I took my Chrysler 300 in for a transfer case reseal, and they were so informative and explained everything in great detail understood what the problem was and had the correct solution to fix it and had it all done within a few days I can t Thank them enough for the work they did Aldo and Jason are the best!

I have had 2 positive experiences at Aamco within the past week. I own a Volkswagen Tiguan and have found it difficult to find someone to work on it. Aldo immediately eased my mind and was able to do a transmission flush and brakes front and back. I m very pleased with their service. Aldo went above and beyond to help me. I will be referring everyone to Aamco. They re fabulous!

Our car was towed to Ft Pierce Aamco due to a faulty convertible top which left the top half up and half down...and un-drivable. All staff were very helpful and polite. They stored the car inside their garage while the top was open. Ultimately the car had to be towed to the dealer for repair but I can't say enough about the very positive experience we had with Aamco.

Today, I found the only shop my car will ever be serviced at again! Jason and his crew rebuilt the transmission in my 2015 Ford Escape and it runs better than it has in a very long time. You can get that anywhere, honestly, but from the very beginning of a most traumatic experience, I was made to feel like I was in good hands. They addressed me personaly when contact was necessary and kept me informed. They provided options that insured I would have a payment plan that fit my needs and once the work started, it was completed as estimated. Having a transmission go on you is an expensive fix , to say the least, but knowing I could rebuild for much less than a whole new one made the experience less painful. And at the end of it all, the aftercare and warranty are top notch. They really do make you feel like family.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee to AAMCO in Ft Piece for what appeared to be an electrical problem. I was sure I would have to spend far more than I could really afford. You can imagine my surprise when I was told that the car was fixed and I owed nothing!!! I was shocked and very grateful to them for their very professional and caring service. I am elderly and just moved her from Massachusetts. I am very very thankful for the kind treatment and I will return again when needed. I would advise anyone reading this review to go to the AAMCO on rte1 in Ft Piece for repair service they need

I had a flat tire and Ammco was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for me. So happy with the customer service and support I received. However my tire pressure light is still on and I don t know why

Brought my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a possible transmission leak. AAMCO techs did a thorough diagnostic check. They found several items that needed to be addressed many of which I already knew about particularly new brakes. The AAMCO associate and I sat down and discussed each item and we came to an agreement on what needed to be done. Although the estimate came in at approximately $3,000, Jason (AAMCO) informed me that they offer a 12 month no interest credit card. That made the difference!1. Transmission Pan Sealed2. New Brakes and Rotors3. CV Axles, Tie Rod Ends, Sway Bar Links4. ShocksAAMCO is more than just transmissions!Great Job!

***SCAM ALERT***PROSPECTS BEWARE!This place of business will try to lie to you and target you. If you have a problem with their services they will curse your name in front of other customers without a care in the world. Do not trust this business!!!FACTS:On Thursday 03/19/2020 at approximately 1:00pm I brought my 2017 Nissan in to Aamco located in Fort Pierce FL on US1 to have the A/C diagnosed as it was no longer blowing cold.As shown in the attached screenshots, Aamco promotes professional and honest A/C work.While sitting in the Customer waiting area I could not help but to hear the complete slander and verbal, vulgar bashing that was taking place between the owner and the front desk attendant regarding a previous customer of theirs that came in to have their 2014 Ram transmission serviced (as referenced in the review below from Eric.)(Disclaimer: I do not know nor have I ever spoken to the individual that had the issues with their dodge truck at this location, I merely referenced the review as I noticed from the story that was being portrayed an exact match)After what could not have possibly been more than 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby waiting for my A/C to be diagnosed, this "mechanic" walks in to the office and advises the front desk attendant that my vehicle needs a Compressor, a Drier, and an Expansion Valve. The mechanic continued on to say that the Expansion Valve was leaking very bad.The front desk attendant then started working on a written estimate for repair. During this time I researched the retail parts on AutoZone (included in pictures) to get an estimate in my head and to compare prices for parts considering the expectation that commercial accounts with Auto Parts companies get a discounted price.The finalized written estimate came to $1,400. When given the breakdown the price they were charging for parts alone came to about $1,000 (double retail value). My only regret is not keeping the written estimate as this would now be a lawsuit if I had.Upon taking my vehicle to get a second opinion. The refrigerant was extremely low signifying that there is a small leak somewhere. The system was recharged, dye was added in order to locate the leak and the problem has been resolved without the need of a Compressor, a Drier/Condenser, nor an Expansion Valve. They did not even bother to check the pressure in the system.Please, if you have read this far... do not give this place your time of day!!!

