Great place to get your truck worked on. Quick and thorough diagnostics and service. Very friendly staff. I recommend giving these guys a try you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a used Ford F-350 dump truck from them in September 2020. Chris Vanatta gave over the top service throughout the whole process! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He sent the truck through their shop to make sure everything was ready to go. I bought the truck without ever seeing it except in pictures. He was totally honest about the condition and I was not disappointed. He is honest, friendly and will make sure you are satisfied. I felt like I got a very good truck for the price I paid. Thanks Chris!! The truck is working great!

I had a tractor broke down in Ft Pierce FL just before Thanksgiving. Sent it over to Mike and he and his crew got my truck up and running and my driver made it back to NC just in time for the holiday. Thanks

They never fix anything here, and they are always on training. They charge for diagnostic and problem never fixed, simplest things truck needs to go back 2 to 3 times. The amount of money they charge its outrageous, and when you come back with the same issue they say is a different issue.We got frustrated and took the truck to GAR P in Miami, boom fixed in 2 hours and for $600. Kenworth I paid like $3,000k and problem never got fixed. Too expensive the bad labor they have.

Never get anything fixed here. They charge for diagnose and then think they fix it. Then when you bring it back with the same problem they say no that s a new problem. Then you go to the back of the line and wait another week and then guess what. They think they fixed it again and same problem comes back. And guess what they put me to the back of the line again and then say it s another problem again but it s the same problem that i brung it in the first time. Basically they will put you out of business not fixing your truck.

I've used Kenworth of South Florida in Ft pierce since I bout my sed T680 two years ago. I've been very happy so far with the service that they have provided to me. I really appreciate Benjamins thoroughness when ever I bring my truck in for service. He always takes time to explain any issues and what needs to be done to fix them and if they are needed right away or soon.I recently brought my truck in to have the batteries replaced and after getting the truck back had starting issues. I brought the truck back and they found a ground wire that was damaged and replaced it fast and at no cost to me and they did it right away.Jason and Jorge have always done an outstanding job with warranty issues that I have had and they work to get every penny that should be paid. I have been very surprised at what they can get covered.The service staff and parts department employees are always very helpful.I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done that is fair and honest.

I personally love to see Jorge & Benjamin when we have any maintenance or repairs to be done. These guys work their bottoms off. Always polite plus they explain anything they find that's not on the list. These are my kinda of peeps. I trust them greatly. The guys in parts are pretty awesome to. Part guys will definitely go deep to find what you need & what should work for you. It's a shame that they need some reliable help to work full time but no one can pass a drug test. Or better yet people don't want to work. So when you see these guys give them a dam break they are without a doubt doing their best. If your upset don't take it out on them, it's not their fault. Also they don't have trailer parking so prepare ahead of time.Thank u guys,Darlene & Curtis

I have been a customer of Kenworth Ft Pierce for 4 years and have spent 30k in repairs on my commercial truck.I was very happy with their customer service and the quality of workmanship.However they recently had a change in service managers and unfortunately their service has forced me to use Palm Truck Peterbuilt instead.Their old manager Mike Fitz ran a professional shop and was a pleasure to deal with, bending over backwards to get the job done. It was well appreciated as the truck is my living.Instead they promoted a shop tech, ZAK, to a position of power and instead of training him in proper customer service he has ruined their service department.Arrogance, poor customer service, and poor quality work are now what they specialize in at Kenworth of Ft Pierce.I called the general manager, Eric Johns 5 times to work out my problem but I never received a return phone call. I guess they aren't interested in taking care of their clients.I was even thinking of buying a new used truck from them, not now.I went to Palm Peterbuilt on Orange Ave. Great people, handled my problem immediately, very professional, proper workmanship.I was even personally thanked for my business by the service manager, and the owner. They will now get all my business.Funny when I was there I ran into 3 other former Kenworth of South Florida truck owners, all with the same complaint about ZAK's arrogance and poor quality work.Do yourself a favor switch to Palm Truck!

Always a good place. Always the cheapest dealer to go to. I stopped at fort pierce got 2 rubber hood latches charged me $47 per latch! This one had them for $25. doesn't make much sense does it but these guys are great.

I was broke down today 2-2 22 I called Jeff at kenworth he did not have the part I needed for my old 1995 T600 but he got on the phone and found them for me . talk about customer service went out of his way for me . I can't thank these folks enough I'm back on the road at noon. Thanks again Jeff

Took our new T680 in for break in check up (OLD FLORIDA GOURMET TRUCKING) Ben from The service department was outstanding , Had personal service never heard of from a big corporation! Kenworth here in ft Pierce ! Costumers for life! Danny driver.

One of the worst places that you can take your truck to. The employees there do not have real good experience and they are very slow on getting things done and some I don't think they know what they're doing. Have no clue to what's going on.

We have a granite company and we broke down on the way to Orlando, but thank God it was close to Kenworth, Mike took care of us and he made things smooth and a lot easier for us to get back in the road, he explained everything detail by detail. I highly recommend this place for truck repairs.

Great customer service! Highly recommend them they solved my problem in a short time Owner I dont know his name unfortunately and Shane went above and beyond! We were able to find a solution I really appreciated what they were doing and will be doing bussines with them again for sure Thank you guys so much ! Just purchased a new hino dc155 dump truck and it was a great deal. Shane knows these trucks throughout and is excellent guy to deal with This is definitely where i will go for future purchases

I was there looking for a specific truck. Unbenounced to me their display yard was quite small. I was looking for a Kenworth t170 or a Kenworth t270 with a sleeper. Unfortunately these are not commonly met trucks and are only produced by order.
