What a pleasure to meet the staff at Florida's newest location!! If you're in the market for an RV-- they've got a selection. If you need your RV serviced, reach out to schedule an appointment with Debora at this location. Hands down the best place to be in the Ft. Pierce area.

I came in yesterday and had the best experience with Loren! He was very kind and not pushy about anything. He respected all my decisions for everything. It s hard goingTo a dealership and dealing with someone who knows what you ve already said your budget is and then trying to push you into higher payments. Loren was able to meet me in the middle of what I was asking for! I was very comfortable dealing with him! Highly recommend this location! Everyone was so kind!

Sales rep was great showed us just what we wanted and not trailers with features we did not want. He knew the inventory and where they were on the lot so we were not walking all around!! He was not pushy he let us look and gave us space! We had a trade and feel like we got a great price for our trade in!! Finance part was easy overall this was a great experience!! Would recommend them to all friends looking for RV!!

Beware!!!! Agreed price on paper was much higher than verbal agreement; sketchy sales manager claimed it was taxes which were clearly listed and charged again at the bottom of the page so we were being double charged. He stated that "they deal with the numbers so they understand it". I never filled out the credit application and canceled the sale within 12 hours however they won't return texts or emails or my deposit paid. When we were going to purchase, he called us at least 8 times! I have no idea how there are any good reviews on this place but there are accurate reviews on Yelp. So many other options in Fort Pierce, I would stay away from this place

Well ,we just finished with our purchase of a new RV ,namely a Nexus Triump Ft.Pierce location. From start to finish, this was the best experience with buying a major purchase ever. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and very professional. Shout out to Jason ,Sam,ChrisAnd Paul for great service .This is the ONLY place to go if your looking for an RV.

My husband Ismael Vasquez and I bought a 2023 Nexus Triumph from General RV last month. Ben Sexton and the whole team at the Ft Pierce location are wonderful to work with. They were all so helpful and we are very happy with our purchase. We would recommend the Ft Pierce team to anyone looking to purchase an RV. Check them out.

If you re in the market for an RV, I highly recommend General RV in Fort Pierce. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with nothing but courtesy and respect. I was expecting the high-pressure sales pitch that you normally receive at dealerships, but the moment I said no, to any part of the negotiation, my decision was honored and accepted. Moments before I was finalizing the deal, another Buyer purchased the trailer I was trying to buy. My sales person, Donnie and his manager Freddy found another RV that was actually better than the one I was trying to buy and at the same price. Unfortunately, the weight was more than my vehicle could handle, but they were still able to find another RV at one of the other locations and have it transported to Fort Pierce. Not only were their prices less expensive than other dealerships advertised prices, but they still gave me a lower price saving thousands of dollars. I was then assisted with completing the purchase by Krista who was excellent and I received my registration and tag. Before I even completed the purchase Janet gave me an orientation of the trailer I purchased and she was amazing. Janet not only took me through the trailer but shared her advice, experiences and recommendations for my travels. She also stayed with me throughout the pickup process to ensure I had everything I needed. Richard, the Delivery Manager was exceptional in helping me resolve issues with my brake controller which appeared to be malfunctioning but he got it resolved. Last but not least, I was assisted by Kyle and Brandon. They went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle was connected properly and resolved all the issues with my weight distribution hitch. They made sure I was able to drive my new trailer home safely and securely. This is a place I could send a family member and not be concerned that they would be taken advantage of. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Everything was going smooth until the end at the finance office. I m sure they were unhappy from the second they heard I was paying debit cash and they had no issues collecting my 3000 debit deposit on Monday.When I came in on Wednesday to pick up, they refused to run my debit card by telling me that their policy doesn t allow them to. They never said before wasting my time all these days. So, in exchange of them trying to save a 1.8% merchant fee here is the end result of my experience.One advise for future sales, never say no to cash money and don t fail to mention your preferred payment method until the end of the deal.If I didn t need this RV for work purposes I wouldn t take it just for the hassle at the end.

Love this place and this company! Highly recommend General RV for all of your camping/RV needs! Professionals at the finest. My salesman Ben Sexton is the best. So informative, knowledgeable and kind. He has helped us a lot over the years. Myself and my family trust him and know he will always take excellent care of us! Thanks Ben!

I stopped by the new General RV in Ft. Pierce to check out their inventory. I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff! Laura was my Salesperson. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. If you need an RV, Laura is the person to ask for. Looking forward to having General RV as my premier RV partner!

You hear a lot of horror stories about RV dealers and I also have my own stories with RV dealers. First of all I can t say enough about my positive experience I have had at General RV of Fort Pierce. I stopped in here on their opening day and was impressed on how the sales team presented themselves. Even though I wasn t in the market for a new RV, Denis showed us around. Now for the service department , Rachel has been the most helpful service manager that I have ever dealt with at a dealership. My RV needed warranty work and parts from an outside vender. Rachel along with a few others stepped up and made phone calls and emails to get these parts asap as I m a full time Rv er. They did make things happen and didn t keep my RV for months. If you re looking for Repair work or sales , definitely check this place out. Thanks General RV of Fort Pierce, maybe the others can use you as a training guide.

This was our 4th Purchase of an RV.Outstanding service from every aspect of this location.First the receptionist were friendly and very helpful.Then our salesman Ricky was awesome through the process of finding the right 5th wheel to meet all our needs.Ricky was never once pushy. He took the time to find out what will or won't work for us.Very impressive young man.Great communication!No stone unturned.Then we met his Dad Rick who was phenomenal!He walked us through the process of switching over everything to our new rig and any questions or concerns he addressed immediately.Very nice touch to walk out back and literally find a red carpet and sign welcoming us!Rick made sure all of our needs were met 100%.Janet our walk through hostess was great as well!Celia in finance was also amazing to work with. These folks have customers service down to a science.Kristen was so sweet and very helpful.I tried to recall everyone's name.Impressive team that could surely teach other dealerships some lessons in customer service.The fact that every person there seemed happy in their job was rare and nice to see!Shout out to the gentleman who pulled our rig from it's spot and the detailers, maintenance who got her ready for delivery.The driver for delivery knew rigs well. He knew how to tow and set up. I'm certain he could do it blindfolded.Keep up the great work!If you want great service without the car salesman attitude, call Ricky Custard!Best location award !

If you are the market for a new RV, this is the place! Along with great inventory they have great service. I appreciated they way I was treated and cared for in our search for our new RV. I highly recommend, if you are in the market please stop in there and ask for Laura. She is so attentive and knowledgeable, simply the best! We have been shopping for a while now and we found her to be our favorite!

Bobby at general rv was fantastic. He helped us alot when we didn t really know what we wanted. We didn t feel pressured in anyway. And once we finally picked the one, Don made the purchase part as smooth & easy as possible! We definitely recommend general rv

Just bought a 2024 Brinkley. JR our salesman was very helpful. After that had to ask around for help as to the next part of the process of wiring money. But everything came together. Robert explained all about the RV and answered any questions. Travis (technician) was extremely helpful and patient in helping us understand 5th wheel functions, as this was our first time with a 5th wheel hitch system.
