Steer clear of this place, I took my cylinder heads in to be checked and cleaned 1 week turned into 2 weeks then 3 weeks and now 4 which I just picked up, nothing but excuses after excuses from the machinery guy. I was told $360 for my head job then when I picked them up I was given a $499 tab which is unacceptable.NEVER again would I do business here.

There are a minimum of at least 2 ways to handle any situation. Unfortunately for me today, I was greeted by the utterly rude lady. I attempted to return an Amazon item, as Advanced Auto is listed as a return location. I ve dropped of a few Amazon items here over the last few years. Normally, I m greeted by nice people who are not genuinely annoyed by someone attempting to make a return to Amazon. Today wasn t my day. I was informed that they are not setup to take an item without a box and a label. It was like pulling teeth to have this lady tell me where I needed to go to complete my transaction.Hey quick idea . If being an Amazon return location isn t ideal, cancel the program but for heaven s sake, don t take it out on people who are just trying to use the system you ve volunteered for.Advanced Auto Parts, you re better than this and as a loyal customer, we deserve better.Edit- in response to the reply below. I was attempting to return a pair of children s sandals made out of foam. Their total weight per shoe is less than a half pound. Regardless, your employee could have said the exact same things she said without being rude and nasty. Her behavior left me leaving your store and questioning why she chose that route? Obviously, here is the end result.

I bought a vw blower motor for $107 even though I could get it online cheaper, but I try to support local businesses. I've shopped there for years, even with higher prices.The part was the wrong part so I took it back for a refund.I didn't have my driver's license with me and they refused to return. I was forced to make a hour round trip home to get my license.I got my refund only after I complied with their policy. Even though the guy that sold it to me was standing there.I will never shop at advanced again. I will buy cheaper online. That's what they can do with their policy as they go out of business.

Went to their website, entered the year, make,and model of my van, and ordered a rebuilt alternator. When I got to the store the next day they told me that wasn't the right one for my van. They then tried to sell me one that cost over$100 more. I don't do "bait n switch" and walked out, never to return.

Wow, the supervisor Mark is amazing! I had an issue with pricing on a battery and Mark was unbelievably pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond and I will always be grateful for his assistance. Thank you Mark!

Some of the staff are just not friendly can't be bothered to work. Glad it's a drop off place for UPS though

Went to their website an ordered a rebuilt alternator for my van paid for it online. When I get there, they tell me is for a Chevy, and I have a Nissan.then tried to sell me an alternator for my van that cost $100 more than what was posted online. I told them I don't do bait and switch tactics, and walked out, NEVER to return again.

Be aware of the machine shop they will look at your parts in person give you a price then come time to get them the Bill's double. SMH BE AWARE!! work looks good but you'll pay for it

Employees aren't very knowledgeable, they told me that what I was looking for didn't exist. I went to a different location and was in and out the door in under 10 minutes. I doubt they stay open long.
