Service departments SUCKS. I brought a Polaris RZR 1000 with the problem of it running poorly. Asked them to use their Polaris Digital Wrench Computer to diagnose the problem for $110. They then gave me a $1000 bill saying the valve time was off by 3 teeth. Also, my drive belt was bad, which they showed me and it was. They never called me with a quote for doing that work. That is an issue in itself, but it gets worse. They did a compression check and said it was good, which was written on the work order. However, it is impossible to have good compression with valve time being off. Also, I knew it was not off because I checked that along with many other things before bringing it to be diagnosed. They called 4 weeks later and said it was all fixed and runs great, they also wrote that on the work order as well. I get there to pick it up and it runs the same as when I dropped it off. The mechanic, and I use that term loosely, said it ran great yesterday I don't know why it is running bad now. Left the machine there for another 5 weeks and I called once every week to check on it and the service manager, Leonard said, yes we have been working on it and he would check with the mechanic and call me back, which he never did. Finally, they told me they couldn't figure out the problem because the RZR was too modified. Which I guess a full HMF exhaust system and stage 2 Hot Cams are too modified for them. Very disappointed, I would not let them work on my bicycle. The only slightly nice thing I will say about them is that they must have agreed with me that the valve timing story was not possible, because they did take 2 hours of labor off without any fight. So it cost me $750 and two months to get a new belt. Which is a 20-minute job that I have done on the side of a trail in the past. Also, they store your machine outside in a dirt parking lot, the bike was spotless when I brought it in, and when I got it back it looked like it had been used in a war. They did not even wipe it down.

Bob in service is amazing, Greg in parts was excellent, and Burt in sales also did a great job helping us with the purchase our ranger! Highly recommend ARS!

Had rats eat up some wires and they quickly found all the problems. The best was the price very reasonable.

Well they were really nice and the owner let me drive a Polaris Slingshot but at the time it wasn't what they are today anyways the store closed down a few years ago and it was a really cool store, anyways I'd give him five stars even if he's out of business

Bought a ranger from here a few years ago. its been great. No issues so far . I like that they are local so you can walk in and get oil change kits and parts etc... They also have in house mechanics to fix anything if you need it.

I'd like to visit, I got good reports on repairs here. I just put my bike together and my mechanic won't touch it. It's a hawk 250 Enduro.

Bob and Sean went out of their way to take care of a simple warranty issue on my Ranger after my original dealership claimed they were to busy and told me to take my newly purchased machine elsewhere. Great communication at ARS and great customer service!

I am just now getting around to writing a review for them but April 2020 we bought a CanAm defender. Of course we were just going to look with them letting us have a honest good test drive on both a Honda and Can Am we were very sold. No pushy dealers just honest easy people. Nice test track. Painless purchase and still a great running machine. Wouldn t go anywhere else and we have other dealers much closer to home.

Called them to order some Polaris Parts and spoke to Greg and Dylan, both were very helpful and were able to process my order and ship it to me. Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again!

They gave my 2017 Polaris a good going over and found legitimate problems beyond the ones i suspected. Its running like a new machine now.Estimate was accurate and it didnt take too long considering the amount of work they had to do.We would recomend ARS.

I bought an unused (new) 2016 Polaris Ace 900 SP from another dealer. I always try to buy local but in this case it was a great buy. The selling dealing said no warranty which I fully understand due to age.Prior to me buying it I called Polaris concerned with the fluids, gas being in it for a long period of time, etc. They gave me advice what to check, etc. Also mentioned all should be 100% fine since it s still new/Unused.I brought it to ARS since they re local (keep $ in our own city) and I heard good service reports about them. I spoke with Eric from service. I didn t mention about speaking w Polaris but Eric suggested having things checked same a Polaris mentioned. He s also trying to get a warranty for me since the VIN shows new/unused.Dyllan in parts went out of his way spending time finding me add on accessories and gave me some good advice.At this point ARS has my ACE having Eric work on a few things (fluids, gear shift linkage is tight and seeing if he can get the warranty.My overall experience so far has been great with ARS. I pick it up in a week or so then will post my final review after getting it worked, adding accessories and seeing the bill. Yes Eric did give me a estimate but it s to be seen until I pick it up.12/16/20. I completed the second part of my review on the ARS Okeechobee store website since I purchased a CAN AM from there and had service done. See my review in the ARS Okeechobee google reviews.Bottomline is: I couldn't be happier with both locations. The stores have the same owner (Phillip) who takes pride in his family owned company. Pride is one thing but being able to make the client have a great customer experience is a totally different thing. Phillip and his entire staff made my experience exceptional from ordering parts, service to sales. I read reviews from restaurants, other stores, etc. at times and do understand when it comes to making the public happy all the time it's nearly impossible. Maybe I've been lucky the 10-15 times I've called and/or went into ARS but the company is customer first from what I can see and have personally experienced. As I mentioned in my follow-up review (in the Okeechobee google reviews) I'd at least give Phillip and his team with parts, service or sales, I don't think they'll let you down.Phillip THANK YOU!!! Calling around for an ATV back seat and found ARS right near me. They had multiple seats in stock and ready for purchase. Customer service was great and left with a nice new seat for the ATV. Will be back again for more stuff!

Service is awful. Service writer told me twice on the phone he adjusted my carburetor on 2017 RZR that is fuel injected. Brought my sxs there for a fuel adaptive too rich code and they changed the belt ($419 what a joke) and the code came back on within five minutes of getting it home.

I have been there twice and never again the first time the sales person ignored me I guess because I was on work clothes and driving an old beater car. The second time I stopped because of a bike that caught my eye and went in to ask about it. (I was driving a 2016 car so they actually played some attention to me. ) The first sales person when I asked about the price and financing said I'm not sure and went to get another peraon. The second guy when I asked abput the price. Walked outside with me and looked at the bike and then turned and started talking to a woman who got there after me. Never asked my question and just left me standing there. So I left and paid $6k cash for a nice bike down the road. They lost me and my brother who is looking for a slingshot we will be purchasing his in grant.

I m used to using the OKEECHOBEE store but this store is my current one now that I live in this area but I will still drive over 10 miles away and I have an zero problem passing other power sports stores on the way Great staff great service

(Ignore the name this is my YouTube account lol)AnywayThis place has its ups and downs but after my experience today it s worthy of 5 stars, I bought two Polaris 850 highlifters from here and have been in for usual maintenance and I gotta say the mechanics did everything for me and more, and for my most recent repair got my parts taken care of that needed replacement under warranty. Granted it took a while (3 weeks) but they seem to be dealing with a lot of personnel changes so I can t blame them 100 percent for how long it took at the end of the day my atv is fixed and they made it right for how long it took would recommend for all your needs for Polaris and a great staff thank you guys so muchChris
