Super customer care. Took the vehicle in this past Saturday due to non starting issue. Josh took us as a work-in to their already busy schedule with assurances they would get to it. After several hours we called for an update. Josh stated, " Cars ready, we checked it for battery, alternator... found a loose cable." No charge.Wow! My friend was elated by the generosity, though more impressed and certainly very respectful of the honesty he received. Definitely we would return for other automotive services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I love this garage! It was my first time using them, but after looking at all the positive reviews I thought I would give it a shot.I had my car towed into the garage and they had it back to me right away. It was a starter repair and they said they would warranty it for 1 year. I was very impress with their curtesy, politeness, prompt attention to detail, at an affordable price. I will definitely go back for any of my other automotive needs.Service: Engine repair

Very nice people, went in for reg oil change and grease, filters, etc. He found that on my splash pan that I had replaced somewhere else was loose and wasn't installed correctly so he fixed it by adding the proper bolts. Something he wouldn't have had to mentioned but took initiative to help me the customer by going the extra mile. They also checked brakes which I hadn't mentioned but he checked them anyway. He told me that they were in great shape. The other company wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for a long list of fixes. Wayne's garage told me the car was in great shape after servicing and checking it over.

I haven't used this shop twice and received excellent service and they are totally honest which is so rare to find anymore. The pricing is far below what I was expecting. I recommend them to everyone that ask me who's a good trustworthy mechanic

I read the Google Maps reviews and felt like this is the type of place I use to go to 30 years ago. Made an appointment for two days later and as I pulled up I was sure this is the mechanic for me. The location was down a ripped up road. The building was old but once through the door the insides were clean and neat. I turned over the keys and waited for the call. The diagnosis seemed right on and the pricing was well below what I was expecting. The work was done perfectly and as I was driving home I knew I found my new old school mechanic.

These guys do great work. If you are looking for a garage with fair prices and honest work then Wayne's is the place. They explained everything that wrong with the car and then went over options and repairs. They did not take advantage of the fact I was a woman and try to upcharge me for unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs and am referring all of my friends and family in the area. Thank you guys so much!!

I remember going to Wayne's when I was little with my dad, back when people where just trying to make a honest living, and providing Great customer service without ripping people off. Over the years, Wayne's has kept that same philosophy, 50+ years later my family still bring our vehicles in for anything needed from routine maintenance to major repairs. As a single female words can't describe the value of having a place I can bring my vehicle in to be "looked at" with 100% confidence that I won't be lied to, because lets face it we all know there are those that prey on the vulnerable. More than once I've went in asking for a specific repair, thinking I knew the problem, usually because some friend better known as a "backyard' mechanic said I did and was told "don't waste your money....this is all you need"

I have been taking my vehicles to Wayne's Garage for years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Their prices are affordable and the work is high quality. They always explain what repairs are needed and the work is done in a timely fashion. Always a pleasure to have them work on my vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nice shop. Moved here from PA and had to find a shop that does good work, reasonable price and not out to upsell ya like some many shop are today. I asked for one think and asked to check over the brakes. Been a while and suspected may be time. They did the one thing and gave me option, do brakes now but could nurse a bit if I had to. Gave quote, stuck to it. Even when they discovered a frozen brake piston, only added the part cost, no added labor. Trustworthy and don't alway find that these day. Yeah. I recommend these guys as they were recommend to me.

First time customer, several neighbors recommended Wayne s Garage , I was not disappointed. Considering my mechanical problem, I was given immediate attention, I so appreciate.Friendly office personnel, Barb was very helpful. Promptly serviced & reasonable cost, the BEST experience! Thank you!!!I ll use their services again & recommend then highly.

Excellent mechanic! Estimates are spot on and no unnecessary work or charges are done. He will actually recommend cost sparing alternatives! ( FYI: So you're prepared..The woman who answers the phone & does the scheduling is often abrupt and rude at times but the mechanics -- both Gary!-- have been consistently helpful!) Would give a 5 if not for her...

Excellent service. Even refused to change oil with repair because car didn t need it yet. One time had a small glitch in repair and it was fixed free of charge. Worth the wait to get your car in!

Only place I will take my car! They do not try to sell you things you do not need do mention things that should be done and are surprised when I said I already did the repair in NY. This is where I take my Elantra to keep her running with over 130,000 miles on it. When I have to drive North she goes there first to make sure I am good to go! Thank you for being who you are!!!

The worst place I have ever been. They are dishonest, rude, disrespectful. Not knowledgeable at all. Don t ever get an oil change there because they don t top everything off like they said. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Also it s illegal to charge the customer a processing fee, which they do, if you pay with a card. That s the owners expense, not the customer!

As a new comer to N. Ft. Myers, several neighbors referred me to Wayne's...very impressed with the honesty, quality of work and fair prices. This is the only garage I will use and I will refer others!

I am having an issue with my car so I called. The older woman said in a very stern voice " you can't come in you have to make an appt".....next week . Wth? I need my car looked at. If they are that far behind why bother answering your phone ? First contact with this place made me not EVER want to go there .Hire someone pleasant and not old and bitter. It is MY money.

Had my ranger towed there Friday afternoon and I picked up my truck on Sunday afternoon. He found the cause and repaired it so it wouldn't happen again. Very happy customer.

dealer said $2,500 to replace rocker arm 2014 dodge journey. Wayne's $500 did very good work. very professional.

WOW! So refreshing to come across honest mechanics and they do fantastic work! Highly recommended but be sure to call ahead and make an appointment because they are VERY BUSY!!!

These guys are my go to mechanics for any car repair. It's a bit of a trip but so well worth it in my opinion. I don't think there's a auto or truck problem they can't remedy.

The work wasn't bad. They just refused to take the time to give me an estimate. I had to get a ride home and wait for a call 10 minutes later. Completely unnecessary.