This was my first time at this on AAMCO never been and come before I had a little trouble at first with shifting gears in my air condition seem like it s not working, but I m going back up this morning to see if they can be able to check everything out once everything checks out I will be happy and satisfied. My car would not properly shift into reverse. I took my car to AAMCO for my transmission to be checked. Right on, they spotted it was a bad transmission. 2 other items were identified. Tech, Jason, immediately gave me options to pay or finance the repairs. I chose finance since this was an emergency. He asked all the right questions, got me the best way to finance and my car was ready before the timeframe anticipated. Glad I went with my gut to take my car to AAMCO!Service: Transmission

I've always been a fan of Rick and his crews abilities. However today I was sorely disappointed. I had replaced the master and slave cylinders on the clutch of my 2003 VW Beetle. That system was working as designed but the clutch was still not working. I engaged Rick to replace the clutch. Aside from a bit of confusion over the upgraded throw out bearing, this repair went well. As an aside, the clutch was in dire need of replacement. Rick told me that the seal of the slave cylinder to hose connection was leaking but they sent me home with the car anyway. I procured the reseal kit and asked Rick to install it. He assured me that when the car arrived, the slave cylinder was wet with brake fluid and as a result he would charge me to install the seal kit. Here is where the difference of opinion happens. I know the cylinder was dry when it arrived at their shop. The seal was either damaged or lost during the clutch work. I asked Rick to do the right thing by installing the seal kit that I had procured but he refused. I am sorely disappointed. The response to this review is disingenuous. During the original clutch install the rear main seal and the pivot pin were supplied by me. There was no objection to my sourcing the parts then. It is now convenient to quote a policy that is selectively enforced. My disappointment continues to grow.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I USED THIS STORE ONLY BECAUSE AAA RECOMMENDED. PLEASE READ BELOW.Aamco Of Fort Pierce replaced my Toyota alternator recently. Since the repair, I have had new, troubling vibration and grinding sound from the front end of my car.At the beginning of this process, the service manager told me that he could order a non manufacturer part for around $520 or a Toyota manufactured part for $650. I needed my car repaired quickly, so I went with the more expensive option to have it back when I needed it. The price I was ultimately charged for the part was 650$, less the $50 AAA discount listed on my receipt. The entire job totaled ~$825.Once I had the vehicle back, the odd, heavy vibration and grinding noises began in the front end of my car. Yesterday, my battery was spewing acid and smoking. I do not know if the battery is directly related; I had the battery replaced and will know in a short time span if the alternator is overcharging the battery, as it will surely happen again if that is the case.My main concern, though, is that I visually examined the alternator today while trying to see if I could tell where the vibration was coming from. The alternator has a sticker on it that says REMANUFACTURED IN CHINA. Again, the highest price that I could find anywhere for this part NEW was $450, yet I was charged $650. The kicker is, I didn't even get a NEW part. I got a part that is remanufactured. And at worst, the job of these "experts" putting in the part has clearly caused problems that I was not having before.I called today and spoke with who I was told was the service manager at this location. I asked him if he could put the part that I paid for in my car, or at least refund me the difference. He was very dismissive and told me several times that I have a one year warranty and he can "check if the alternator is working". (The warranty is a 12,000 mile warranty, not one year.) He said that if he deems it working, he would not replace or refund the difference for the part. He said "Did you not get an alternator? Does it not work? Do you know how quick you wanted me to do the job? That's the only part I could get that quick."DO NOT USE THIS SHOPService: Electrical repair

Had my transmission rebuilt here about a year ago, and they did a fantastic job! Just the other day, my truck got stuck in reverse, and I thought it was my transmission. So I called knowing I have a 3 year warranty and so called them and they were very nice and quick to say get it to them so they can figure out what is going on because they definitely honor there warranty. They helped me find a great tow company that was really fast. So I got a call today from them, and they found out the issue and it wasn't anything to do with my transmission (of course) but they gave me the great news that it wasn't a major issue that they had already taken care of it and at no charge!!!!! I'm still dumb founded with their kindness and how professional they were in this whole process!!!!! Most companies fight with you when you think it's a warranty issue. Not these guys, they didn't hesitate to help me in every way they could!!!! Made me feel more like family than just a customer that they have seen in a year!!! Absolutely professional!

