Sean, a manager, there, came out, tested my battery and alternator. The car was towed to Pep Boys, where they wanted me to wait three hours just to tell me if my battery was bad or not.

Needed a new battery. Sean informed me of my choices, helped me choose one, and installed it for me. Great service, courteous, efficient, and with a smile. Will definitely be back.

I will go to this O'Reilly first for all of my auto parts if they have the parts I need. If they don't have them they will see if they can find them. They also are awesome for installation instructions. Very happy with their patience for a not so good home auto repair guy.

Michael have the BEST costumer service. Very helpful, kind and patient with customers. Prior to him working here this place was horrible, I would drive all the way to Port Saint Lucie to buy my parts, and i live around corner from the ft pierce orileys.

I'm looking for parts my Edelbrock carburetor on my 1957 Chevy Sean the manager has done an absolutely perfectly wonderful job in helping me find the parts that I need we are local boys and we do love this place!!!

They don't like to work. We Took rotors in @ 3 p.m. to be turned. We were told they wouldn't be able to do them because there are only 2 people working. Also lied to as if the guy has to stand at the cutting machine through the entire process.SUMMARY:The rotor guy needs to retire because he doesn't like to work. The assistant manager should be a deliver guy... He allows the workers to tell him what they are not going to do.Words of Advice:Save yourself the hassle & go to the White City location!

O'Reilly's guys seem pretty sensible. I wanted tune up parts for my old VW. I wanted 4 items. They had 1 item but could have the balance in 2 days. That's about average' I guess.

O'Reilly's have parts that AutoZone and advanced don't have I would recommend anybody who needs a part that AutoZone or advanced tell you you can only get from the dealer so evidently not because I got it from O'Reilly's thanks guys
