Dealt with a man this morning. 5/13/2023. Ft pierce , fl. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you. Put wiper blades on for me. Some places you cant even get them to acnoligise you're there.

Very poor customer service and rude representative. Stop by to get some wiper blades and the price did not ring up for the price I saw. The representative starts to argue with me about what he saw and what I saw even though he was looking at the same thing I was looking at. He even try to change the price infront of me.

Service was exceptional, techs were knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed problem, had parts ready, and I was gone in less than 30min.

Amazing location with the best local staff! They are super knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you out and explain things. I bought wiper blades and installed them for free and also taught me while I was there! Great experience

My husband and I came in late, like six minutes before closing, and needed wipers for my car. Everyone was super nice and the guy behind the counter even installed them for us! Windshield wipers are perfect and so was our service! Thanks!

I went in about 4p on a Sat afternoon, expecting it to be crazy busy but it wasn't! I was immediately helped, which was awesome. I went in to pick up a part ordered by an auto repair shop, but Advance Auto said the part was never ordered; only quoted.Since there's no way to know for certain whether it was our mistake or theirs, I only deducted one star.

I have never gotten the correct part from this store in the first trip, and several times an item will be listed as "in stock" at this store and when you go there to pick it up they don't have it.On my most recent trip I looked up a battery for my car, it showed it online for $89, I went to the store to buy it and the gentlemen behind the counter told me the "cheapest" battery they had to fit my car was over $169.00. I left Advanced and drove to Walmart to purchase the same grade of battery with the same warranty for $59 + tax. The current system of China having ALL of the rare earth minerals rights has created such a big price gap between American Made, and Chinese Made products, and it's quite offensive.

Very rude staff. No one greeted me or would wait on me even though they looked up at me when I came. I waited for help. Nothing.

Not what it used to be.Christina has the worst customer service I have ever seen not only is she rude with customers but she gives out false information on parts and doesn t even make an attempt to help customers let alone do her job whoever hired that wretched woman should be ashamed the auto zone across the street has officially become my go to for car parts now.

Abbie was a total diamond in the rough for me! I'm not very car-savvy and I needed a new headlight bulb + assistance in installation. It was drizzling a little but she still helped me with a smile! As long as Abbie is there I know I'll always have a go-to for quick car repairs! THANKS A MILLION, GIRL!

They checked my battery, alternator and starter. It only took a few minutes. I replaced the battery and the problem was solved.

Went there to help a friend which car had broken down.He went in and they came back out and tested his battery and the alternator.Ultimately it was the alternator which was there today and charged the battery overnight for free.Easy peasy.

Woman on the phone was very rude when i called for a price quote over the phone for the company i work for. I will not be buying any parts in the near future from here again thru the company i work for.
