I came here twice. Both times spent multiple hours going back and forth on pricing. I was unable to buy the vehicle because at the end of it after running my credit and seeing what the monthly payment was I was not able to afford it. I have no issues with the price and understand that they did their best to work with me as much as they could. The reason for me leaving this review is to tell you about the horrible customer service I endured while leaving. While I was waiting for my plate to be put back on my car the manager Josh Seith came out side and tried to speak to me about why I was leaving. I explained to him multiple times I truly just couldn t afford the payment with the added warranty and gap which their other employee Robert made us realize we cannot buy a car with out it. Josh then began rolling his eyes and became aggressive. As he was walking back inside away from us after I stated I just want my tag, because at this point I felt like I was being held hostage, Josh began yelling that we were time wasters. As someone who has worked in sales for years I COULD NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THEY WASTED MY TIME. It is incredibly rude not to mention HIGHLY unprofessional. Dino came back out and was trying to hold the deal together he even said he could probably come down off the total price. But due to the fact of how Josh Seith treated me and my family I was so upset that I told Dino I will never buy a vehicle from here ever. My whole family has always gone to this dealer ship and has purchased 3 vehicles from there over the years. This review is not for me to try to get a better deal on the vehicle or to complain about the price it is strictly to inform everyone who is thinking about doing business there of the disrespect I had to endure from one of their managers.

If you re thinking of buying a car at Arrigo Dodge, please reconsider, they do not provide great customer service they provide your dirty vehicles and provide you false info. I purchased a brand new vehicle dodge charger, and the vehicle was turned into me completely dirty I was promised to have the vehicle, fully clean and detailed just to find them using a dirty rag and some wax to clean a black vehicle. Just so everyone is aware, black vehicles, get scratch marks, and swirl marks very easy if the vehicle is not professionally cleaned. Spoke to sales manager, Rodney , and was promised a full detail cleaning but then to find out that they do not have a detail person that detail cleans vehicles. I am very unhappy with the service provided, will not purchase another vehicle at this location will provide my business elsewhere, to any new buyers please review the detail of vehicle before purchase. Please be wary of any purchases going forward at Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce. Will report them to BBB and provide photos.Service: Auto detailing

Leased a vehicle at this dealership, was told the first two services were free but they have to be done at this dealership. Arrive from Miami on my way to Orlando Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. after calling ahead and was told to come in as a walk in because regular maintenance cannot be scheduled for an appointment.... after driving 2 hours and arriving Service advisor made it seem like a simple oil change and tire rotation was an engine rebuild telling me no way it's done today. Mind you the place looked pretty empty.!!We still have another 2 hour drive ahead and were planning on stopping here for this service for an hour or 2 like any other dealer would need for a simple oil change. My Toyota dealership tells me to wait and it's done under an hour. Then I'm told the services can be done at ANY arrigo dealer which is yet another piece of conflicting information.To summarize I was told to come in then told a simple oil change was impossible at 4pm and services that can only be done here can be done at any Arrigo.Please take down the giant sign you have saying "We are now open late till 7:00 p.m." .... get the folks answering the phone to get their info straight, and find some more accommodating service advisors that actually seem to care about the customer.

This place was packed Braden was over and out of the way for us it's hard with crazy heat and sales this is my favorite dealer to go for service course don't forget the team in back of skilled workers who fix your sweet babys thank you so much from ram girl your all amazing and my husband will write in a great review thank you for washing my truck be safe.

Worst . Dealership . Ever . And I am in the body shop business so I know a thing about dealerships . They are very good selling , I will give them that . They sold me a car aug 4th , engine light came on literally on the drive home . Dropped it off for repairs about a month later when my car started overheating , took 2 weeks , trying to get an update from my advisor felt like I was pulling teeth and dealing with my 4 year old . Picked up my car 2 weeks later , washer reservoir was loose , had to ask one of the guys to take care of that since it wasnt like that when I dropped it . 2 months and 8k worth of repairs later and I still haven t even received my new registration from them !! Keep being told it s in the mail. It does not take weeks to mail something . I keep calling and keep getting voicemails , keep leaving messages and no calls back . Apparently the finance guy I worked with doesn t even work there anymore ! Absolutely ridiculous. Stay the hell away from this place and maybe buy private .

Just went in to get my oil and filter changed on my Jeep, they had a mailer that had the oil and filter with tire rotation cheaper than I could... so one thing you need to know, you must get here earlier than anyone else if you've got other things to do. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE... that's right. They open at 0730, I was there at 0645 hours and was 2nd in line. I believe they only have one lube tech. He got me in first and when he was rotating my tires, I overheard a service writer tell a fella it would be 2.5 hours before they could get to him. Very happy with my service. Have a go for yourselves.

