JM Automotive Services is the place to go if you need auto body work!! Lorena is very knowledgeable and will provide more than one quote based on whether part can be repaired or replaced. JM Automotive Services did beautiful work on my BMW 5 Series. The car sustained a bit of minor damage, but was certainly noticeable. It only had 17k miles on it so I was a bit concerned as to how it would look coming back. Car is back in my garage in showroom condition. Lorena and George were super professional and I will not go anywhere else. Great work at a fair price, what more can you ask for?

Amazing absolutely amazing. My front fender on my Tesla got drug down a block wall breaking the headlamp. It was nasty, but I bought it that way. The work done is showroom quality. Amazing people who do amazing work. I'm a customer for life.

JM auto is the place to go for superior body work and customer service. Lorena was extremely helpful and thorough with the work needing to be done on my Ram 2500. Job turned out better than the original factory finish. Truck was spotless inside and out when returned. JM is my go to for body work.

My vehicle had a few dents in it that I wanted removed and they did a fantastic job. I would never know the dents were there and they did a amazing job of matching the color. Hopefully I never need body work again but if I do I know where to go and where to send family and friends.

Our son was in an accident while attending school in Fort Pierce. JM Automotive service (Lorena) was very helpful in getting his car repaired. They made working thru the insurance easy and helped get him back on the road quickly.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick repair so I could get back home. They took me in immediately and recognized the problem right away, even after another place said they couldn't find anything wrong. He got me fixed up and everyone was so nice and it was a super easy process with reasonable prices. Wish I wasn't from out of town so I could come back when I need something else done!

Lorena was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly.It was worth the drive from Sebastian.Lorena did all the leg work for me, kept me informed and updated.If you are looking for / need auto body repair do not hesitate to go with JM !

Ran into an issue after purchase of a used vehicle with TOYOTA / KIA PSL Dealership Due to warranty expiration date this matter became time sensitive Rt fender clips to hold bumper were broken .. needed fix ASAP !! Lorena pushed me in as 911 & her knowledgeable Team immediately diagnosed issue & parts needed .. Amen due to their promptness, professionalism all within being courteous to me while keeping me abreast of the parts deliver & making accommodation to stay after hrs & resolve Above & Beyond customer service Bi-lingual in English & Spanish aswell Service: Body & Trim

They were able to fix a small chip on the edge of my door so well that I couldn't even see it anymore. They did it quickly, cleanly, and perfectly. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience getting my trunk and bumper fixed. George saved me a lot of time and money and my car looked good as new when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the results; they even detailed my car and cleaned the rugs! Any repair shop can fix your car but when they go above and beyond, it means they really care about making their customers happy. JM repaired our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in a rear end accident. They did everything right. Body work is perfect, paint color match is perfect. They detailed the car for us, and they had it all done on the day they promised. Lorraine the office manager is a pleasure to deal with. This is the best place to have body work on your car. Lorena at JMAutomotive Services was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding auto body repairs via insurance claims. My rear bumper area was replaced/repaired-the work was completed and the job done was excellent. The entire staff were friendly. I am so pleased. Thank you for a job well done!!!Service: Body & Trim

Previously rated JM with 5 stars and recommended them to several friends. I visited two weeks ago to get a quote and was immediately unwelcome. I was chastised for showing up in the early afternoon, being told that estimates are "not done after 12pm"Nonetheless she took some quick photos of my car, including the VIN number, and had my contact information taken down on the office computer.And then my estimate request was forgotten.I waited a week and a half to receive an estimate. Rightly figuring I'd been forgotten about, I called to find out. On the phone, I was again treated like an inconvenience. While I described to her the visit I'd had with her in detail, it was clear she'd completely forgotten about me. I did receive an estimate in my email about an hour after the phone call, but it contained inaccurate information and once more told me that my quote was less than important to them.I called a friend who I'd recommended JM to just a couple of months ago to tell him I was rescinding my recommendation. He told me he'd gone in for an estimate and received the exact same treatment.Frankly I'm embarrassed for JM. This was truly a pathetic experience and I can promise you I'll never return.

Working at a new car dealership, we frequently have vehicles that require bodywork, paintwork and touch ups... I hold my breath, hoping/praying that the repairs come out good and the customers happy. I am here to say that JM Auto has NEVER, not even once, disappointed me or my customers! They do great work, are reasonably priced and always on time! I highly recommend them! We've had business with George and Lorena at JM Automotive a few times and they are great! Their service is excellent, their paint and body work is beyond any work I've had done before. Pricing is reasonable and fair and the turnaround time is quick and efficient. I highly recommend this business and they are an asset to Ft Pierce and the surrounding communities. I was referred to George from a local car dealership who rated him, his staff and overall service highly. I am not someone who normally gives reviews as I simply lost hope for any honest people who are skilled in a craft or trade. I have a 2004 black Toyota Tacoma that has quite simply been neglected by myself and the Florida weather for the past 15 or 16 years. The clear coat on my hood had peeled away and the roof of the truck was rusting due to weather damage. I have been contemplating trading the vehicle in for a new truck but could not justify the payment with the low miles I have on the vehicle and the limited time I use it. George looked at my truck a few times and gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable. I dropped the truck off last Friday and he told me if could take up to 5 business days as he was working on several other vehicles. Much to my surprise, he called me early this afternoon (2 days early) and told me the truck was ready. When I pulled in, I could not believe how perfect this truck looked. The new black metallic paint was seamless. The entire exterior had been detailed including the tires being dressed, brush guards dressed, windows cleaned and body compounded and waxed. I am shocked to say it looks like a brand new truck which I didn't think was possible with it being 16 years old. I am beyond impressed with the quality put into this vehicle and would give George and his staff 10 stars if I could. Anyone who asks me about auto body paint, i'm referring them to George.

I highly recommend JM Automotive Services to anyone who is seeking auto body repairs in a timely manner and expecting their vehicle to be returned to them in superb condition. I have utilized the services of this body shop 3 times over the past 3 years and each time I feel like I am driving my car brand new off of the sales lot!! George and his team do incredibly amazing work and Lorena makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the whole collision repair process. If I could give them 10 stars - it would be well-deserved! They take great pride in the services they provide and offer the highest level of customer service - definitely exceeding my expectations!

They are the best out there!!!!! They have done so much work on my Wrangler. They are the only place I trust! I have been using them for over 4 years. Lorena and George are amazing owners. They are fair priced too! Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for everything!!

Best experience at a autobody/repair shop I have had. I've had several accidents, been to several autobody repair shops..... This place is definitely the best... They are thorough, honest, customer friendly, and they kept in contact with me. Did I mention....My SUV was done 2 days before schedule?!? Love it!

The best service and the best quality I have ever seen. my car is in perfect condition . my bumper was totally lost and the car was all scratched, look like new now! I enjoyed the service and they was very fast. the price was also cheaper than the other places. Thank you JM everything came out great.

Don't leave 5 star very often but they get one from me. Price for repair was excellent, repair was excellent, very organized, got the job done a day earlier than expected. Hope I never need them again but will recommed them if any ine I know needs them. Super people to deal with.
