I took my can into Garber Collision for repair because I figured it would be best to take it to a dealership for repair. Needless to say that was not the case. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait 30 mins to see someone because they were out for lunch. Two weeks later I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I get there my vehicle was not repaired back to normal. They replaced one of the three plastic pieces that were broken. The other two plastic pieces were pushed back up into the front bumper. When I showed them my car wasn t repaired properly, they assured me they would take care of it, and would call me when it was fixed. A week later they called and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I inspected my car and again it was not repaired properly. I asked the manager if my car was fix and he told me he wasn t sure because he wasn t the one who handled it. The manager was nice enough to walk out to inspect my car and without me showing him what was wrong he immediately noticed that it wasn t repaired properly.I told him to call me when my car was repaired and he told me to wait five minutes because it was an easy fix. I asked him if it was an easy fix then why wasn t it done right the first time. As I m waiting for them to repair my car, the receptionist asked for my $500 deductible. I asked her why would I pay my deductible if my car is not repaired, and she did not have an answer, and walked away. When the manager brought my car back I asked him what the issue was and he told me I didn t want to know. I replied it s my car and I deserve the right to know. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I would not bring my car here for repairs. No one was personable or welcoming through the entire process The first picture was when they called me the first to to say it was ready.

Very badOpinion, in that place they supposedly repaired my car after an accident, I had to return it three times and in the end I had to take it to a private mechanic, thanks to him I m alive, my car was completely loose all the parts a horrible noise the caps of the loose oils my car had no oil, it almost melted, I don t recommend it at all, a terrible service

As long as theyre billing an insurance company and making a buck theyll work with you. As soon as you call to use their lifetime warranty they clam up and dont want to give good service.The chrome attachment on my bumper would fall off. And since I do not have the old piece its all "hear say" says Len the manager. Ridiculous. Life time warranty all right.I will be calling and reviewing on every platform, BBB included making a stink and its all over a stupid bumper.If insurance is paying your bill then go ahead and use. But I do not recommend.Edit- After talking with other office managers at different locations and the general manger at Garber we were able to get it replaced.

I am surprisingly, pleased. I never new this placed did such great work. And, the associate that helped me out, Natalie Landrau, is A+. The other associates that I met were nice and friendly also. I will differently recommend this place. I now have a new body shop.

The whole Garber body shop team is great. They've repaired a couple vehicles for me and they are always thorough, efficient, and lovely people to interact with. Yeda is wonderful at the front and always welcoming when you come in. Becky is great in communication and information! The rest of the team is great as well! I've never had a bad interaction when there!!!

My vehicle was completely fixed and new again ahead of schedule by 2 days. They were so accommodating to my sensitive schedule and all of my needs. I recommend this collision center to everyone.

It took nearly a month to get everything done. Get an estimate had to wait over a week for parts then my wife had to complain before they started working on it. Very poor attitude by the little guy in the office and one of the women I signed for the car barely looked at me and acted as if I was bothering her. That whole office needs a customer service course

I had an incredible experience at this location after the fender bender that my vehicle was involved in and after only 2 and a half days, my car was out of the shop looking like there was never an accident at all! When it came to dropping my car off for service, I dropped the car off, did paperwork and I was driving out of the lot in the rental in just 30 minutes. I was shocked! Big shoutout to Roxanne and Natalie with their excellent customer service in regards to their displays of patience, professionalism, and how welcome they made me feel with being friendly and answering all of my questions without hesitation or confusion. Of course I can NOT leave out the tech(s) that performed on my vehicle! Thank you, you did an incredible job! Thank you for your hard and honest work. Definitely will be returning to this location and would absolutely recommend this location for anyone who s curious or considering it.

We had our daughters car repaired here and were very impressed with the quality and service of this repair center. We dealt with Juan Rivera who kept us totally informed of the progress of the repair, he texted and called thru the whole repair and kept us in the loop when the car would be done. Would definitely recommend this repair center.

They were not open with me about how long it was going to take (said 6 days and it ended up being 3 1/2 weeks). They left a piece of my interior trim hanging off, they took my front license plate off and left it in my backseat, and my passenger side window no longer rolls down all the way. I now I have to go back in possibly have my car taken away for longer now because of the quality of the repair on my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recently had body work done on my vehicle. Dropped off my car on Tuesday morning, and the car was finished and ready for pick up on Friday. Superior service, and the repair work was excellent. Natalie was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Garber Collision Center.

From the moment I walk in Natalie and her team was very helpful. After getting in a car cash that wasn t my fault my dad sent me to them . The work they have done to my Jeep Cherokee 2016 was incredible. Best body shop in town I most definitely will be doing business with them in the future !

As soon as I walked in, Juan took care of everything .. I didn't have to worry about anything that had to do with the repairs from the beginning of the process to the end. Wonderful place to do business. I went there and since i never been there was a little uneasy. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Natalie Ladrau and Roxanne Garner. The ladies were super professional, nice and kind to me. They took care of the business fast, proficient and made the whole process easy for me. The moment my car was ready they texted me that the car was done and when I arrived to pick up the car they greeted me, explained what was done to the car and the warranty and offered help any time there was a problem with their work for the time I owned the car. Their supervisor should give them a pat on their back. My new car will be off course a GMC Terrain and I hope I don t need to visit the collision center however if I do I am extremely confident those ladies will treat me professionally. Thank you Natalie and Roxanne! Keep up the good work!
