2,000 dollars to much.I heard the service manager Drew say over the phone that he was "not going to bust his a$$ for me" because" i held him up for two hours". That is not $100 a hour type service if you ask me.They missed there dead line to finish my truck and then moved my dead line back, then missed it again.all in all $4011.94, and two days for a "8 hour job".DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My air compressor went out on I 95 I call in for road side service told them over the phone what the problem might be the compressor or air govenor their tech came out realize it was the compressor said it would have to be towed . The tow was $550. I ask him to give me a ballpark figure on the bill he told me$1500. This was on a Thursday Friday I called to see about what time they would be finished since he said it was afour hour job and I was told that the were short a tech and wouldn't be able to start on it till Monday oh you can't stay overnight on their property so when Monday came I called to get a ride to the shop from the hotel and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday, ok Tuesday afternoon I get a call from them now they say the bill is $1700. This is Monday afternoon so Tuesday comes I called for a ride to there shop the tech comes in to the break room at about 1pm tells me to let my hood up by 4pm he's done he told me they were finishing the bill I go in the guy tells me the total is $3700. please beware of this place they ripped me off

Brought several of my isuzu npr trucks there over the years and just brought my 2017 nqr in for overheating issues and took several days for it to be looked at which turned out to be radiator cracked they refused to warranty the replacement of it. The truck just had coolant flush 5k miles before this at their shop. They blamed it on little dent in bracket near rear of truck which they stated caused coolant hoses to come loose and leak. The hoses were completely on the other side of massive frame rail from this bracket and had nothing to do with it. They told me it wasnt warrantied and there was nothing they were going to do. They made my decision easy to trade in isuzu trucks and buy hino. Never go there or buy isuzu again.

Great place, with a unexpected break down on the weekend, I called them Monday morning and they told me to bring it in,they fit me in on there very tight schedule and although I had to wait for parts to be shipped to me, they were very accommodating to me, giving me rides to hotel also gave me very well trained staff and mechanics so my overall experience was the best I have experienced in quite a while, and I have been on the road for 45 years,so for me i highly recommend this place

I went over there this past week to look at a Peterbilt 389 which is a commercial tractor trailer when I got there the whole lot was filled with used trucks and a service center but they were no trucks new or newer then 2016 the only thing that they can help me with was a if you cards of information on the truck and a brochure hell I could have done that on the internet they didn't have anything else and I said the person that you needed to talk to wasn't available that I guess the guy travels between three locations and it wasn't there that day I mean I don't know if there's any showroom for any of these vehicles I asked about options they said the only way that you can get an option if you buy a brand new vehicle and you put the options on your own basically everything else is take it or leave it well I left it really wasn't what I would go to say is a going concern it was no showroom there was just a bunch of offices and it really didn't seem to be too friendly was not impressed with them I'm going to have to go check out Mac at least they got a showroom
