Donald is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He is always in great spirits when we come to make a purchase. It is something about his good energy that keeps my husband and I purchasing parts at your Okeechobee Fort Peirce location. We appreciate him and please do what you need to do to keep him.

My first experience and last experience was the worst. I was told we can't help you and to go to the car dealership. They didn't even attempt to try and see what I really needed. So I went across the street to AutoZone who was very helpful and gave me great customer service to resolve my simple issue.

A great store, everything you need is available. If finances do not allow you to buy a tool, then you can be given it temporarily, which simplifies and saves your costs!

The absolute most rudest employees ever!!!! At the location off Okeechobee road in fort pierce!!!! You should really consider finding different employees for this location!!!! First and only time i have ever tried this auto part store and it will be the absolute last!!!! I will also be calling corporate first thing monday morning !!!

Terrible service. Stood in line waiting to be checked out all while two employees carried on a inappropriate conversation loudly in front of everyone there. Disrespectful employees from the moment I walked in right up until the moment I walked out and went across the street to AutoZone. I have always been a customer of O'Reilly since 2018. I will never go back. Thanks for nothing

Very very unprofessional!!! I never experienced anything like it!!! Pure disrespect says stores unattended literally lies his buddy walk out the bathroom then since I m upset they tellin me to d off and leave what type of business is being run at O Reillys I believe his name is dahmer he s big guy that doesn t want to work hey man go home eat your Oreos because your a LIAR and rippin people off their!!!

Jackie was a SUPERSTAR!My sister and I walked in and saw two guys behind the counter. My sister asked the first guy if all the batteries were on display. Guy one dismissively said "Yeah." She then asked if he had a specific battery in stock, and he completely ignored her. A male customer walked in, and guy one started to help him. Guy 2 stood there and ignored us from the start. As we were talking to each other about how we were being ignored, Jackie walked out from the back. As she came out, a new male customer walked in, and guy 2 started helping him! Thankfully, Jackie was our savior! She helped us find the right battery, spent time talking to us, and answering our questions. She even assisted her coworkers as she was helping us! She brought the battery out to the car and took the old one back into the store. We are so grateful for Jackie's patience, kindness, and knowledge. If it hadn't been for her, my sister and I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. I hope management knows what a jewel they have in Jackie!

Mr. Mark was awesome!!! He not only assisted me with the auto parts I needed but he made me laugh which is good for the soul. Great way to start the day. Thank you Mr. Mark keep up the great service.

Custom service was by far, the best of any auto parts store I've experienced. Was asked if I needed assistance immediately upon entering, he went straight to what I needed, asked questions to ensure it was the correct product for my needs, walked me to the front and cashed me out since the other line was backed up. Phenomenal service.

Cashiers were extremely helpful and pleasant! The cashier that waited and took care of me didn't and wouldn't take his scheduled lunch until I was 100% taken care of! Super Impressed with this business and Store enoyeeys!!

The employees gave me advice when asked, loaned me a funnel to put coolant in my car, and were just overall polite. It was a good shopping experience. The store was clean and well organized

Easy in, Easy out.Came in to change out my battery, checked it for free, holds no charge.Gave me my options and installed new battery within 15 min.Prompt service and experienced associates.

The Assistant Manager,Tyrone, was wonderful today. He assisted me with the testing of my son's car and was very patient. Not many associates would have taken the time to answer questions. Thank you

I ve been going there since they opened it s a new clean store, parking is awkward and limited off Okeechobee, staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable - even about their own products. Prices are fair and competitive.

Lazy employee actually huffed and puffed when I asked him to help me do a free diagnostic test on my vehicle. I just left and said never mind I'll go to AutoZone.
