Purchased my camper there the other day. Everyone was awesome from Sales. Chris was great and the staff that did the a walk through down to financing. Hector took great care of us and were treated like family. Took some time to get the deal done, even went extra mile to get delivery done for us. Thanks guys your the best. Jay B and Florence B

Last year my family decided on purchasing our first travel trailer. The sales department was great our sales person took us around in the middle of the summer heat to show us a few of campers. We ended up going with someone else cause they didn't have anything in inventory to fit our needs. Now we are in the process of changing things around in our camper. My wife found a trifold sofa that she was interested in didn't find anyone to help us out so she decided to ask about it to the person at the sales counter. He said he will be over to help us out. After 20 min of waiting we just decided to leave. I can see that there were people making purchases so I wasn't upset at the person at the counter but are there no other employees to help customers out. Not even the camping world website was any help could not find the trifold sofa we wanted anywhere on the website .

Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Employees are nice and helpful. Everything is clean and orderly with an immense amount of deals thoughout the entire store. Open atmosphere and plenty to choose from. We went in for a dryer to replace the one we have, but they did not have the one we needed. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility for parking, entrance, and restrooms.Overall, this is a good store if needing something for an rv, but not the best one we have been in, but close.

We went in to purchase a M26 as we were looking to road trip with the kids this summer, do something different. We found one we liked and went to get it. Well the place was cool with RV s set up inside and tons to choose from but we knew what we wanted. Well went inside to check number and holy crap the fees were crazy. The camper was 33k but with all the fees it came to 45k. Then the sales guys says you should ve read the disclaimer. How about say what it is online and don t waste peoples time. 700 dollars to make sure everything works right really?! That s what QC does at the factory. Anyway we left and thankfully found one without 13k in fees.

Very nice. Low key. Dana was my sales person. She was new to the floor however she seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My mission was just to actually see the unit I was interested in, not to purchase at this time. When I'm ready to purchase, I'll be back.

Felt like walking into a car sales lot where we were hurriedly moved through the lot and out the door. We had to give our IDs upon entering, were assigned to a sales rep who took some info on what we were thinking about getting and brought us to four units and ended with the formality of meeting the manager before departing. This was a good experience for someone who knew exactly what they wanted already. Despite hoping to head home with a pull-behind that day, we weren't a good fit for the 4 we saw. Our rep was pleasant which offset the feel of the experience.

I can not say nicer things about the customer service I had with Jennifer Rodriguez and Jeff Rose. I was in a bit of a Predicament. Jennifer and Jeff bent over backwards too try to help me in my situation, I was about in tears in their level of empathy, they literally tried their hardest to help me! If your thinking of buying a camper please do yourself a favor and request Jennifer Rodriguez, she's amazing and knows what she's talking about, Jeff was great with explaining the Financials and breaking it down to where I could understand. They both showed a lot of patience with me and I greatly appreciate them both. I hope their boss sees this and knows he has some very valuable employees!!

I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.I bought a 2024. Camper and it started leaking 2 weeks after I bought it. and nobody wanted to fix it. I called everyday and they said they will call me back and they never did. I call corporate they are just as useless as the people who works at camping world. I would never buy anything from them. I bought a band new mattress When I bought the camper. I paid $480 plus tax. It got wet and nobody wanted to replace it. I should of bought life jackets instead of a mattress.

while touring everything was fine. i till we signed out papers, our sales rep left in the middle of the deal. camper didn t have the pin and clip and we had to come inside and buy it. we ve called multiple times for questions and we get told we d get a call back. which we don t.. we ended up calling back times. no body seems to know what they re doing.

Purchased our class A a year ago. Been in a buying stuff since then. Always great thanks to Toby who is a great help. Today we needed propane and a female manager just refused to even help. Worst experience ever! She didn t want any part of it. Then why work here? Very adamant that we talk to someone else.

My wife and I were in the market for our first travel trailer for our family of four. We figured we would start with Camping World on our journey to find the right one. Neither of us knew anything about campers, along comes Antonio. When I tell you this man is amazing, it is an understatement. His knowledge in his field is vast and his patience and understanding with our 2 children running rampant was unfathomable. We knew then and there that we would not purchase a camper from anyone else. Rick was exceptional in helping us gather our essential supplies for our new purchase. Adam (the manager) was more like a friend in the way he made sure we felt right at home within the RV community. I would never buy an RV from anywhere else.

The prices are way to high first of all second off all do not go on their website! their popup assistant will not stop harrassing you i said stop they said click the x i did and i am attaching a video of it as well. It would let me upload the video i made of hitting the x they said and then continuing my search and then poping back up again!

Avoid at all cost!!! We were lied to about multiple things during our purchase concerning the extended warranty, and their service department. Have made appointments to have items repaired or replaced that they said were covered only to be told they weren't, or yelled at for being aggravated when we were told we would have to wait days or weeks for them to even look at the problem. They are worse then used car salesman.

Rubert was super nice and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He didnt seem annoyed by us asking to see some out of our price range. He was very accommodating! The whole staff was great even down to our walk through at the end with Jeff. He went slow and made sure we knew everything before we felt. Great experience.

So we purchase this beautiful camper from them. They delivered it to us. We had it for a day. It got sunny and hot, so we put out our awning. I ran to pick up my daughter as school, 5 minute rain shower came through. Get home and the entire right side support bar was bent. We looked at it closer and seen 3 zip screws shot into the awning frame and noticed a broken bracket. Camping world said they won't fix it because we left it out. There was no wind or anything to damage this. It truly looks like it was patched up and just broke. Everyone else in this camp ground had no issues. So they are trying to weasel out of repairing it and told us it's a insurance problem. Camper has only been in our possession for 24hrs. Makes me sick how easy it is to just say not our problem.

They keep blocking the dump station with trailers. They do it on purpose, so us Good Sam members cannot dump. They think it's funny. Multiple people have complained about it. And then they put trailers in parking spots to make it even more difficult to get in or out. They don't care because they keep doing the same thing over and over again.

Will not shop here again. I went to look at campers last Thursday and after getting a sales person they would not show me any unless I got pre qualified for one. I am not going to get pre qualified just to look at a camper. I went to lazy day camper on the other side of 95 and they helped me a lot. There is a smaller section but better service.It took camping world over a week to get back to me after this review and it was the same response as all the others that put in a bad review and want me to call there customer service number. That will not help and I shouldn t have to, I went in to look at a camper and I was not allowed to see it until I was pre qualified so they lost my business, I have told my parents not to go back there and will tell everyone else the same with how I was treated.

This was the worst experience purchasing a brand new travel trailer ever. The utter lack of communication, quality, respect of our time, and simply prepping the camper for delivery is an embarrassment to the entire industry. Save yourself and go to either Palm Beach RV or Le Mesa. They at least stand by their products and respect their customers.

RV Spa was worth every penny! Morgan did a great job exceeding my expectations with the final results. My 39' Wildwood travel trailer, we purchase from the Ft. Pierce Camping World 2021, looks brand new. From the roof to the tires, Thank you again.
