Great selection of parts at a cheap price. They also offer UPS pick-up and drop off which is highly convenient. I wasn t home to sign for a package one day and UPS left it at this location and I was able to retrieve the package within just a few minutes of arriving. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great customer service and great store! I was out of town and had a late evening emergency with a work truck, and after calling 4 other parts stores, this location quickly confirmed they had the part I needed. I went in and the employee had already had it pulled and set aside. They also had 3 other somewhat major parts in stock that I needed, so it made things so much easier to make it a one stop ordeal. Both the employees were super friendly and helpful, I wish I had their names but I highly appreciate their help and this store having these very important parts in stock to solve a far from home emergency!!

Needs a little work. Customer service is great. I have been a customer since the store opened and I can't remember the store being upgraded. Use to be able to use restroom, that's not even available anymore. Guys get their jobs and more done,but can benefit from a few upgrades.

The employee who helped me, Scott, directed me to a "mechanic," Blake, his 'brother' who totaled my vehicle when he dropped the spark plug, along with the tool he used, into my motor.#lessonlearned

This location had superb customer service! We came in to get a part and Adam Boldin was working by himself. He had a very long line but was so patient, nice and helpful to every customer. It's rare you see customer service like that these days! I was thoroughly impressed, someone give that man a raise!

The worker went above an beyond to help me ....it took a little time but the worker didn't give up ......he solve the problem with my order.......a simple gas cap.....but important one ....thank you again worker for not give up on my part.....you made my day

Real good customer service. I can't remember the first guy that helped me but the second one Brian he installed my battery for my car. They were very helpful. Greeted you as I came in and acknowledge me being there in the store. Told me if I had any questions to just ask.

I made the mistake of buying online and picking up at the store!1) I received an email with a discount code, which didn't work at checkout, so 20% of zero is zero!2) I drove to the store and learned they didn't process my order, so I had to wait...website said the order would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes- NOT HAPPENING.3) I asked for assistance to remove and install my new wiper blades...the first employee walked out to my car and told me he couldn't do it because of the company insurance policy and wouldn't assist/instruct/help me and told me to wait...the second employee walked out with cigarettes and a lighter in her hands and said she didn't know how to remove the rain-x wipers I bought and had installed at the same store?What's the point of offering discounts and services that aren't honored or provided?I don't like being offered discounts and/service and no delivery of either one...No more Advanced Auto for me!

This one here know what you need know what you want I have your own research because people behind the counter they are in the same boat you are in they don't know too much of what's going on and they will guess so many times I went there when an open mind with a weary mind a Wandering mind what can be going on with my car and as I talk to someone I get the same feeling that they feel the same way and when the representative come to help a customer why are you scratching your head too and saying well let's try this if this doesn't work if you don't know you don't know everybody in that store tried to put on a front. And act like they are a Master Mechanic just know what you're going there for and you really don't look to ask them questions about your vehicle.

Bought a battery to buy a car with... Then we could not buy the car and this store would not return a perfectly new battery within 4 days of purchase, even though the company website says differentlyWe will now buy anywhere but here

I buy a lot from here, and they are pretty good. Not a place to go if you are doing any custom work, as they are not true "car guys". They are simply sales associates. If it is not listed in their computer data base, by your year and model, chances are you are on your own. Summit or Jegs would be a better place for custom advise. But if youre just looking for stock replacement parts, this is a good option. Close, and competitive.

Rude arabic guy at the register didnt get his name. Will not be returning to this store. The store on Okeechobee road in Ft Pierce is much more polite and helpful.

I dont advise nobody to go there .they got these new people there and they dont have a clue what they doing .went there told the guy what my vin number was to my car cause i needed a passenger side caliber right side for my car and he gave me the wrong one 3 times and i had to run back in forth that day 3 times before he got it right.it was very time comsuming and i dont think i will be going back to advance auto no time soon on orange ave..

Went in to buy brakes for a mercury marquis and walked out with brakes for chevrolet. Really come on people yall have a computer screen that tells ya the part to grab. Whos reimbursing me for my gas
