If you re looking for a great dealership, I would highly recommend Sunrise Ford. All of the staff there are great. You feel really welcome there and nobody wastes your time. It s a great, smooth, easy process to buy there. I will definitely be a returning customer. If you want a no pressure sales person, make sure you ask for Bri. She is very efficient and knowledgeable. We really appreciate her service. Francesco in finance was amazing. He got us a good rate and made the process easy.All of the other folks, there were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something.Thank you Sunrise Ford!I am extremely happy with my 2024 Maverick!

Drove this beauty off the lot today. I wasn't even expecting to buy it I just went to look at it. Ryan did an awesome job showing the vehicle and Charles worked hard with the banks to get things rolling. Definitely a great place to go to. I highly recommend Sunrise Ford!

We had a good experience at Sunrise Ford; I give EJ in sales 5 and Charles in finance was helpful and accommodating. The car wash was awful but we had it cleaned the next day. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars for experience is because the process took FOREVER and car came back dirty twice and the big AND was the whole process took over 5 hrs! We already knew the car, we have a great credit score, my husband use to sell cars, build and race Mustangs, etc since this particular place is not a private dealership they had certain protocols to follow. I understand but this system was tortuous. But we do love the new Mustang. Thank you.

From day 1 Bill was great to deal with. Not pushy or aggressive at all! In fact he told me even if I didn t buy he was happy I came in. I could see he love his position and care about people. Manager Mark was great too! Funny and easy going. He was patient and work on helping me get the best deal possible. And Charles was an added bonus to this great team. Work on getting me out the door quickly with no hassle! Of course the best part is getting a my vehicle and at a great price! This was my experience with the Sunrise Ford Team! Team Work Truly makes the Dream Work! My husband and I are very happy! Thank you fellas! You guys awesome! I totally recommend!

If i could go negative in stars i would. My ford focus was covered under a 150,000 mile recall/coverage, ford 1-800 number said it would be fixed but the dealership denies all kind of responsibilities. My vehicle sat in the ford sunrise parking lot for 21months UNDER A TREE waiting for a part. It grew mold inside, completely dead battery, and a absolutely ruined paint job. to top it off my vehicle to this day STILL isnt fixed. STEVE the service manager is not only unfriendly he is also a liar and doesn't stand by his own word none the less Fords promises. My father who bought a brand new F-150 from them 2 years ago and STILL does not have the inverter that was promised to him the day he signed for; promised by Steve of course. Ive lived in SLC my whole life, if i could give anyone advice, take your ford either North to Vero or west to Okeechobee! Dont give your money or time to unprofessional s. Also dont expect proper paperwork when all is said and done their too cheap to print anything out unless you plan on paying them for it. Absolutely shameful!

We have shopped with Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce since 2005. The dealership has always been such a wonderful car shopping environment and experience. They have always had top notch employees. We had the pleasure of working with James Maddox and Jermaine Wallace. They were both very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They made the buying process easy and fun. I visited sunrise Volkswagen but same owner. The staff from management to sales team are always friendly and personable. The service department I always like visiting no matter what issue I have going on, grant, turk, jhon and everyone up front I couldn t ask for a better staff to interact with they know my family by name as we ve purchased and service multiple cars from the dealership. And the service techs hanns, scott, and others that have delt with and service my vehicles always take extra care. I never feel uncomfortable leaving even my highly modified GLI in their care, I know they ll do the job right the first time. I think VW of America should allocate more special trim models and specialty models to this dealership I don t think there s a better dealership or service department on the treasure coast that can handle it better then sunrise can. Update not only has my family bought all their vehicles from sunrise my oldest daughter just traded in her jetta for a brand new GTI, abner and management helped her search for the blue color and had it brought from another state. Can t think of a better dealership that would go to this length to satisfy their customers thanks again guys. Another update my other daughter traded in her rabbit for a jetta, so total of 4 cars purchased and all have and are currently serviced by Sunrise Volkswagen.

I ll preface this review by saying it is my own fault I didn t do a better inspection of the one owner used vehicle I purchased. Test drive of vehicle, which was scheduled ahead of time the sales agent didn t check the tire pressure of the vehicle prior to test drive. Very low tire pressure light was on during test drive (in which I had my 6 month old child in the car) and that s a huge safety issue it was a very short ride as I didn t want to risk the safety of my child on the test drive.During negotiations of price dealership threw on a $4k reconditioning fee to the listed price of my vehicle, which was a joke. NOTHING had been reconditioned on the vehicle The vehicle needed 4 new tires as they were thread bare, windshield wipers needed replacing desperately, oil change had not been done and there is a hole in the hood insulation from the engine (so honestly really concerned that nothing had been reconditioned as the extra fee s name would indicate). It s a young crew and while I am all for supporting young adults in their careers, the lack of knowledge from my sales agent about even where the restroom with a diaper changing station was is unbelievable. Thank the lord for John and the other guys there that directed him, but overall could ve been a better experience when purchasing a $40k vehicle.