Stephanie was phenomenal, she has been great from the beginning. I had no problem with getting a ride to work and when they were going to keep my vehicle overnight gave me a rental. I have serviced my vehicle and two other Arrigo s further south and I can tell you right now that this is the best service I have ever received from Arrigo ever. I didn t have to wait. Every time I called I spoke to an advisor if mine was not available they were able to answer my questions and not make me feel like I m a regular customer and bothering them. I will definitely use this Arrigo from now on. Other Arrigo service departments could learn from Fort Pierce.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs

I gave my keys to some lady named Stephanie and told her I wanted an oil change and that s it she took them and she said she ll come for me in the lobby and get it ready for me . 3 hours in waiting, I get a phone call from someone . What s your car doing here ? It s just sitting out here. What services are you going to have on it ? waited a whole 4 hours for a oil change because she doesn t know how to do her job properly . Unfortunately, this dealership continues to spam me despite my telling them not to. I will file a $10 million lawsuit to get them to stop. Just emailed about a car and it's the worst mistake I ever did. These dealerships have no moral fiber or character. They're sleazy high-school graduates desperate to make a buck. Instead of inventing the Tesla like Elon Musk, they make a living forever stalking and hounding a simple person asking a simple question. May they all get cancer and die this year. Seriously. I'll say it again: May every single employee face God's wrath and get cancer and die.

I helped my son purchase a car. We were in there at 3 on a Friday. We left with the car later that night with the promise that the paperwork and tag would come FedEx. After 3 weeks I called asking where it was. I was told it was sent the day before. Now it s another 10 days later and no paperwork or tags. Not at all pleased with lack of communication.

Do not buy a used car from these guys....as soon as you drive it out of the dealership they don't want to help you anymore....was told you bought it as is. got the car home and it wouldn't start again. not even 2 hours after I bought it, I had to put a new starter in it. They didn't want anything to do with me ... no call back and ask how i liked the car. They finance man was probably upset because i bought it out right and he couldn't get any more money from me. It wasn't bad when the Arrigo brothers owned it, but now the Morgan group owns it. I had bought 4 cars from them in the past 3 years, but will never go back there again. They dont check the vehicles for integrety to sale. I had my car for under 3 years, and now my transmission went out. Have to get another vehicle. Because it would cost almost 4000.00 to get a new one installed. It's not worth it. I have no trust in Arrigo Fort Pierce. Never get a used car at this dealership. I had to immediately get new tires and oil change within days of buying and ac issues. Cost me more troubles. Guy didn't listen when I said I needed BLUETOOTH in the car, so they put some pos AFTER MARKET AUX Bluetooth that SUCKS. They think WOMEN are DUMB. Was happy to find a car, but putting money into a car Dodge DIDN'T even CHECK to see what needed to be done before selling PITIFUL. Buy a used car from a private seller. DEALERS DON'T DO ANY INSPECTION OF USED CARS. They don't care it is about making their commission, and sad to say, I am a Dodge girl, but I will not buy from Arrigo Dodge in Fort Pierce ever. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Almost CRASHED. Bluetooth, a joke, still have to do your phone. Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce sucked in service and truthful and loyal. Due to after market Bluetooth almost hadan accident. They only care about the money. What they wrote on herebthey never followed through. They also told me that the dealership someone else bought and could do what was said they would do. There are too many excuses. Love Dodge, but this dealership left me with a bitter taste. New sales man had no idea about cars. So as far as stars -100. NO LOYALTY TO BUYERS. AT THIS LOCATION. 500.00 On tires a week after got the car. Oil was black and thick.

I want to compliment your Service department and especially your Service Advisor Chris Bania.I have a leased 2019 Laramie that was having battery problems, a broken drivers sun visor and a clunk coming from the rear end. Chris got me in on Friday and into a rental. The battery and sun visor were replaced and a new drive shaft solved the clunk coming from the rear end. I was back on the road on Monday morning. The fact that you had the parts and knowable techs to diagnose a "clunk" is remarkable these days. I know how difficult it is to maintain a skilled workforce and parts inventory.This type of Service excellence is what I expect but seldom see anymore. Horrible service and they rob you. We had 20,000 and the tag was to be included and they took it then we had to call our bank so they could set them straight. It is a shame how they steal hard working people cashVERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi in November and it has a malfunction, I addressed the issue in January, it s almost May and I have not received a call back and the customer service from the service manager was PATHETIC. Still waiting for a return call