HORRIBLE!! THE REPRSENTATIVE -ALDO- IS EXTREMELY AND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!First of all they misrepresented by saying in their ad on on website that they pick up your vehicle. They DO NOT. You have to get it there yourself.Now my issue with them.When I called and took my car for a estimate 18 days ago, on August 18th, I was told 2 business days for an inspection because they close on weekends, and then about 10 days to repair depending on the issues and parts availability. They would contact me in 2 business days with their findings. So far, that's the only thing they have been compliant about. The owner, Rick, called me timely, gave the diagnostic, gave the cost of repair, offered me a $250 coupon discount, offered financing options advised that if parts available 10 days max to repair. We decided that was good, left the car to be repaired, rented a vehicle to cover that time. 10 days later WE called them for the status, Rick said parts delayed, maybe another week. OK. Things happen.5 days later my husband called and was told by the 5th or the 8th of September should be ready. Ok. We get another car rental extension. Today, September 6th I call for an update, -ALDO- answers and tells me missing part still not there, was to be delivered yesterday, but Labor day holiday delayed delivery. I asked when did he expect delivery and completion of repair since I may have to extend my rental again, and the man lost it..yelled at me saying my rental is not his problem, that he cannot predict the future and the part gets there when it gets there. And if I can't wait I can come and get my car!! And hung up on me!!I told my husband and he called, --Aldo- (we always get names and his voice is very distinct) answered and told him he was standing next to the person that spoke to me, no fake apology either, but according to my husband, a completely different tone. And OFFERED to contact him immediately when the part arrives and prioritize our car for commpletion by next Tuesday the 12th of September, 2023. That's precision all of a sudden!! Can't wait for next Tuesday, but this time I'm walking in ready to pick up my as promised, FULLY FUNCTIONING, FULLY REPAIRED VEHICLE!NEVER EVER AGAIN!!I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ZERO.

Amazing customer service, I had a Honda civic engine blow up while I was driving back home from Florida, This AAMCO no hesitation took the car last minute and we're very helpful holding the car for me. They found out the problem with the car within a couple of days and called me back with a price and other options. Rather than traditional mechanics these guys are professional and on time management to give the best experience to their customers highly recommend auto needs be done here for anyone who's looking for experienced and helpful auto employees. It s never easy when something goes wrong with your vehicle. Whether it s stressful or a financial burden, most people don t live going to the mechanic! I would give this place 10 stars if I was able to.I m not from the area, but I was passing through and accidentally ran over a transmission that had fallen out of the car in front of me. My car immediately started to sound weird. I drove it over to their shop, which happened to be the closest and the gentleman at the front desk immediately came out to look at my car. They reassured me that it was going to be OK. They fixed it and had me on my way extremely quickly!!! So thankful!!!

I brought my 2016 f 150 to Rick last April to look at the condition of the transmission I bought from BC motors. He not only informed me of the problem but took his own personal time and stood up for me in court against BC motors. He then rebuilt my transmission and made it perfect. Rick gave me the confidence that he was going to stand by his work. April 13 I dropped off my truck for an engine leak. He repaired it and kept it overnight to be sure the oil pan leak was holding. Excellent customer service!In the first hour of our 14 hour drive back home, our car decided to die on us. We were hit by a wave of bad luck all morning. Stuck on the side of the freeway, the towing company brought us to AAMCO and the dudes there turned around our day! They diagnosed our battery and even had the courtesy of checking and topping off our oil for the drive back. I could tell they had a busy schedule but took the time to give us the extra attention!