Just want share that my purchase from Sunrise Ford / Volkswagen was a great experience. I would like to give special recognition to Abner for His professionalism and coordination for my vehicle that I purchased. I purchased the vehicle from out of state. He went above and beyond and offered that Sunrise Ford would pick me up from the Airport. That was a great help to me.I would also like to thank Twist for picking me up from the airport. Twist was a great help answering questions and assisting with the prep of My vehicle. It was also a pleasure to work with Kevin on the paperwork side. He was able to assist me with all of my questions and concerns about my purchase.Thank you to the Sunrise Team.

Service managers do not adhere to their own protocols. An explanation of customer concerns was provided. Also giving information on how to bring to bear an unassuming issue. Everything fell on deaf ears. Had a second lesser repair regarding actuator motors for the air management system. I m happy that the problem was corrected on this matter. Not too happy about receiving a vehicle with a dead battery internal panel under the radio that was not reinstalled, a greasy palm print on the interior airbag and torn window film on the passenger side ; which, just by chance, is where the technician would have to sit in order to make said repair. I.

The customer service provided during our vehicle's service was above and beyond. Sunrise was able to diagnose and resolve issues other VW dealers haven't been able to support with numerous visits. They did it in a timely manner and even offered a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was in warranty repair, which other dealers have never been able to offer. Additionally, they patched a tire complimentary while the service was being performed. We purchased our vehicle new from Sunrise years ago, which was a breeze, but never lived close enough to use their service until now. We will only use Sunrise for our car buying and service needs moving forward.

If service is what you're after then look somewhere else. I started calling at 8 am asking for the service dept. 4 X's I left messages for them to call me, they never did. I am left to assume they don't need any more business so I'm taking mine elsewhere. I'm not even sure why since they didn't figure out why my battery was draining, and they replaced the motor for my wipers but the problem still exists. When they changed my battery they also didn't program it to work with the start/stop option. They told me it would start working when the battery was fully charged, a new battery. Reading up on the battery my husband told me they needed to reprogram it for it to work. My first car at 16 was a Ford, I've never driven anything else. So far.

If you re in need of a body shop, I strongly advise to go somewhere else. They are uncommunicative, never follow through on what they promise to do, and even my insurance adjuster said this body shop is incredibly disorganized.They kept missing things (their words - not mine), so it took 2 months to get my car back because of the disorganization, and when I did get it back, they left a packing slip, taped paperwork, and plastic touching my engine (fire hazard), several bolts were loose, lug nuts weren t put on, and the passenger side of the bumper wasn t fully clipped on / fit correctly.Huge thank you to Charlie in the service department for being helpful, communicative, and working to finally get my car done / pushing the body shop to get their act together.

Well . When someone needs good words you really have to go for them and I gotta say I got amazing customer service and assistance from Lauren.I found a car online that it was listed on the dealership and from the first call she took my information and helped me right away. She asked the rights questions and started the negotiation and in less than 24hrs we had the car delivered 5 hours away from Fort Pierce. Amazing job! If you need a car call her up and she will help you BIG TIME. Thanks Lauren for your help.

As we were driving home from south florida back to Birmingham alabama, the truck started to overheat. We found ourselves to sunrise and were told they were slammed for the day but could get someone to look at it within 24 hours. We rented a truck from their sealer and booked a hotel for the night. Not even an hour after we left the dealer, stuart called to tell us they had diagnosed the problem and were going to get it fixed by that same afternoon. We picked the car up at 5 that evening and were able to make it home. Beyond excellent service and got us home safely and quickly to our 4 kids.

Sold me a vehicle with a recall that restricts the user from entering from the passenger side. I returned to the dealership asking for them to repair but they aren't able to. Didn't offer to exchange for a vehicle with the comparable price but yet would offer me a brand new car twice the price. Really disappointed with all dealerships now due to this occurrence. When I went in to talk about the issue the light skin black manager gave me nothing but disrespect. Didn't think it would be from my own kind but hey you know how that goes. I wouldn't refer anyone to this place too many other dealerships.

I liked the service department oil changes, I enjoyed my original salesman Leo (who is now gone) and the original finance guy Brian, but I cannot stand the way I've been treated by this place over the last 2 years. It seems to me that they are either very judgmental of customers, or completely incompetent as a dealership. Systems seem broken such as the internet side and the sales side. The way vehicles are priced on the internet is "legal" yet deceptive in my humble opinion. I would prefer to have a salesperson be at the dealership for more than a year so I can establish a rapport or at least if turnover happens there is a PLAN for continuity of service. This wasn't what I experienced, perhaps my standards are a bit unrealistic and/or perhaps I am too ornery of a customer. I would not recommend this dealership.*Update 2/19/24Oddly enough as I was at the dealership today discussing my issues with with the general sales manager (Phil S), the owner responded to this review. If you want to know more about my complaints (of which I brought receipts) contact your general sales manager, I spoke with him in person. I believe you have earned my review, although I do give a slight nod to the response at the dealership and at the owner for responding to reviews. I am not here to scorch the dealership across the internet but google will suffice. I also do understand that you are a new ownership team and the GM said he was also new, so perhaps the frustration I experienced is not necessarily indicative of the current regime.
