We were for a short vacation to Port Saint Lucie with our motorhome. The check engine light came on. We stopped at the Treasure Coast and had a great service. We needed to have our problem fixed quickly as we had to come back home and they did their best, they really worked to help us as we needed to have a part to be replaced and the delivery was late and lost. Great service!!! Thank you to Erika and the mechanics.

Fairly useless...stopped in to have a ground cable replaced, which I had in hand....two bolts and in plain clear unobstructed view. I didn't have the proper tool with me, but they couldn't be bothered, telling me they were 3 days out on repairs....for a one armed man, this was a 5 minute job. Ok, whatever, I'll take my business elsewhere, but let me buy another part while I am here...nope, sorry, have two like it, but not the one you need. Of course not. Fairly commonly used sensor, but nah, let's not stock it. I'd suggest going elsewhere if you need something sooner than 3-4 days.

After arriving here and being over, priced to have the truck diagnosed, the customer service was very poor they tried to charge me $19,950 to have injector cups replaced on my truck. They charged me $700 to diagnose the truck after I paid for the diagnosis they pretty much ignored me and made it clear that the vehicle had to be off their property in a certain amount of time I asked for assistance they were very nonchalant, and would not do anything to help me terrible place to take your vehicle to get serviced I ll never come back very unprofessional, and the service manager really did not care either.

Brought truck in for warranty repair and they found a small leak in radiator hose which was covered under warranty. Also had brakes replaced and belts changed. With a full PM. Keith and the service department did a great job getting me in and out. I ve been bringing the truck there since it was new and never had issues.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

Absolutely the worst workmanship ever!Brought trk in for oil leak from front main seal, tech swore up and down it s the oil MOD $1400 dollar part+ $170 for expedited shipping. Three weeks of tech try to fix oil leak and all the stuff he broke in the process, it was front main seal like I told them from the start.Never trust these guys diagnostics. They only have part s changers, no real techs who understand how to properly diagnose and issue. If the computer doesn t tell them what s wrong then they just throw parts at it hoping it solves issues.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!Have your truck towed back to Orlando or to another dealer not in their network. You will get charged thousands more than any other dealer. They charged me 3000.00 more than it should have been. Changing filters for the DEF system is a 6 to 8 hour job. Basically they decide what they want to charge. Ours came out to roughly 612.00 an hour and not 186.00 an hour as stated. They actually have a matrix per job and the per hour rate goes up after 1 hour. Basically charging what they want. I got charged 24 hours or 4286.66 for a 6 to 8 hour job. FYI Shop Supply charges are 249.00!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had a truck that needed extensive service. Unfortunately, the amount of service it needed did not justify getting it done. Consequently, we had to make other decisions regarding the truck. During this entire process Carlos and his team were extremely helpful and professional. From the analysis to getting the truck off the lot. The pricing for the diagnosis was fair, and the diagnosis itself was thorough. If you are ever in the area and need work on your big rig, this is the place to go.

My three year old low mileage rear engine diesel Motorhome suffered a major engine catastrophe and I am so lucky and fortunate I took it to Freightliner of the Treasure Coast in Ft Pierce. They had to execute the complex and enormous job of removing my failed engine and replacing it with a new one, which in and of itself was a remarkable feat. For doing that they deserve a standing ovation and if that were not commendable enough, and most importantly, they delivered and I received high levels of Exemplary and Outstanding Excellence in Professionalism, Expertise, Courtesy, Respect and Customer Service. They treated me and I felt like I was a valued and important customer of theirs which gave me much confidence and trust that they would take care of and handle my RV like it was their very own. They did that and also exceeded all of my expectations while at the same time keeping me up to date with communications at every turn. Everyone from the Service Advisors, Technicians, Mechanics, and Management went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. They were awesome. It is my honest belief that Freightliner in Ft Pierce did an amazing job in replacing my RV Engine and that they are the best RV Service Shop on the entire planet. So, for all the above reasons I give them my highest recommendations and I am now a Freightliner and especially a Freightliner of Treasure Coast Customer for Life.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Made an appointment on Fri to bring truck in monday morning. Arrived at 9am. Vehicle wasn't looked at till 12:55pm. Absolutely terrible customer service! Here is pictures of the " customer lounge". If you use this place expect to be ignored. uhNot one person working in this place smiled the whole time we were there and only one employee greeted us with a hello. Also check out the date on the magazine's. And lastly: be specific as to what you are wanting done. We asked for a repair and a separate part and were charged to diagnose the part that we asked for. We were able to catch the guy in charge and they did drop that charge and were sold the part after being TOLD to get parts separate from the service dept.

