So I was stranded with one of my work trucks at a turnpike station, had a flat tire and didn t have the socket that fit the custom rims we had purchased from them. Without hesitation Michelle sent a driver with the correct part, we changed the tire and they took it back and fixed it so we were able to complete our day. I truly believe that these guys are one of the last companies that value customer service and the people that come in. Michelle has been great and always available to answer questions.

We re done with St Lucie Battery and Tire Orange Ave store. After 40 years as a customer I have finally suffered the last straw. I even told them directly the last three visits had a multitude of issues. They still ignored my request to rectify the situation.Here are several of the issues over the last four encounters.1) Stated the tires had been delivered that had not been delivered.2)Set appointment for the next morning knowing the tires were not there.Moved appointment 3 hours after I show up @07:30 for appointment.3)Took over 4 hours to mount and install 6 tires. They threw in an alignment for waiting so long (which took another hour) which now is eating the front tires off my truck and I have to pay to have alignment redone.4) Returned vehicle with no valve stem caps after rotation.5)Returned vehicle with junk valve stem caps after next rotation. I had installed aluminum caps after they omitted putting caps on all 6 tires. Not one tire came back with aluminum caps.6) Next rotation I asked to have them replaced and was assured they would handle it. Truck came out with one aluminum cap and 5 junk plastic caps.So much for assurances. They clearly have no supervision and are disinterested in doing quality work any longer.7) They took 4 hours to mount two trailer tires after quoting an hour to mount. They didn t start mounting tires until I returned 3 1/2 hour later to pick them up.I had to go into shop and find and load my own tires.The Orange Ave location is disorganized and doing substandard work that Mr Miller would have never let slide when he was at the helm.Farewell after what amounts to a lifetime of customer loyalty.You ve spent the last dollar that will ever come from my family.

Dace who I never met before took, took care of me like an old friend! Had the right tire for an oddball trailer size and I was in and out asap. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!THE BEST EXPERIENCE YOU COULD ASK FOR after blowing a tire on 95s.Thanks again!

UPDATE: Truck shop manager contacted me and offered to make my situation right. 5 stars for customer service. I did deduct one star because this should have been done correctly the first time. Deducted one more star as the staff didn't see the written list I brought with issues. I needed to stand at my truck to ensure all corrections were done. They tested my TPMS sensor as working but had no idea how to make my truck read it. I will now learn that part.Don t come here or trust these people with your truck or your safety. Vehicle shop are fighting with the commercial truck shop with customers in the middle. Dumped me on the commercial shop. Tire rotation, fix a cross threaded valve stem, replace a failed TPMS. Rotation ok, I got three rubber valve stems in place of my metal ones, even the ones with braided extender. They said they can t work on Ford OEM TPMS systems. And wow, what a nice place to stick the balance weights on 100k dually. Oh, and I drove 45 mins each way for this experience. Not again!!!

Everything was just righto! Flat tire I changed on turnpike, came here and Dave greeted professionally and quickly had it changed back from the donut to a new one. Back on the road in about an hour. Fair prices! Honest! Oh and then lots of interesting Americana memorabilia to wander about!

I had a defective tire on my brand, new travel trailer, and La Mesa RV didn t have the right size after I made an appointment and went there and they sent me here to St.Lucie Battery and Tire. They were very busy on a Friday afternoon and couldn t get me in for a while but I had my eight-year-old granddaughter in my truck and when I said I was just gonna try to make it to North Florida the Gentleman said no we can t let you do that. It s not safe. He Sent me over to the commercial division and put me in line to be next. I was back on the road with a brand new tire within an hour. I can t thank everybody that helped me enough. From the service advisor to the guy that put a new tire on, they were all great and professional. They had me on my way safely again thank you very much St.Lucie, battery and Tire. You saved my day and my trip.

