Made appointment to get oil change and an update/recall taken care of. I arrived 5 min early. Was told 1-1/2 hours while I waited. After not receiving an update at all after waiting 1&1/2 hours as to their progress I inquired direct to service member. Was told tech was nearly done. All he had to do was ad the oil. Then proceeded to have to wait another 40 minutes Before I received my car forgoing the free car wash so I didn t have to wait another hour. What s the point of having an appointment if you have to wait nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change. Sorry Acura. Love my MDX but Poor customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend Coggin Acuras Service Center.

Unfortunately, not a great experience with this service dept. Came in with a CAM error message on dashboard. They ran the car through the scanner, and I was told no codes came up. Regardless, I was assured I would need to first replace my windshield ($990) and then, if necessary, replace the camera ($1600). I continued to ask what other possibilities there were since it sounded absurd that this error, which I had found in several auto blog posts, would cost so much to fix. Fortunately, I called around and found American Auto Glass in Sebastian. They ran my car through the scanner and what do you know, they got the codes they needed. The fix required cleaning the camera cover and cost $350. Thank goodness I did some more research! Really too bad since I had always gotten my RDX serviced at Acura dealers up north with no problem. Maybe the scanner at Coggin needs to be fixed.

The service at Acura Ft. Pierce was absolutely exemplary. They got me in and out with friendly smiles and was genuinely happy to be of service. I wasn't even charged for the car wash! The price of this service was far less than I anticipated. I was contemplating going to Auto Zone to purchase but I came out less in this case AND was in the hands of an ASE Certified mechanic! So glad that I brought it here. I will be bringing them all of my car business in the future. I felt comfortable in the lounge area (business news playing while I waited) with plenty of free snacks and comfortable seating areas. I actually dozed off - lol. Thanks to Todd and Richard for the wonderful experience!Service: Battery

Dennis, my service advisor has always treated me with the utmost respect and cared for my car as if it was his own. When my car was last serviced, due to Covid-19 delays for a needed part, I was treated to a beautiful top of the line Acura SH RDX for several days. I appreciate the kindness and superior service I receive when my cars service is due. Thank you for being so precise and very kind to me.
