I went to Autozone on March 1, 2024 and a gentleman named Andy helped me. He changed out my headlight and checked my battery. He was great ! Thank you for your help!!!

Screw this company, the clerks I dealt with tried to help, but company policy is the problem. I had a battery for my minivan die after 2 years, 5 year warranty, which they wouldn't honor because I didn't have the receipt. I ended at Walmart, new battery, same warranty, cheaper price, no receipt required.

I just had the best experience at this AutoZone. Ej and Robert were so helpful and patient with this recent widow and her 72 year old mother. Truly lifesavers. I would absolutely recommend this location and I will certainly be back next time I have an automotive need. A+ Thanks again, guys!

The representative displayed great customer service skills 4/5 reason been it was a skill level gap what I mean by that is. I may of displayed that I had a clue of what I was talking about I felt that the customer service was great however no wow factor was there I don t think he did wrong I felt that I kinda had more over him in how to get the wow factor ex: due to having a customer who needed help with his apple Iphone and MacBook Pro backing up in reformatting the phone the customer displayed higher knowledge of computer systems and Protocols of apple products however the customer really needed more help with software user interface, ITunes with backing up on the hard drive vs iCloud needless to say I was not able to catch my error on been able to give that wow factor until I did a remote screen share which allowed me to see what the customer was doing so that I could catch and displayed the correct steps Along many procedures since then I have realize that there are people out there who do the necessary research and watch tutorial videos to fully understand what they are looking for and need so that they can go to the store and be able to try to help with communicating Especially an auto parts or this case AutoZone Customers who is the where they want Are key to this sale & buy technique not all shoppers do this however online service or online customer have no choice but to use this Technique just saying all good things about this place that s for sure

Wow. I called to see if they had a headlight for my jeep. They told me that they will come outside to take a look and help me. They found the light, installed it, were super kind and professional and my son was sleeping inside the car and he didn't even notice. Thank you so much. It was something small, but it was a big deal to me!!!!

I wanted to share my personal experience with AutoZone.. Kevin was an amazing person and a huge help when it came to helping me figure out what was wrong with my car, he even went out of his way to put my battery in for me. I definitely recommend AutoZone to anyone who wants a honest reading on what's going on with your car.I will be back for sure.. thanks AutoZone

Jacob was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind . I just got new tires at Ford and got a flat tire 3 days after , I pulled in the gas station and their air machine did not work , so I went into his store and he was so kind and came to put air in my tire and then helped me pick out and air machine to carry in my car . I tried to trip him but he refused to take it saying this is his job to help people. All I could thought was wow what a kind man he is, we just don t see this kindness anymore. I really did appreciate his help very much ! I will make his store my auto parts store from now on !

Been here twice for a battery for my SUV and they never have the one I need. It's a common vehicle, 2017 Ford Escape, so I don't understand why they don't stock it

I always have a great experience shopping at this Autozone location ! The Assistant Manager is Yajaira is a delight! She is professional, knowledgeable and makes me want to come back! She is an asset and improves sales!

I bought a part almost For $300 And got the part finding out they switched the cheaper kind , when they was trying to get me to get the cheaper one and made it clear I needed this brand and the one cost almost 300...even tho I ask for the part to be look at and got a attitude for one of the workers, she was very unprofessional, Gave me a attitude for no reason.... long story short! Selling ppl Higher price then have you pay and switch up giving you the cheaper brand, so either factory Is doing bad Bussiniss with them or some one is pocketing the company money......then trying to use mind manipulation Tactics

Some I like and others they need to dress more professional, I went to one today to replace my battery. The store I went to took care of my needs, they called another store for me to see if they had it and had them put it to put aside and hold it for me. I went to get it, and the sales person had his pants down below his butt.

I spent a good part of the day here while diagnosing and fixing a series of issues my Volvo XC90 was having, the results of which had caused my vehicle to be inoperable. Absolutely profesional, friendly staff! Additionally, the parking lot area was exceptionally pleasant under their beautiful oak trees. Without this store and its excellent staff, I don't believe I could have made it back to Miami, my place is residence.

They helped my find the cheapest refrigerate with a gage already attached to it to help me decide if I need to be keep adding more refrigerate or not. They also came with me outside guided me step by step with putting it in my vehicle. If that's not A1 service I don't know what is !!!