Had an appointment at 8AM to replace one provided TPMS sensor and had to call in around 2:30PM for an update that it's done. Prior to initially leaving there, I verified that the number on file was INCORRECT and had the technician update AND REITERATE my correct number. When we arrived back, they confirmed they tried calling the incorrect number.....Then, we received the car back with dirty fingerprints on the door and a dirty shop cloth left inside.

We needed 5 new tires for our RV before a cross country trip. I removed them from our trailer and arrived when they opened. They jumped on it and I was out the door in 45 minutes! At any other tire shop you are lucky to get checked in in 45 minutes and wait hours for work to get done. The Orange Avenue shop is large enough to handle drive in RVs and semi trucks. These guys are not afraid of working and did a great job! Thank you.

Great customer service. Dace, our service manager , was very knowledgable and helpful. We had RV tires replaced, alignment and balance. We will bring back our Jeep when we are ready.

The team at St. Lucie battery Tire on Orange Avenue were extremely helpful and customer service oriented. They went above and beyond with trying accommodate my needs. I had four tires that needed to be ordered and delivered, and they were able to accomplish this in one day. We did encounter a problem, and they were able to rectify it with compassion and at no additional cost to me. We will definitely use them again.

St. Lucie Battery and Tire is the best place for your vehicle needs. The prices are great and they get the job done right. Walking in the doors, you are greeted with friendly smiles and treated with care. The crew in Fort Pierce at Orange Avenue and Jenkins Road are the absolute best! I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for always taking great care of me and my vehicles. You guys are the best!

Gals at desk were friendly. Fortunately I was able to get my battery changed when I stopped in. Less than an hour wait time and I was back on the road. I enjoyed rocking out front reading my book while I waited. Thankfully the weather was nice and sunny. Bummer car batteries are so expensive. Thank you for being able to take a walk-in.

Been doing business with SLBT at this specific location for years now. Never had any issues with anyone here. Everyone I have encountered has always been very pleasant & caring. They make it very simple & easy to schedule an appointment. As soon as you walk in, they take care of you without a long wait regardless if they are swamped with other customers. I appreciate every associate that works at this location for making life easier when it comes to servicing my vehicles & also the honesty with making sure services are done 100% correctly.

I've been coming to this place for a few years now because of a business connection, but I've had it with the rude arrogance I get from some of the counter people there. I guess they do a lot of work for commercial accounts and expensive rigs, so when a soft middle-aged guy comes in needing help with his beat up old Corolla, he's not entitled to courtesy and respect. Granted, the tire I needed help with was out of warranty. I don't fault that. But after the scorn I was treated with by the woman at the counter this morning (and it ain't the first time), I'm never coming back. And the heck of it is, they wouldn't even care if they knew. Me, I have other people I can go to that treat me better. Good riddance!

Pulled in around 4pm and got 3 new tires. Salesperson Dace was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had to go back for a front end repair. Mathew let me know what was going on. The repair was done in good time. Reccomend highly. Will go back if I ever need toThank you to everyone there! Riding good!

James and the whole crew were amazing. They went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure I had the correct size tire for my custom application. St. Lucie tire even involved a second location that was close to my shop, the manager came to me to measure and confirm the tire size that was going to fit and look great on the vehicle! I will be using this crew again.

I was on day 1 of a 3 day trip North from Key West to West Virginia with my truck and travel trailer. My trucks serpentine belt broke on 95 North about a mile from the exit. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of all the employees who helped me get back on the road as fast as they could.

Had tires put on and they had me think and spending money saying it was something it was not. I went two other places a it was improper balance they finally took the tire off and balanced it correctly and the problem was solved. But the one lady was nice so I give them a 3 because of her probably will find another shop if I need tires again

My husband took his truck there because he knows he can get a fair deal and not overpay. They re honest and prompt and very professional. We recommend them highly. We will have our vehicles serviced there as long as we re driving!

Dace gets a lot of ribbing from fellow employees. Second time doing tires, plus new batteries for motor home. FMCA makes the process really easy and affordable. This business is a true asset to the Treasure Coast.
