Excellent mechanics and staff!! Had my transmission rebuild in my Ram 2500. The transmission is better than it ever was!! These guys are proper mechanics. They won't let the vehicle leave their shop unless it is repaired to their high standards. They went above and beyond to get the job done. Top notch people and total professionals! I recommend anybody that needs service to bring their vehicle to JW you won't be disappointed.

The work was wonderful. Communication was a little difficult. All in all John did a fantastic job and I'm very glad I took my van there. He's definitely a GMC specialist. Big thanks to you John!!

John is a man of his word pure and simple here's the situation my dad took his RV vacation from Ohio to Florida while down there he broke down transmission went out took it too John to put a new one in when he got back to Ohio it broke down again we found out had something to do with transission John worked on. I called told John what happened .. now iam tell you what 9 out of 10 mechanics would of said at that point not my problem right? Your in Ohio iam in Florida sorry bout ur luck .. Well John is not that 9 out of ten he is the 1 out of 10 that stands completely on his word and work...He not only foot the bill up here have it worked on he got the transmission shipped down there fixed the problem sent it back up .My Dad did not come out of the pocket not once. I must've of called Jon 20 times during all this because it was a process ompletely professional the whole time .i driveHotshotforliving If iam ever down south and my truck needs something fixed I can not do i don't care if I am hours and hours away iam taking it straight to John at J W auto because that man his all about the quality of his work and a true man of his word for what it's worth John u got a friend up here in Ohio u eva need anything..... They don't make em like u anymore John....Thank u for handling that for my Dad u know how bad he needed that fixed

They stand behind thier work and hands down can't find anyone these days that do what they say I will take my vehicle to them everytime!!!!!!!! That goes a long way they do good work with a wide range of problem sloving skills

They are awesome! We broke down across the street and they took us in, immediately. Got us limping along so that we could get back the next morning, when they replaced the bad part.Knowledgeable and efficient.We were up and running much more quickly than expected.Five stars and highly recommended. Thanks to Nick and the crew!

I am not the type of person to leave online reviews but after my experience with this place I had to let people know how it went. I took the time off from work hoping these guys were going to be somewhat fair with their prices so I took my car in for a transmission repair or swap and they charged more than what my car is worth. I told them is this a joke? They said my car had one of the most expensive transmission in the market and I thought to myself I don't drive a Bentley or a Maserati how can that be? Anyways my point is if you want to pay 2-3x more than what everybody else charges than go ahead and make an appoint at your own risk.

I was told by another shop that it would be a miracle to find someone to fix my car do to wiring problems. I took my car here and all i can say is THANK YOU! Nothing worse than walking out of a shop and them telling you your car cant be fixed. You guys hooked it up and couldn't be happier walking out of your shop with a fixed car.

I've taken two different cars to these folks. The staff was honest, clear, and excellent. The service was clearly explained, well executed, and no one tried to upsell us. They are our go-to service shop now!

If you want dealer quality work for less than dealer price this is the shop to go to. They are not the cheapest by any means but when it s fixed right the first time and the repair lasts you see the value. Jw Automotive is THE DEALER ALTERNATIVE !!

Quoted me 4500$ for a water pump on a 09 Infiniti fx 35 with 230k highway miles on it a work car that's serviced every 5k miles. I went and got another quote for the same service at A Greico I'm stuart for 1100$ and 1250$ at another place a huge price difference that's including the same parts and labor he supposedly were providing I will never go back to this place beware!The car is fixed and I left the repair bill which totalled 2k and that included a new radiator which wasn't diagnosed or quoted I guess that's why the diagnosis is free because it's not accurate and way overpriced a scam artist at it's finest really sad way to run a business ripping off hard working people of the community just glad I have experience with cars please I beg you if you don't know anything about cars please don't let this place rob you blind claiming to fix it right the first time I could have replaced the entire motor for 4500$ !

I have known the owner for almost 20 years, and he has probably been in the business of car repair for at least another 10 years before that, so he knows his stuff. Quality work and fair pricing. I would highly recommend.
