Very friendly Staff. They had the usual snacks and coffee and soft drinks which I appreciate.The service waiting area was ok. It had a tv. The ladies room needs to be redone it's below average and needs to be updated.As for my car, we were there for routine maintenance, Service A. I trust they did a good job.By the way, the Sales office is beautiful. It's in a separate building.Such a lovely lady working the desk there. 2 pics are the Sales office, the one with the TV is the service lounge.

I had two cars repaired here and it was an excellent experience. Tanner helped me with both, and he was especially responsive, on top of things, and just made the entire process really easy. I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout a usually stressful process. He was also extremely knowledgable about insurance claims and the insurance process. Service department spoke and treated me like a failure. From the service rep to the manager. Why buy a Mercedes if they don't want to fix them. Get ready for a huge loss with this brand! Over the phone experience. I'm heart broken

Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce Service Department is phenomenal! Brian Satter, GM and Joey, Service Department always make my experience feel so personalized. The Ft. Pierce Dealership and Service Department are all about Customer Care and making sure they go above and beyond with satisfying your vehicle needs. I bypass West Palm Beach and North Palm Beach (I tried both and never again). I will continue to visit the Ft. Pierce location to get my car done right the first time! We like our S550 Convertabe , however the dealership lacks efficiency and knowledge regarding their own product . As a previous business owner I learned that if you can't service what you sell , your destined for failure and bad reports .
