Great experience. I will be a returning customer. When you pull in you are offered a bottled water. The gentlemen were very nice and professional and explained the services and the cost up front. During the whole process you can see that it was monitored and they were communicating to each other. This is important for some one like me that had an oil change at a largely known dealership in the past and they changed the filter but never added oil and ruined my engine. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience!

They did an amazing job and the crew is extremely friendly. I've been a Take5 regular since my first vehicle and was excited to have one close to home. Now i'm extremely happy because not only are they local but they are reliable. They will talk you through the process and ensure you have the best service. 10/10

The staff was friendly. However I was there close to an hour. Somehow there socket fell off when trying to remove the filter. It then began a 30+ minute search to find the socket, somewhere in the engine compartment. Finally it was found and they continued with the oil change. Lucky for the staff, I remained friendly as accidents happen. But I did wait for close to an hour or beyond. It would have been nice to have had a coupon or something offered for my long wait and inconvenience. Also they never apologized. I will go back, as I like your company. Thank you, Mel

Honestly, one of the best oil change experiences I have ever had. I m a daughter of a mechanic and pretended to be ill informed. They did an amazing job at explaining everything and offered/suggested me the appropriate and necessary things. There was no over push for additional services. It was great! 10/10. Definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing and I was in and out in the blink of an eye! I got new filters, new wipers, oil change and air in tires and it took like 15 minutes tops

I wouldn't recommend. My mechanic found things loose under my hood the day after my oil change. The owner consistently asked the other mechanics about what they were forgetting to do. Just sad.

I'm new to the area and they really made me feel welcomed. They even shared some of their favorite spots with me. They took care of my oil change with such pride and knowledge that I'll definitely return for oil change and the conversion.. Thank you to the Assistant Manger and the other gentleman that worked 1/30/24 ..

Great to have a place in town that only gives me what I need on not try to sell me on everything. I trust this place to send my wife to get the oil changed and that is saying something.

Terrible felt like they were trying to hussle me ! I wanted the 51.99 oil change they said they were out of that oil then mgr came over and wanted to charge me over 100 bucks for different oil. Synthetic something or another - couldn t even tell me what it was - no name brand - they called it something but sell it as a premium brand. I have several cars and can do all my own work but was in my Wifies car that day and was lazy so I stopped in - never again I left went down the street bought 6 quarts of Mobil 1 from parts store the gave me a free filter, drain pan and funnel for 50 bucks went home and did it myself in 10 min

Went yesterday to change my oil while on a time crunch and made the best decision stopping here! All of the gentlemen were so polite and courteous- and super quick! This will be my new spot for sure for oil changes!

The customer service experience at the Fort Pierce Take 5 location is abysmal, with the entire team displaying rude and disrespectful behavior. The manager, Michael, seems indifferent to the team's conduct and fails to address their disrespectful treatment of customers. To make matters worse, even a store manager exacerbates the situation by adding to the hostility instead of diffusing it. Such appalling customer service reflects poorly on the entire establishment, making it evident that without proper customer care, the store's existence is meaningless. Given this unacceptable treatment, I ve decided to return to the Stuart location where I ALWAYS have a better experience. #HonkforgoodservicemyA

Worst service I ve ever experienced at a Take 5. Not only were they slow, they were rude, dismissive and extremely unhelpful.After popping my hood, it took about 30 seconds for them to say We can t do your oil change Why? The plug is on too tight and you need to go back to the place that did your last oil change, (a take 5 in Texas) or go ask Walmart All it took was a quick call to corporate to find out they were in fact responsible for changing the oil, and that they had an evact machine on site to do it with.I had to drive to the next take 5 outside of Port Orange to be taken care of (they were great). Oh, and the plug wasn t stuck at all according to them.Basically everyone I talked to with oil change knowledge concluded these guys just didn t want to change my oil. How crazy is that? Going to a Take 5 and the guys being THAT apathetic.This happened on 3/17, around noon, for anyone needing that info. I feel bad for yall who have to use these guys.

Waited in line for 45 minutes to be told the shop I was at did not offer the economy oil change for $52 and only offered the $85 one even though it is all over their signage. The employee stated we don t do that one here . It s ridiculous and I won t be going back. I ll go to Valvoline that offers an oil change for that price.

Was my first time , I've been going to my dealership to do my oil chage , so I try this new place , customers service was very poor , there's was 5 employees , all one did was direct me to one of the platforms, and walk away, so I got of the car to talk to one of them to explain to me what are my options, they where all busy with a puppy by the office, until one of them come up and told me I wasn't supposed to get of the car, then he walk away again , then the person start asking my personal information, without any explanation of what my options are or how this works , we he try to sell me the most expensiveand I said why I should get this , he just said is hight millage , wish my car is pretty new , and I told him , but anyway , I won't be coming back

Sent my wife to location in Ft.Pierce today.While she was there she called me and said she didnt really feel safe that the guys in the shop were arguing and cussing.Just not very proffessional
