Guys in shop got my oil change done really quick & pointed out a issue I wasn't aware of. The only reason why I didn't give five * is cause they say 24/7 but they close at 11pm to 7am

They said 1 hour maximum 1.5. but I ve already been standing for more than 2.5 hours, they don t start. terribly unpunctual. I have an order cost

we are so busy of corse looking busy .. and yes of corse they never have people for oil change . unless u wait the next shift, couse the current staff don t file like workin! and yes! of course they closing 11pm so just ignore the fact we supposed to be 24/7. come on!

Got here Thursday 6pm they put a notice at the desk NO PM S WE CLOSED 11pm , asked to put me in file to do first in the morning Friday, said No, bcause I have to check in the morning, 7am people super lazy to start work and after 40min waiting to check in lady almost forced the co-work to say that WE ARE NOT DOING PM TODAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Drivers & O/O I try to get a 90 day inspection and they stuck computer to find recall issue and they told me they were authorized from Freightliner to fix, I told them No,& they failed my Inspection, Not doing anymore business with Love's, only TA&Petro! Beware!

Great service in the shop....used them for emergency service as well...the tech that came out was quick, knowledgeable and courteous.

These speeco workers kind of like the office more than producing at their own job. They have a truck in the workshop for more than 3 hours without doing anything to it and just because of a tire, how bad it is to have to come here

Absolutely no use at all. I needed the air up some tires on a bus I was transferring for a customer. I didn't ask them the air for tires but the borrow their Airline. They refuse to help at all. Cars are taken care of and Loves Travel Center and tractor trailer for taking care of. But bus is an RVs getting no help at all.

Went there early this morning. We were told a 45 min wait. The guy was doing an oil change. The other worker was in the office talking to the girls. Went back 2 hours later, the same boy was still in the office talking to the girls and the other boy was still doing the oil change. He hadn't even put the oil back in yet. Eat up 2 hours of my time for NOTHING. Very unprofessional. Loves should've never bought them out. One shift to do an oil change. Maybe they should get Paid by the job, not hourly.

Stay away from these liars. My driver was there to replace a tire on his trailer. A technician from Loves called me and since I asked for cheaper options the guy offered me a double coin for 479.99 with installation and some cheapest retread option for 375 and another retread Vantage 2 for 416.03. As I always do, I wrote down the options while on the phone. I went with a double coin. After they installed the tire, they called me with a bill of 610 for the double coin and told me that he never said that the double coin is 479.99 but the retread is that price. That was a lie and they overcharged me for double coin, but anyways, after I sent the 2 efs checks to cover that cost (our max is 500 per check so I had to issue 2 checks) a lady called me (she said she was a manager, I am not sure if she really was) and told me that they can't process it because it's 2 checks...I told her that she probably doesn't know how to process the checks because we always use more than 1 check when it is over 500 but she was rude and arguing with me, telling me that I am wrong. At the end someone that knew how to do the job processed the checks. Probably these people that I was dealing with don't understand customer service and they think that we grow our money on trees, but Loves, as your customers spending thousands of dollars on fuel and your services I think we don't deserve this. You are asking us for surveys all the time but it would be enough if you read the comments from your customers here, obviously we are not the only ones that complain.

I called for road side assistance was told that somebody will come in 2 hrs. Instead I get a call after 2 hrs telling that they can't help out and I have to come to the shop. But when I called I said that there is an issue with trailer it doesn't move most likely there is a problem with breaks. So they didn't even bother to come and see and told that they can't help. They just waisted 2 hrs and I had to look for another service who came and fixed trailer in 30 min.

I have to rate them high, even though my truck didn t get worked on..was their fault. The service is great there. If you go there, you will get in and out really quick.

Called ahead to arrange trailer tire replacement was told I would get in around 5pm. Arrived at 4pm told to come back the next day and they might get me in. Very unprofessional the way he talked. Went 15 miles north to the TA in Vero Beach got in right away and back on the road. Wont try and do business with them again.

Trash. Waiting for a replacement tire. Already booked in at 7am. Told me bay 1 at 8am. Then said there's ONE person in front of me. They've been and gone as have several others. It's now 6 hours later. I haven't eaten, I haven't showered, I haven't slept because I've been waiting for the call which hasn't come. These people dgaf. PISSPOOR.

Was at the door a few minutes past 7. Supposed to open at 7. When they finally opened about 730 was told I would be first in and they will call me. After a few hours with out a call I went back to check. Wrote my phone# down wrong. No apology. No we will get you right in. Very poor Customer Service

They do not have enough staff to cover a shift if a staff member calls out and the ones that were there, pretty much spent a hole shift on one truck.

Terrible place to get your service done and customer service is horrible you wouldn't believe that and charge triple and my problem was even worse and my radio was good not I've no radio

They I installed centromatics all the way around fairly quickly. Not a long wait.
