Don't do business here. Arrived to an employee sleeping out front. Didn't even wake up when I drove up next to him. They sold me a tire with a bubble on the side. Asked if this was normal. They said yes its fine. Bubble will go away. I said great. Well the bubble popped and now I've got a hole. They wouldn't replace or anything. Said it's past their 7 day warranty. It also took them an hour to change the tire since the guy kept falling asleep and needing to drink water.

I m a repeat customer , Service is always quick and friendly. The tires I ve gotten here are in good condition ( this last pair had almost full tread on them ) , and the prices are very reasonable .

Great service! I brought over a set of wheels and my new tires on a Saturday afternoon. They had 3 guys on staff and they all worked together to get my tires swapped over and balanced fast! Reasonable pricing too. I will definitely use them again for my next tire service.

Unfortunately I have bad luck with my tires. So when I do I go straight to zoom tire. They are friendly affordable and quick.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Zoom.Fair pricing and knowledgeable employer/employees. They're just some good ole boys that opened a tire shop and that's a good thing to me. They also do other mechanical work, so stop in and give 'em a holla and business.

I called before I went in and they assured me they had my tire size & multiple ones. So I drive over and the guy goes back to look for my size. He takes like 15 min until a nice old man tells the other worker to go check on the dude who s checking for my tires. They come back and tell me they don t have my size but they have a bigger size that could fit and won t make a difference. I didn t want that so I asked if they could make sure since I spoke to someone minutes before I got there who assured me they did. They go out back and check again. Come back and say yes ma am we have your size. I repeat my size and they agree that s the one. (we both spoke the same language)As they start taking off my tires, I check the ones they re about to put on. THEY HAVE THE WRONG SIZE AND A NAIL IN THE TIRES! I was so surprised the nail was even circled! & then to top of off he was trying to charge me $30 more than what they told me over the phone. SCAMMERS & CROOKED! I left this place and made them put my car down. Very very sad.

This place is amazing !!!!!! Let me just say that these guys will have yu right !! I m so happy they took the time and care with me to make sure me and my child are safe !!! 10 stars from me !

Wonderful customer service did not sell me anything that I didn t need. Just a great all around experience. Good people I would recommend anyone needing a new or used tire to go to Zooms. Also the shop was Super Clean!!!

Great service! Got a nail in our new tire, they plugged it and only waited 15 minutes! Can't beat the $10.00 price either!!

Great service and honest people!!! I had a flat tire on a Sunday and I was looking for a shop somewhere near me and the first one I found, tried to sell me a used tire of a different size from the one I needed for $50, then I went to Zoom and they saved me, the owner was very nice and efficient, I got the tire I was looking for for a better price and better service.

1st time going there. I went to a tire shop off of MLK... I WILL NEVER GO THERE! they ended up putting too much air in all my tires which caused my car to make a funny sound and wobble a little. Dropped my bf off to work and was headed back to that tire shop on MLK... They had a sign saying they opened in the weekend @ a certain time, which was a lie I sat there like a dummy waiting. Ended up leaving and happen to take a route I haven't really taken but it was close to my house. Anyway I saw ZOOM and pulled up. Immediately Mr. Primo came to the rescue he was respectful and knew off rip what I needed. He checked all tires and the tire that was the worst, he said if I hadn't come in it could've popped on me, as a woman, ladies that's scary as hell. Anyway, the service there was awesome. Primo if you remember me, thanks man. I'm telling everyone about ZOOM! the service is ZOOM fast

I just wanted to say they were quick and very efficient. I had a problem with one of my tires and they took care of right away no questions asked. Super grateful for all they did.

This is a nice shop but not a tire shop. It has the old name of the prior business, and he does have some used tires, but he is a mechanic
