We found you on Yelp and was able to have my car seen the same day. The gentleman, Dan, looked at the side panel hanging from the side of our van and said he could fix it while we wait. We were so impressed with their promptness. Great people, great job. I would definitely recommend Dyer.

Danny went above and beyond to fix a factory paint defect on my 2024 Corvette. His attention to detail and willingness to get it perfect was top notch. Nicole and Vanessa were also very courteous and kind. I would recommend Dyer Collision to anyone. Thank you!

The work on my car was superb and they out did themselves with getting the work done on my car in the time frame they promised.They kept me up dated and informed and took time on the phone to answer any questions. Very professional.I would definitely use them again.

Stay away from Dyer collision! They were inconsiderate & terrible customer service! Ignore the situation and didn t address the issue. They will screw you over and take the insurance money & run with it, I had to come out of pocket to pay for damages that they caused. Be advised and aware of this company. Do not step your foot in it, manager did nothing to fix the problem. BE AWARE ! If you don t want any disappointment, find another collision place to take care of you.

I've had them work on my RAM 1500 when someone hit me, and they also replaced the windshield on our Sienna when Bev Smith collision didn't want to do it. They addressed our concerns when he had to bring the Sienna back. Excellent job by Nicole, Danny, Emmy and the rest of the team.

Car was in on a Monday and done on Friday . New back bumper and all sensors, new light kit . Paint and out the door . Clean and freshed up . Very happy .

More than satisfied with the whole process, from the arrival at the shop, to how Chris U explained how my vehicle would be repaired, to the parts that would be used, to the time it was supposed to take to get the parts in the shop! Dyer Collision Center does great work! The truck was fixed in a timely manner, even with the Thanksgiving holiday in the schedule and the amount of work that needed to be done. Excellent experience with the Dyer Collision Center Team. Dolores, Roxanne, Tonyah, the technician and painter who performed the repairs on my car all the way to the clean up crew. The work done was awesome, It was completed lightening fast and prior to the promised date. Great communication during the process. My car was returned sparkling clean. My toyota was towed to they shop on Oct 31.They text me that my car arrived at they shop, Then I received a call for Delores to come in and sign the paperwork so they can look at my car. I get there she go over everything with me and introduce me to Chris that's going to be the person I will be talking to, so he walks out with us to discuss and mark the car to let us know what they will be doing. So later that day I got a text let me know what's needs to be done. That they will see me in 15 day. Every morning I got a text you from them letting me know what they doing. They didn't mind me coming up there checking up on what they was doing. My car was actually ready in 15 days.She looked just like she never been hit. GREAT JOB DYER COLLISION. I am very pleased with the service I received in the collision department at Dyer. Everyone was very professional. Huge thank you to Miss Alexa for keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle as well as getting my vehicle back to me timely. Poor communication!!There were 2 areas of damage to the car. We had a rental car. They called my son (not the right number) and told him the work was complete. I turned in the rental car and the rental agent gave me a ride to pick up the car. On the way to pick up the car, I received a call on my phone (correct contact number) that I needed to come in and sign papers for them to start work on the second area of damage!! In other words, the car was NOT ready. Thank goodness the rent a car company was able to cancel return of the rental!! There was a part in back order (not their fault) and they never called to tell me that it would be 6 weeks longer than the original date they quoted me; I called and had to leave several voice messages (apparently no receptionist or operator) before anyone ever returned my call. Finally, they called my husband s office (wrong number) to tell me my car was almost ready. The next day they called me at 4:30 on a Friday to tell me my car could be picked up but they closed at five and were not open on weekends!! I finally got the car and they did good work, so I gave them an extra star for that. For customer service they get 0 stars!!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my brand new vehicle to their shop for a slight body damage repair as per my insurance recommendation. I was very specific and politely asked them that I didn't want additional damage to my vehicle. They said it would take 3 to 4 days to repair, but they ended up keeping it for TWO weeks! When I got it back, the body work was taken care of, but it looked like they had some fun with the vehicle as it had brush scratches from front to back, all kinds of leaves in the cargo area with paint and more damage to the body and about 300 additional miles recorded. I would not trust them again to save my life!!! I'm so deeply regretting trusting these people!

Took my truck in for repairs. They helped with the insurance claim. Very professional and friendly service. Kept me informed the whole step of the way. I got my truck back as promised and looked like it was never in an accident. Thank you for making it easy for me and my truck thanks you to. Will definitely recommend.

Melissa and Brent took great care of me. My car was in an accident last year. My radiator was replaced while my care was there as it was damaged during the accident. Last week, literally a year after my accident my radiator broke. I was not sure how that was possible, my husband and I called Dyer and Melissa and Brent went out of their way to help me and get my car fixed. I was back in my car writhing 24 hrs. Someone smashed into the back of my 19' dodge challenger and damaged the rear end and side quarter panel. We Took it to Alexa and her crew and they repaired it back brand new like nothing ever happened + got it back to me sooner than I thought. I really recommend this crew! Thank you Alexa & your Crew.