Keith and Paig, the head service men were very nice and accommodating, considering their COMPUTERS were down! I'm going back next week to complete the necessary work on my super C RV.

I own a 39 ft. Winnebago, they did a oil change and generator service, we found out that we had a turbo issue they gave us a price but we couldn't afford that price so the manager Carlos was so professional and understanding that he lowered the price significantly, unfortunately for us we still couldn't afford it , however we are very pleased with the services they did provide us. I believe that Carlos and his Staff are working hard to turn this place around for the better, and most importantly Carlos is new management ,don't let the past reviews scare you . Thankyou Carlos im impressed by the way you handled our situation. Thanks againSincerely Craig CunninghamServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Last month I started to find a problem when starting my Fleetwood 38n with Cat c7. When turning the key the Allison Trans shift panel would not light up? I checked the battery connections and then all worked well. When we went to take a trip, it happened again. Thinking it was the bad wire on the engine batteries I took it all apart, cleaned all the connections and reinstalled it. Started working again. So, we hit the road. 200 miles up the turnpike the engine shut down and the transmission panel was not powered. I coasted to the emergency side road and stopped. We called for a tow. While waiting for the tow I looked for a freightliner service location and found Freightliner of Treasure Coast Fort Pierce. About 30 minutes later I tried turning the key and the transmission panel lit up. We advised the road service and I drove straight to Fort Pierce and made it with no issues. I spoke with Jeff and Keith, the service managers and explained what was going on. I also explained that I have owned and operated an auto and truck service center for the past 19 years. I agreed to have their technician do the diagnostics and find the cause for the loss of power to the transmission ECM. I also, as a secondary request for cost, how much would it cost to replace the 4 air bags, service the air filtration system on the suspension and replace the brake lining. I was planning to do these myself but since it was at freightliner and I just turned 60, this would be the first time I actually paid for a service outside of doing it myself. They found that I had 2 corroded fuses, not burned yet, that were behind the spare tire bin. (2 hours diag time) VERY FAIR. The price for the alternative work was reasonable so I had them do the Bags, brakes, and filtration service. All completed in 2 days. I run my business with 4 words. Honest Answers - Quality Service. I know it s hard to find in the auto and truck business, that has been the key to our success and I am sure its just as hard in the commercial truck repair business. THANK you, Jeff and Keith, for living by the standards I believe in.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

New facility, very welcoming. I asked for a Freightliner specific job of replacing the wiring harness that goes to the transmission. A Allison transmission service technician had diagnosed the wiring harness as the issue and was not qualified to perform the service of replacing the Freightliner wiring harness. This was clearly stated in the preliminary report that this harness is what I wanted replaced. Freightliner of Fort Pierce emailed an estimate that stated they would just bypass the wires that were the issue and attach them to the existing harness. At this point I said no I need a new harness replaced I am having other related issues with the harness. I will pick the vehicle up. The total invoice for work not performed was over $1,400.00. The manger and staff were unwilling to negotiate. I would not suggest dealing with this company. They performed no services besides diagnostic (which had already been performed by Allison) and installed a customer provided breather tube for $700.00 in labor. Very disappointed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Attention!!!! truck diesel operator s be advised on this place. They will hide fee s and want mention the real cause of the repair. I went to have a simple job done to my vehicle to have a simple high pressure fuel line put on and it took them two day s to figure that out on besides I told them the problem from the beginning. Had a 7:45 am appointment onThursday for this repair that I clearly wanted done on my on knowledge of the repair. They came back saying I needed a pump injector also which i didn t need. God always make it right with the right people that don t take Advantage hard working people. I m back on the road running prefect with no issue with high pressure line from another repair shop. (Attention!!! again not Freight liner the company) , it s management allowing this to go on in this shop.

