Wilson and his entire team are amazing. They do work on our fleet when needed, however this time they worked on my personal car. Honest and very trustworthy. The energy they emit will make you feel like you are at home. Very hard to find a good loyal honest mechanic/body shop in this area. I will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for any type of auto repair. Heidi at the front desk is awesome too!! Thanks WG!!

Literally An amazing auto part shop to go !! They re all super friendly and nice my car was fixed in less than a week !! They even washed it and detailed it out for me :) car looks brand new again!! (Really reasonable price) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Top notch service provided by this shop, I had an unfortunate event happen to me while driving on 75, a wood trunk hit my truck and smashed the windshield and the frame, I needed to get some body work done and this shop came through for us in an extremely fast manner, the whole staff was nothing but extremely helpful and Polite, especially Wilson! He did absolutely everything he could and more than that to get us out as soon as possible and back on the road again!!! You guys are awesome, thank you and keep up the great work!

Communication wasn t its best , I was on a rental I had asked them how long it will take since I was paying out of pocket. First it was they needed a week then it turned it two . When I finally got my car back it was done but was rushed and it was done half a** my bumper was re used they simply fixed a few blemishes. The bumper was glued with bondo as I was trying to change my head light it s how I found out, the headlight they used wasn t oem. I got the car back the alignment wasn t done , they told me it was but they did set up another alignment this time I had to take another day off work and personally take the car my self to a shop on Fowler. Sketchy shop for sure , they cut so many corners the check from the insurance company was issued at 9k and the car probably got max 2-3k of work done. They did offer me to get me a new bumper and re do it but I wouldn t trust them again after numerous times bringing up every issue and constantly going back , a waste of time . I wouldn t choose this body shop again cutting corners isn t the best if they would of communicated with me about it properly I wouldn t had an issue and they were honest too about their work and had more pride I would gladly have given this business 5 stars . Please make sure you have a trust worthy mechanic and car expert to go over your car afterwards because if you don t they will get you.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

Great service!!! I chose WG auto repair for a collision repair and my expectations were exceeded. Everyone working there was so pleasant, they made sure to call to keep me updated on my vehicle while it was being serviced and did a beautiful job on the repair. They even took my car to get detailed inside and out before i picked it up. I can t recommend this company enough!Services: Side view mirror repair, Auto body & trim replacement

This is a shop like no other out there, TOP TIER! I am more than happy with my services, the two woman in the front along with Wilson were so informative and did what had to be done! No less, no more. They struggled with an electrical repair we needed, so their quote came in really high and we ended up getting it fixed elsewhere for 1/4 of what they quoted us. But I don't think they were trying to gouge us or anything. And I think their $100 diagnosis fee was fair, because they spent a long time trying to track it down. Our car has a unique custom-wiring setup that was having an issue, so I suspect that things would have gone more smoothly with something more common. In the end, it was just a bad ground, but those can be tricky to track down. I appreciate their trying to help.Service: Electrical repair

This was my first experience with WG auto I recently had a bad unprofessional experience. I called to see if I could drop my car to get looked at. The office workers told me I could drop my car off so I did just that to wait all day with no response of the status of my vehicle so I decided to call to check the status she told me they haven t had a chance to look at it. ONE SIMPLE PHONE CALL COULD HAVE ELIMINATED FRUSTRATION ETC. I feel that it was unprofessional and lack of communication for a place of business. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great place in fort Myers! Forever coming here! Had my front end replaced, my boyfriends truck was having issues. Brought it here, they couldn t find the problem because it wasn t happening at the moment and no charge! Brought it back when truck was acting up and they found it and fixed it! Went today to have my car get a check before I go on a road trip. Needed new tires and alignment! Not bad with pricing very reasonable! Love this place and the people who work here are very awesome, respectable, honest, and good people.

My husband and I took our car in to get our air conditioner fixed and another issue fixed as well. To make a long story short Wilson did everything for us to get it done and it finally has no issues. He was exceptional and worked many hours to make us happy. Thanks WG.

I took my car there today because I was having transmission problems and they where great and going to getting it fixed as soon as possible and great customer service Wilson was excellent and the ladies in the of was great I love the customer service I will definitely be back for my auto needs and it s 1 hour and a half away from me but I would recommend them to everyone

I am from Ohio and while in Fort Myers, took my family member's Honda van to WG Auto because the Check Engine light was ON. They started to work on it almost immediately by checking for faults in the van's computer. The owner, Wilson Gomez, then took it for a test drive. I rode along. He explained several possible causes for the intermittent problem. He pulled it into the shop, replaced the faulty spark plug, and got me out quickly. I think they are great people to do business with.Service: Engine repair

My entire family has gone to him for a decade now, he's very fairly priced honest. Great man to do business with. I refer him to anybody that will listen. His shop can literally fix anything on your car inside and out, any kind of car as well. He's been with me through a Honda Accord, Toyota Corolla, Mercury Sable, Hyundai Tucson, BMW 328i, and a Nissan Pathfinder.

Wilson work on my vehicles for many years. At least 8 years. Since I moved here to Fort Myers. Honest and very helpful, he always give he honest opinion what I should do right away, and what can wait. He also did a paint job on a 07 corolla S I had. The paint was really bad when I brought it, and he did a perfect match. The roof, the bumpers and the side mirrors looked just like new. If you are looking for a honest mechanic, at the same time affordable, I recommend call him.

Amazing service! The job gets done quickly at the best prices. I take my car there for everything, you should too. They are very honest about what your car actually needs and they do not play any games with you. Highly recommend! 10/10

Very poor job, they could've done better on my truck. It took them 6 months to finish my truck, when I was estimated 3 to 4 weeks. The paint job wasn't the same as I had it. My truck had different tones of color fading into the bottom which was gold ,and they just painted on straight color with no fade to the bottom. My truck grill was a chevy ,and I got a gmc back. All I ask was to rebuilt it like it was ,and they said , they were capable of doing it. And I'm not satisfied with the job.

Outstanding body shop! They did a complete paint job on my 18 year old truck, which was in bad shape, look like I drove it off the showroom floor!!! Complete scammers! I had a car that needed to be towed and once I informed the front desk girl she asked me for my address and told me that they would tow my car to the company and once that was done I learned that they couldn't diagnose my car which I had to call the previous company I worked with who than told me the previous diagnoses over than was told rather than fixing it I should get rid of it cause fixing it would cost more than the value of the car and which I respect their complete honesty however when I told the the front desk girl at WG that I would just have my car towed to the junk yard it was than I was informed that there was a $60 fee plus milage fee which I didn't agree with due to the short distance my car was towed from rather than helping me out I was told that the fee had nothing to do with them and that they work with an outside tow company which I need to speak with and became a bit hostile I at that point express to them that i felt like it was wrong not giving their customer the option of picking their own tow company cause I already have one I use already for cheap. I spoke to the tow company who informed to how his company work and apologize for what had happened at no point in time did I blame him I also express that this was not the first time that the front desk person made a mistake there it was the second time my first time there and than now told him that he should speak to the owner and come up with something for me to pay but I'm not paying the full price and that their front desk person should be held responsible for her action and that he shouldnt lose out because it was not his fault, But instead I get a call from the front desk girl clamming to be the owner and in charge of the entire place once I refuse to speak to her and asked for the owner I than hung up the phone she calls for a second time being hostile talk about terrible customer service I will never use there service in the future nor recommend them due to the poor customer service from the front desk girl however the rest of the workers are decent.
