Scam artists. Should've read the reviews before having work done. They offer low price, then charge double. Worst part is the truck was in the shop for 30 min, got an invoice for 2 hours of labor. Wouldn't recommend this mickey mouse shop.

Had a problem with my trailer not getting air to air bags and had no brakes. Call National tire @ mid night they sent service truck with a very professional and certified mecanic by the name of Winston to trouble shoot problem he got right on it and was up and going by morning, only because he had to go get the air valve from dealer. Excellent job Winston, i highly recommend this shop forroad service and repair. Will definitely call them again if neede to. Prices a very reasonable as well

0 stars... DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE A TRUCKER. This company is a total scam... you call and get quoted a low price. This is where the trickery begins. They charged double the price of the quoted amount. Additionally, the mechanic called and accused us of giving them the wrong location and pretended like he couldn't locate us so he could charge more for coming out on the roadside service call. How can you say oh I passed you up, I saw the truck, but I can't find you. Please make it make sense. When the company owner called to discuss the price, since it was double the quoted price, he got really slick at the mouth and threatened to call the sheriff on the driver. DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE A TRUCKER.

I had to have a tire replaced due to a nail on the front passenger side on my RV. Called Tiffin 24 Services and they called this company and arranged for tire replacement. They came within an hour and had the tire replaced in less than 30 mins. The guys were courteous, professional and took the time to not scratch the rim when taking tire off. Couldn t ask for more! I'm a truck driver and blew a tire. They showed up in 5 minutes and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. They were up front about all costs before they came out. Amazing service and friendly!

Best roadside assistance possible! After just buying a boat trailer I got a flat on the turnpike heading home. The lug nuts were so rusted that I busted two to the spindles trying to remove them. I called National Tire and they not only got to me quickly but they were very thorough in advance to make sure they arrived with the proper tools to help me. Once on site Vinny worked tirelessly to find a solution for my non-standard trailer tire parts to get me back on the road. He even called me the next day to make sure I made it home alright. Definitely a much higher level of service than is typical these days and clearly the team at National Tire truly cares about their customers.Service: Tires

Only company that would come out and change my inside dually tire on my Class-C RV. Geico wanted to tow it, another company said it would take 3 hrs to get there and another never answered. Pricing was exactly as stated over the phone and they got to me within the hour. Pricing was a little high but you pay for what you get. I got fast service, friendly service from Vinny and all done fairly quickly. When you re in a bind they know their business. You can t complain if you re not prepared to do it yourself.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!PLEASE READ ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THIEVES AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY!So this company came to check on my issue. I'm from Michigan! I needed a spindle, hub, brake shoe, and a drum.Wrote on invoice and said it verbally if towed to flying js they could fix it. Spent 450 on a tow and 300 for the service call. To find out they won't fix it here at the flying j. So I wasted 300 on a service call, also wasted 450 on a tow in the mater of hours. Then to fight for my innocence to the company, they hang up and won't answer my call afterwards for DAYS..TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!!!!!I completely would disregard this company

Why the s no zero star?Please! don t call these guys for truck service. I was stuck on the road, and I called these guys then they sent me a mechanic. Unfortunately, he didn t fix my truck. He said that he need $400.0 for 30 minutes. He did absolutely nothing. He got there and looked at the problem and left. He said that he didn t know how to fix it. I would advise all truck drivers not to call this service.

Very unprofessional they ride up n down the roads with there beacons going which is why people are norm to the lights and wind up killing us tow truck operators united states' motor carrier law dot u are not supposed to ride up n down the roads with your lights flashing

If I could give zero stars I would this company was horrible horrible horrible... guy showed up and half did the job then bill was outrageous... was quoted low and then billed high, customer service lady very rude and tech could barely talk to me WINSTON HORRIBLE HORRIBLEHORRIBLE ... NEVER USE THEM

I have a Paccar engine and my DEF stop engine light came on. Called & was told $132 IF driver has to use computer. Driver was there in 15 minutes. First thing he did was put the computer on my truck; Took him all of 24 minutes to give a answer and to tell me, he doesn t have the sensor & that I would need to take my semi to the Peterbilt dealer but charged me $365! FOH! I would NEVER recommend or use services again...even if my truck was on fire!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called Kristen when my Ford F 250 front wheel started to wobble on the Turnpike. She said she would have Vinnie and his mobile truck repair unit at the Fort Pierce Exit in 1 hour and if fact when he arrived he was courteous and took the front wheel drive assembly apart and disconnected it to make a temporary repair at 5 pm on a Sunday afternoon. This enabled me to get home to Fort Lauderdale timely. Thank you National Tire and Truck Repair for great service.

Called in emergency while evacuating from hurricane Irma, ONLY COMPANY THAT HELPED! Jen on the phone was so respectable and helpful! Had the tires we needed that other company's didn't, Tommy removed and installed tires great! Just a great company all around. Thank you guys a bunch!

We called to this company for road service .They replaced our blown out tire to his used tire. After 15 miles this tire blew out. They said that they not responsible for this.And price for used tire is 250$Do not recomeded.Service: Tires

Called and they showed up!! Customer service was nice and very helpful, sent the mechanic quickly, and when he showed up it was quick to fix and pay out!If you need repairs in Ft Pierce these are your people!!

Very good response time Vinny came outAnd found want was wrong with truck my semi had fuel rail line leak and was on a sat had to wait atill Mon because parts places are not open on weekends so I was in middle of know we're he gave me a ride to motel and back on Mon and did exactly like he sayed knows he's stuff thanks again

Embarrassing excuse for someone in customer service, Called an got hung up on when i had to look up an see where i was.... Once i called back i got told i need to take care of my attitude because i was frustrated over being hung up on an then got hung up on again..... You would think that if you had someone with a national tire acct you wouldn't be refusing service over something as trivial as what i described above

Call them to get some fuel, guy on the phone tells me is 120.50$ the total.... road service got here hand me the paper work and now they are saying is 260.00$ careful!! Funny part is that the SAME ROAD SERVICE TELLS ME, THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT HAPPENS...