Avoid this place! I should have read the reviews. They charge premium prices and deliver sub standard service. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if my company operated that way.I waited almost 3 weeks for their first available appointment for a standard service plus a generator service. I dropped it off right when they opened with the understanding they would call later in the day when it was ready. I did ask them to replace the t-stat but only if it was in stock. At 4:00pm I had had not received a phone call and called them. The gentleman explained that they thought they had a t-stat in stock but could not find it so they had not even begun any service. He acknowledged the W.O clearly said "only if in stock" and they felt completely justified delaying service as they thought that they had it in stock. When I picked it up the following day (again no phone call), after reviewing the astronomical bill I realized they did not accomplish the generator service. He looked at the service sheet and simply said we missed that. He did offer that they could schedule at a later date... I think not. It is also worth noting that I had to spend 5 minutes cleaning up all the floor mats and plastic they left in the cab. While I am happy they made an attempt to keep the cab clean, one would think that if they hold themselves out as a premium service; they could pick up after themselves. With any luck freightliner will pull their franchise or at least send them a basic customer service training video.Service: Oil change

Went here for warranty work and paid the $4100. plus after they told me that the motor-home was out of warranty when in fact it was still within the time and that someone either the RV dealer or Freightliner failed to make the proper entries as to the "In-Service" date. Anyway agreed to pay to get it fixed and said I'll come back when the paperwork is resolved. NOW (7) Months later still refuse to reimburse me and said they would send a check finally after many visits and calls to FCCC and Lou Bachrodt dealership. Check was being sent out three weeks ago and never happened. Called to speak with the Mgr Ray...He wasn't in that day conveniently and NEVER returned my call. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY BUSINESS! It is a disgrace and should be shut down. On three visits that I went there to remedy the problem they calimed the computers were down.DON'T TRUST THIS FACILITY!! I SPOKE WITH A FEW TRUCKERS I KNOW AFTER THE FACT AND NOT ONE HAD A NICE THING TO SAY ABOUT THE PLACE.

Beware beware beware I brought a semi that I owned to this company. They gave me a $6000 estimate told me I needed all new injectors they had it for 2 to 3 months before they gave me the estimate. Charged me $900 I took it to total truck in Fort Pierce for a second opinion it was the O-ring on the fuel filter sucking air a $.25 part I ve spent two years trying to get a refund on my $900 with no response. Total truck has taken care of all my heavy truck repairs they are much more honest than this company.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my M2 106 in for a recall on the transmission cooler lines (which I had fail 3 times already hence the recall) and after 2 hours was told I was ready to go. I asked what they did and was told it was just a visual inspection!!! After trying to explain that an inspection doesn't fix the problem and getting no where, they said they could replace the connectors to a better connection and gave me an estimate for $2,104.18 to do the work.

Brought my 2022 freightliner M2 for service for the fan being stuck on. They are an honest shop, it was a quick simple fix, and they were swift and efficient with the service. I appreciate Keith a lot for taking my truck in short notice and getting me on the road quick.

I waited a week for an appointment. It sat for two weeks before they looked at it.The thing to know is that after they moved to the new building, which is much larger and the people are very nice, they changed their rates.Trucks are $145/hr and motorhomes are $210/hr. I get it that MH s are harder to work on but that s a big bump. The thing to know is there is a $290 Minimum Diagnostic fee in addition to the hourly. But it gets better- they charged that for a leaking left hub and right brake actuator. Then charged it again for a last minute diagnosis of the right hub.Parts are double retail pricing and to top it off they added a $195 Shop fee.I usually don t complain about repair pricing but this stuff is pretty straight forward.Note- that they did adjust the second diagnostic fee and, to the confusion of the manager, actually only charged me the truck rate, so as I said nice people. But what should have been $700 ended up, With reductions to be $1600 and 3 weeks.

I don't why every is complaining. Went to apparently one of the only places whom actually didn't have to order the part. Pablo did a great job on communicating the process after the truck in front of me was done. Hey it's a shop. Hunter was also on my truck. Both did an excellent job didn't take very long once started recommend to come here. Beats the TAService: Air conditioning

Customer care was virtually non existent. One employee named Jeff did try hard to help but was the only one. Made an appointment more than two months ahead but sat there one full day trying to get someone to do the work on my unit but not a thing was done. Second day the manager advised us that if he knew l had an appointment he would have started yesterday. Say what? Mechanic also had an attitude. Other customers also voiced frustrating experiences. Hope Jeff can spread some of his attitude about showing how to treat customers to his fellow employees. The service when done did seem to be good and they did solve the problem.
