I went to get my car fixed. It was a manual Nissan Altima. When I went to pick up my car and turned it on, letting go of the clutch, it automatically launched forward and hit the fence. After looking at the shift stick, I realized it was pushed forward. You are not supposed to do that. It was supposed to be in neutral. After the accident, one of the mechanics, possibly the owner, pointed at me and scolded at me for what happened. It was the most unprofessional and stressful experience. I am never coming back here and I am going to let everyone know of my situation. I wouldn t wish on anyone to go through a situation like mine. Here are pictures for proof.

Excellent and timely service .. brought in a used car I was planning to purchase to be checked for ANY problems. In about an hour, was given a detailed and complete report of any and all issues. Perfect 120 point inspection and service for less than $90 out the door - Thanks guys!

Great service! I love the team here. The only issue is I only have one car so I can't drop off. Spending time in the waiting room isn't ideal. It is cramped, there were no coffee cups and the bathroom is very hard to get into. The TV also wasn't working and was cutting in and out. But these are small things compared to the great care they take on my car.

I purchased tires from Pep Boys a few months ago and had them installed by the team here. I have since had to come back 2 times due to a nail and piece of hard plastic puncturing one of my tires. All 3 times the crew was great and I was in and out in a timely manner!

Not trustworthy-Inconsistent-No accountabilityMy husband and I took our van in for a leak, and were told it was the valve cover gasket. So we had to pay over $1,300, have our car in the shop and make arrangements. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem. They acknowledged this.We took our van in again just to be told that there was actually 2 separate issues that were causing the problems and we were expected to pay $750 to fix it and have the van in the shop again.When we expressed that based on their diagnostic previously we replaced a probably perfectly fine valve cover for $1,300 and were told Pep Boys could take 50 bucks off the $750.We are disappointed in the lack of integrity, care, and competency of this organization.

The Pep Boys in Ft. Pierce did a great job. We had to be towed to the shop after hours on a Sunday after breaking down on the Interstate. We met the manager first thing the next morning and the team did everything necessay to get get us back on the road so we could get home. The manager adjusted the shop work, obtained the necessary part and the mechanic completed all repair. Our car was back up and running by lunch time. Thanks Pep Boys.

We just had 4 tires put on my 2021 KIA K5 at the Ft Pierce Florida Pep Boys and was highly satisfied . The price was great, buy 3 get 1 free, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and the personel very attentive and pleasant.

Don't ever come here for use this pep boy in fort pierce.i been a long time customer of pep boy from the first time I bought my first car and I always received great customer service and work to my car was always complete in a timely manner.but for some reason at this location they don't hold the same values as the other pep boy shops. communication is horrible and the have no respect for your time. I work 5 days a week in the middle of no where and they held my car for a hold month and nothing was fixed.im still a fan of pep boys but the fort pierce location need to step their game up.now I have to go these other shop which I hate with a passion because they suck.that the reason I only came to pep boys.thats what I get for keeping my eggs in one basket

I had my tires installed yesterday, November 31st! Vanessa who was very knowledgeable sold me the tires a week before. Chris the tire installer who was on vacation came to work just to install my tires because they were short handed. He did a great job! Vanessa should be in upper management because she took control of the situation!

I felt like they really took care of me and my vehicle. Awesome customer service. They took me back to the shop to show me exactly what needed to be fixed, they didn t pressure me but showed me - rare to find these days. Thank you s to literally everyone who works there.

Arrived at scheduled time and was told that I would have long wait because there was only 1 mechanic. Then when I reviewed my bill after watching service personally I was charged for gas treatment that I never received. Also, the service I had requested was not completed due to lack of time by the mechanic. I recommend watching your service visit and checking the final printed bill when checking out.

The management here has not trained anybody correctly, I had my car towed there had been there for at least an hour. It only needs to be tested to see if the battery was dead because the car wouldn t start. I know how to patiently wait when it comes to service but they refuse to even test it, till my name came up on a three hour list. They wanted me to wait three hours just to tell me if my battery was chargeable or not.

The attention with Miss Vanessa was very kind and excellent. Mrs. Vanessa is a very attentive and kind person in all the help she can offer you. When I arrive at the office, she shows her kindness and courtesy and is willing to answer any question Vanessa has being very understanding and patient with each person.Also try to be very understanding paying unique attention. She also tries to solve any problem that at the given moment is presented to each time with my car. Time is also taken effectively. Another quality that I have seen in Mrs. Vanessa when I have been going to pep boy, that she is always at a professional level like all the people who enter the office and also always shows a smile so that people feel comfortable. Our vehicle has been sitting at this particular location for a month and no one has called. I have called once to twice a week they keep promising a manager will get with us by the end of the day which has not happened. They say there was no technician so there should have been communication between them and my family so that we could try to have the vehicle towed instead of having us get into a bigger bind with transportation and this has totally totally taken a negative hit on my families finances due to waiting on the promises that the vehicle was being worked on and diagnosed. I had already had family that told us not to use the company but we did not listen. Having a honest team of people and being up front will always have an positive impact but dishonesty will always have negative impacts not only on the company but peoples livelihoods.I live in another part of florida so it s hard for me to just jump and keep going by this is to much stress

Oil filter put on incorrectly causing oil leak. Had to pull off highway and get redone. Luckily there was a place open on a Sunday that was able to repair it correctly

Had an appointment for an oil change at 10 am. Car went in at 10:40. That's fine. Waited almost 1.5 hours while my car sat there in the bay finally asked what was the problem. They told me they were waiting on oil. AN OIL CHANGE BUSINESS WAITING ON OIL! Took almost 3 hours for an oil change! Then I get home and the car says low washer fluid, obviously never checked fluids. NEVER GOING BACK

The best tire place I ve been to! I get nails in my tires frequently, so I usually just go to any place near me to get a patch, but this was the best experience I ve had.The staff is very friendly and communicative throughout the repair, they also have the nicest and cleanest waiting room, with free snacks. Y hablan espa�ol!

Really gotta hand it to David and his team. When everyone else was closed, they sacrificed their independence day just in case someone needed help. Today that someone was me. After multiple calls to diffrent business and answering machine after answering machine, I finally got a hold of some one. David answered the phone promptly and was even polite to the customer that walked in who he had wait, because he was trying to help me with my issue. Which in my opinion is hard to find. Was in and out in 30 mins. The tech in the bay was attentive to detail and double checked his work before bring the tire back to me. An over all wonderfull experience would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to maintain ur vehicle. So again thank you to the pep boys team for helping me today!!!!
