One of the best car buying experiences!!I highly recommend that you call Denise . When you get there ask for Pat and Steven. They are the best. I can't remember the names of all the people that went above and beyond. I can remember Dan and Eric. Also, they have a lot of nice cars and if they don't have what you want, they will take you to Bev Smith Toyota. You just can't go wrong. They won't let you. I just wanted an upgrade and drove off with a brand new car. It's Beautiful

Went to trade in my Honda Odessey for a telluride and Tony cross went above and beyond on assisting us and allowing us a smooth transition in purchasing. Recommend anyone looking to trade in their vehicle to Tony he won't let you down. !!!!!

Roach infestation in pre owned certified- the car I bought was fresh on lot yet severely infested- they are very aware of issue as admitted other cars are also infested- they attempted to terminate issue by bombing- returned it to me and was still infested they blame business next door due to piles of wood from smoker- I don t ever wish this experience on anyone- the bugs were crawling around extremely hazardous condition for anyone- had to entirely replace my child s car seat due to infestation- they are not terminating issue- when I returned the car one of the sales associates told me to shake it off before going into other car- the cars parked in section where infested are STILL for sale- they are trying to sweep issue on rug however the bugs have infested the entire left side of their lot.

Ricardo Sutherland was the best salesperson to work with! He is such a nice and easy going guy to talk to and he is very knowledgeable about the Kia vehicles and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Bev Smith Kia if you're looking for a new vehicle!

Was contacted by Bev Smith Kia. Offered a free oil change. I told the young lady I was up to date on oil. So, she offered a free tire rotation. I accepted. Appointment made. I arrived, the service tech pulled it to a bay. 2 hours later, they let me know it was done. Then they charged me. I called Service Office for the Manager. Got VM, left message. No return call. Two days later. DO NOT TRUST this dealership!!!!

It s almost impossible to A. Have someone give a call back same day, I literally had to continuously call a day & 1/2 to get a response. B. We get told the engine was declined by Kia but the reason was not explained then we are given a phone # that is Customer service who ends up calling this dealership to find out the reason why, explaining to us they have no knowledge or notes as to why it was declined. An absolute never ending circle of I don t know and we ll send a message for someone to give you a call mind you we ve had this car sitting here for 3 weeks nothing was done to it and no rental was provided in the mean time.

Caitlin was awesome, as was everyone else I encountered in the service department. I arrived pretty early and they took my car in right away. Caitlin thoroughly explained everything to me from my options to all of the components of service I would receive, she is very knowledgeable & efficient & professional. I was out of there much sooner than I thought & will be back for my next oil change and service needs.

I took my vehicle in for service and was greeted by Justin. Hands down, awesome experience! Very nice, professional, and personable employees there. I got a survey after, gave my honest opinion (5 stars), and got this awesome looking insulted bag a few weeks after! I can t wait to show off my support for Kia and also Bev Smith. Great work team!!

They are running scams. Extrem lies for marketing scams. The manager Duane makes fun of you an degrades people who come in thinking they have won something. Then speaks to a disabled 62 year old women in the most arragent manner. Laughing at me while I put my scooter on the back of my car, how silly I was to think I won anything. Except their 5 dollar scam. He asked Ask me if I ever held a job. Pompous attitude , laughing and talking loud. I said he should be ashamed of himself for tricking people. He laughed an said, hey its part of my job. I would never trust a business who's standard is scams an tricks. Never would I want to have any other disabled citizens waste their time in this establishment that speaks so poorly to others. Wastes effort an time an they come out personally an laugh at you an speak condescending to you about the operation of your mobile scooter. His name was Duane . Simply awful business an man.Yes Sir you are going to stand in front of Christ an be accountable for everything you do. Which believe it or not this Duane told me it's his job an yelled about Jesus Christ understood how his scam worked!!!!!Oh my gosh.Bad bad bad business.Shame on Duane an the business he represents.

The salesperson James was the best. Very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at and we had quite a few laughs in the process. Carlos, Phil, and Erik were very nice without the false additude of most Car salesmen. The women who taught me how to use all the technology was absolutely the best. I have bought many cars over the years , I am a repeat customer here, and I will say this was the best experience. I walked away happy with the deal.

