Mullinax Vero had my vehicle for a WEEK couldn t fix it In multiple times for the same thing, never fixed.. so I finally called Sunrise & I had such a great experience! Michael in service & Bri in sales, got me in ASAP, updated me with everything they did on my vehicle & actually fixed it within 2 days.I m very thankful for them!

I have tried to call this service center multiple times. Every time I call I get advertisements on the phone that transfer me to the medical alert center and DirecTV. I don't know if this is actually Ford doing this or if someone hacked this and changed the number but I'm not taking my cars in for service here if they can't even keep their phone lines open. Would give zero stars if I was able to.

Tried to charge $246 to diagnose a known recall that causes emergency brake to activate while driving. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Nobody wants to answer the phone in the service department. When you leave a message they take forever to call back. And if you miss their call and try to call them back you get an answering machine...again. Things have really changed there since Dave Herrington, the previous service manager, left for Palm Bay Ford. Maybe I should give him a call and take my business up there. He always gave me prompt, courteous service. Looks like Sunrise Ford is going down hill fast. And that's a shame.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER! I brought my car in to get a brake rattle fixed. They replaced suspension components for $1400 and didn't fix the rattle. Absolute waste of money. The service manager would not own up to their wrong doing and the dealership general manager won't return my calls.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Dropped my car off Monday at 10am, was told by stuart weinstock, it's the next car to go on the lift. At 5 pm i hadn't heard anything all day, i left a message to get back to me. Next day called at 11am, Stuart said he wasn't at his desk and that he would call me back as soon as he could. Three hours later i called again, and he said that they haven't gotten to it yet, with a bunch of excuses. I just told him to put the car aside and i would pick it up tomorrow. He asked if i wanted it to be diagnosed, and i told him no, why pay to have it diagnosed, when I'm just going to pay at the next garage to have it diagnosed. Poor customer service, i shouldn't have to keep calling you for updates, you should take 2 mins and return my calls.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

This place is a complete joke too bad i cant give 0 stars. They have had my boyfriends truck since May its now August and they still have. They never return any of our phone calls. My boyfriend actually went down there in person after finally being told to come in Monday so & so will be in and able to discuss his truck. Welp when he got there he was told no one could talk to him cause they were in meetings. He demanded they call him back and guess what no call backs. Horrible customer service. So sad.

Fred was my service advisor. First he put my appointment down under Safelite because the last time I was in it was because of a problem with them. I asked him on the phone to fix it. He didn t so he couldn t find my appointment when I got there. Then after I told him my phone number 4 times and wrote it down he still had it wrong. The guy who was suppose to drive me home couldn t find me (I was outside the lounge door) so they didn t try to contact me and there I sat for over an hour. Then he tried to call to tell me what was wrong with my car but called the wrong number. I called him at the end of the day. A part needed to be ordered and it would be in on Wed and he would call me. My car was drivable so I needed it for appointments the next day. He gave the car back to me without putting the door handle back together so I had to climb through the passenger side to not only unlock the door but push it hard enough to open it. I told Fred before I left that I had a bad ankle and showed him the boot I am wearing and told him I can t do what I ended up needing to do. He said it was ok I wouldn t have to do that. I didn t realize it was still so apart that the door handle was unuseable. Wed came and no phone call. I called him Thursday at 10am and of course he was just about to call me. Took the car in. They fixed it. Went to get in the car after paying and the alarm is going off. Used the keypad to get in the car and the damn thing still didn t unlock. Wouldn t you check to make sure the thing you were suppose to fix actually got fixed??? In the end they fixed it. I have only driven Fords my whole life and I am 51. I have considered switching to another brand because of poor customer service in the service department. Well, Ford, you lost a customer.

I recently took my Ford Expedition into the service department to have it thoroughly checked over for an upcoming trip. Dan, the service representative, was polite and efficient even making sure I had a clean car in which to travel. Previously I had visited the Parts Dept to have batteries replaced in my key fobs and also found thus gentleman to be informative and efficient. Kudos to these folks.

You have a better chance of getting one of Joe Biden's dead voters on the phone than someone in service or parts, even your own advisor most days. Try 6+ times any day and usually still no luck, lilttle ridiculous on the customer service side. Any questions updates you need, pretty much have to go in person for a chance at actually speaking with someone ever. Can't blame them on back order parts but even getting an update on them after weeks is a struggleService: Transmission

Body shop at Sunrise is excellent. Had two jobs done here and both were top shelf and done in a timely fashion. My relationship with service has been mixed but work has been properly done. Sunrise is a landmark dealership and although I have decades in business I've never sold cars for a living nor managed thru a pandemic. I'm sure it's been a challenge. Buying a car has always been a significant financial commitment and every step in the process both before and after the sale has always mattered to me. I want to be proud of where I choose to do business. That's old school, but I'm an old guy so what would you expect.

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! We had our vehicle professionally diagnosed by a trusted local mechanic and he found that the part and repair necessary had to be done by the dealer. We brought the vehicle along with our diagnosis from our local trusted mechanic to the dealership and requested that they perform the repair that was recommended by our mechanic. Rather than perform that repair, they decided to replace some other parts instead and delivered the vehicle back to us with the original problem still very blatantly unfixed.Upon picking the vehicle up for repair we didn't even make it out of the parking lot before noticing that the steering wheel was still incredibly loose and shaky which means they never test drove it after doing the repairs we didn't ask for. They then rediagnosed the vehicle to determine that as a matter of fact our mechanic was correct and they then performed the repairs we had originally requested, and the crazy part is they would not release the vehicle and held it hostage until we paid for their mistaken diagnosis and unnecessary parts replacement. It's obvious that this industry is hurting for money but this isn't the way they should get it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Left Palm City Fl heading for Maryland, car just stopped. Somehow made it to Sunrise Ford. They not only looked at it right away, they had the part needed. We were back on the road in record time.

Very disappointed that Sunrise Ford refused to work on a Ford truck that we dropped off and they kept for 2 days before deciding they did not WANT to do the work. Purchased parts from them and then they would not install the parts.

Went there to get SCHEDULED service left car there all day kept calling to get updates they stated each time they are working on it. Called again about 30 minutes to their close time they now say they didn't have time to work on the car and wanted me to leave it for another day and they have no loner cars. Very disappointing
