I normally don t leave reviews but I am extremely frustrated by the post purchase customer service. When you are at the dealership customer service is amazing and Bryan and Megan were awesome to deal with. I purchased this truck Thursday night after driving almost 2hrs to the dealership. I was assured everything was good with it and it had no issues or anything. Bryan had driven it to West Palm and back with no issues a few times . Fast forward to the morning after purchase I had puddles of oil in my driveway. Took the truck to my diesel mechanic and got slapped with a $4900 quote/bill to fix all of the leaks on the truck to get it back to normal. I have reached out multiple times to Megan who has responded and told me the owners will call me but now it is going on day 3 of not hearing from the owners to see what resolution we can come to. I am supposed to hear from the owners on Tuesday now Update it is now Sunday truck has no oil when oil levels were perfect Thursday when purchased.I will update this review and ratings once we come to a solution for this issue.Only posting this to make potential buyers aware.

I purchased a car 3/9/2024, I drove from Augusta Ga and they were aware that I was coming from out of town. When I got the car I had some concerns but I was insured that it was all taken care of. Fast forward getting on the highway the check engine light and tire pressure light came on. I made contact & was told it most likely was the gas cap. The codes on the car had been cleared without the work being complete. It was not the gas cap it was indeed An O2 sensor bank 1 and the sensors on the tires are bad. Ok fine I ll address it. So now the issue is my title. When I paid them I asked for the title and warranty info I was told they couldn t find it and would mail it. 3/11 I was told I would have to cover shipping which is crazy bc I should have walked away with all documents the day I purchased the car. Let s skip to yesterday 3/20. I ve called 3 times no one knows anything or returned calls on why I ve not received my title or if it s even mailed to me, or even a tracking number. I called again this morning and was told I should have it today. I ll update with if I do. I m so irritated with how business has been handled and the lack of communication. If I had to do this experience over it would be a no for me.

Recently purchased a jeep wrangler and let me tell you Brian, Megan and Mo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the loan offer doing whatever it takes to get me in my car, to my kids being occupied while we had to sign everything and get it done and making them feel comfortable and at home. The car was checked and triple checked to make sure it was road ready and safe for my boys and would not let it go until and for that alone I give 5 stars. You guys are great and are all about good business and honesty will for sure work with you again. Many thank yous!

Megan and Snowball recently helped me find my dream car. The process was mentally exhausting but with Megan and Snowball by my side it made everything a lot easier and was able to drive my dream car out of there lot within a couple hours. Very lovely people!!! Would recommend anyone looking for a car to them. Very Very happy with my experience of purchasing my first car through them. They are truly great!! Thanks Bam Bam!!! :)

Just bought my jaguar here. Every other dealership said no based on me having an open car loan. They got me approved on a 2020 jaguar. Mike was my salesperson and Mohammed and Brian helped me in finance. I had my dog with me and they were fine with it because they have a puppy there too that is very friendly. I recommend everyone to use them. Very nice very professional and they work with even tough credit situations. Megan was awesome too.

Had a great experience buying my truck from here, they were very honest and upfront about everything and worked above and beyond to make sure my preferences and needs were met. After being scammed by another dealership in the past coming here was worth the 2 hour drive. Highly recommended.

Rheanna was amazing!! Couldn t have asked for a better experience when car shopping. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and I was very impressed by her professionalism. Not only were all my needs and expectations met but I also fell in love with my car over the phone! She provided me with all the information one may ask when purchasing a vehicle. She was completely transparent throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had been searching for a Jeep for our retirement in North Carolina. Spotted a jeep on market place. Sent message. Was answered promptly. Made appt same Day to look at Jeep. Was greeted with a smile. Looked at several Jeeps on Lot. Took the 2008 Jeep wrangler unlimited x for a drive. It was clean and ran well. We purchased it. Salesman and owner were great. We have gotten many compliments on our jeep. We would definitely go to Bam Bam automotive in Fort Pierce in future for any car needs. We highly recommend themPaula and Tony D

Tried a major dealer like ford . That was a fail.Bambamautomotive was the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and approved for the exact vechile I wanted. I couldn t recommend them enough. Bam Bam Automative made our experience of purchasing a car for our daughter comfortable, quick and easy. Communication was clear. We didn t feel rushed and final price was just as negotiated (no last minute surprises). Our family also enjoyed a BBQ they offered to their customers while we waited for everything to be finalized. Definitely will be returning when it s time for our son to get a car. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

Moe is a great guy! This guy just knows what he s doing. He has an amazing selection I couldn t believe my eyes. He made it so easy to find the car that was just right for me. He was honest and was straight forward. He has a great staff that help a lot aswell. All In all this is a great dealership and where I ll be coming for years. Mohamed and Megan were not only professional and friendly. This people are REAL. The are the complete opposite of the negative experiences that I've had in the past. The pricing was great for the truck we bought. I still can not believe how smooth and pleasant my transaction was. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends even if they have to drive from Miami to them. It's is worth it.