I wanted to take the time to express my greatest appreciation for Caitlin for her managing to fit me in for my flat tire with last minute appearance. I had been having such a rough day and waking up to my tire being flat and then having Kia road side assistance come out to tell me I was missing a key for my wheels and then not being able to get it done sooner. I am so over today it s not funny but Caitlin was able to make my day better and get me back on track super fast. I also wanted to take the time to recognize Cody, the service tech that was sent out to my house. That man made my day and I am so appreciative of him. He came out and saw I was struggling with my day and as I explained to him I have a rare disease that prevents me from being able to do things with my hands and I have to learn to rely on other people for help: Cody went in and changed all the key locks on all 4 tires and he went and went well above and beyond to help me. He even changed my tire and installed the spare tire so that I wouldn t have to wait the 2 hours for road side to come out. I was able to get to my meeting in time. I am so thankful for both Caitlin and Cody. I am so glad they are part of the Bev smith service family and it makes me glad that I choose Kia for my Car. Thank you to the both of you, you don t realize how much you helped me today and made my day. God bless you both.

Got my 2024 Carnival from Raul DaSilva over the weekend and he was amazing. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and went out of his way to get the color combination vehicle that I wanted. He drove to Orlando to get it for me! Once I got there they had a big celebration in the showroom to congratulate me by hitting the gong and beeping car horns and all the employees coming into the showroom - it was pretty neat! Finance process was short and seamless. Overall very good experience!

Everyone there was polite and attentive. As soon as we parked JC and Marco approached us and were there during the whole process. They were great with us. It was an exciting environment with all the music and all the people there. We are loving are 2024 Kia Telluride.

The BEST car buying experience I have ever had! From the second we stepped foot on the property until the second we left (even the next day dropping paperwork off) all of the staff was fenomenal! The best customer service around. Huge shoutout to Schneider for getting us in a nice ride and to Luis for helping get our car insurance situated and saving us a lot of money! Will defiantly come here again to purchase another vehicle!

My service manager, Pablo, took extra time to review my file and explain the service / warranty coverages that I have in place.He was polite and knowledgeable. Hi ,great dealer . Service was great came in for repairs they said it might take awhile because they were super busy told them I would wait walked around the dealership met a super salesman his name is Roy Lucas asked if I was interested in a new vehicle. I said no just in for service.he said ok and walked away , later on I came back to the vehicle I look at earlier and he was there I asked him to get me a quote on my vehicle and the rest is history. Great salesman,no pressure .very pleased . Thank you to everyone at Bev Smith.

When we went to purchase a car, it was raining that day. We really just wanted to look around and check other dealership out. They pressured us into purchasing that day. The next day we realized it was a real deep scratch on the truck, they tried to cover it up with spray paint. We took it back and the supervisor was aware of the scratch and said that they wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars fixing it so they just covered it up . He didn't care one bit . Our tag was there for days, no one called us and let us know. We got a flat tire a few weeks later and needed a new tire. We specifically ask for the exact same time brand to be put on the truck, my husband was there for hours, just for a tire change, and it was a different brand they put on the truck, we had to come back again the next day. The dealership is horrible. Bad experience and wish we would have never purchased a vehicle from them.

This location put my family and I at risk. We had Major tire issue on the HWY 1 day after service advisor advised tires were fine. The repairing tire shop said these were pass being safe.On top of that. When I purchased the vehicle, we had a "tires and batteries for life" warranty. We have completed EVERY service at this location to maintain the warranty and now they are no longer honoring.

Cory was a wonderful representative for Bev Kia. I bought a used minivan that was just beautiful but the air sounded loud. I was given an appointment right away and the blower was broken. They ordered it and fixed it in the spot same day. The process took 2 hours. They also checked my fluids again and brought my son and I water and coffee. I m thinking I made a good choice on my first used vehicle. Will most likely buy again from them if the service continues to be this customer oriented.

My newer used Kia needed a major repair I would not have expected do have to do anytime in the near future. It took an extremely long time for them to have my car done due to them waiting on a phone call from insurance for way too long instead of reaching out to insurance sooner. I had to call myself to get ant answers. My car was definitely not washed like the receipt says and definitely didn't have the free oil change that I was promised. On top of that my cars gas was so low that I couldn't even venture out to find a cheaper gas station. I had to go right there next to the dealership to put gas in the car. I would not deal with this dealership again and would not even purchase a kia again.
